워크플로우 시스템은 한 조직체 내에서 운용되는 정보와 제어의 흐름을 효과적으로 자동화 해주는 역할을 담당해야 한다. 그러나 기업내의 실제업무에는 많은 변수들이 존재하고 다양하게 변화하고 있다. 또한 시스템이 분산 컴퓨팅화되어 가기 때문에 그 흐름을 추적, 관리의 차원을 넘어서 업무들의 최적화, 통합화는 물론 분산된 시스템내 서버들 관리까지도 개입을 해야한다. 또한 특정작업의 과부하 또는 병목현상을 운용자가 개입하여 방지하고 개선함으로서 전체 작업의 효율을 향상시켜야 한다. 이에 운용관리 툴도 독립 서버로 존재하는 것보다 여러 개의 서버로 분산시켜 구축함으로써 수행 객체들을 효율적으로 통제할 수 있다. 또한, 시스템을 구성하고 있는 서버들의 관리도 중앙에서 모든 것을 통제하는 것보다 각각의 분산된 운용 서버들이 각각 관리함으로써 신뢰성, 안정성의 한계를 극복할 수 있다. 국제표준기구 역할을 하고 있는 WfMC(Workflow Management Coalision)에서 제시한 표준 모델을 근거로 각각의 인터페이스 규약에 따라 시스템을 개발하는데 있어 실질적인 기업의 업무에 적용되기에는 턱없이 부족한 점들을 이 논문을 통해 지적한다. 또한 좀 더 빠르게 변화하는 사회에 적격인 적응형(Adaptive) 워크플로우 관리 시스템의 특성을 지니도록 했다. 그리고 데이터베이스의 트랜잭션의 개념을 워크플로우 레벨에서 업무들의 수행시 에러나 장애시 복구처리 메커니즘으로 설계하고 구현을 하였다.

As bridges have been longer and bigger recently, lots of bridge management systems (BMS) have been developed for each bridge. However, the differences among the data models developed by different system developers give a serious problem in integrated information management for national security. The aim of this study is to develop a common data model which can be referred in development of the BMS. The existing BMS and work process by laws are carefully analyzed. Based on the analysis results, the bridge management and maintenance process is categorized into the four basic activity types. In addition, common data models for each the unit activity type are defined.

The private investigator service in Korea is to protect our legal market from personal right, creation of job, legal opening via OECD and FTA as well as the prevention of negative private investigation such as service center and private investigator operated without any control. Therefore, this study compares the civil research systems of advanced countries, reviews the legal process to introduce private investigator service as well as considers the previous studies to suggest the work sectors of private investigator service appropriate to Korea. As a result, it distinguished the private investigation work into corporate, finance, insurance, medical service, Cyber, traffic accidents, intellectual property right, lost and forensic science.

At present cadastral surveying is being driven fort combination of digitalized cadastral map accord with real cadastral boundary between cadastral resurvey area and World Geodetic System transformation about all country. So this study is conducted to newly establish items being needed in making digitalization of parcel boundary points based on the World Geodetic System in registration conversion surveying. For this study firstly management of mountainous districts Act, related laws and registration conversion-related laws and regulations are reviewd. Secondly, economical, administrative validation by using data from 12-branch companies of LX is analyzed. Thirdly, surveying method and procedure were established through experimental surveying on the two cases such as digital and analog area. Finally, through investigating standard of estimate about cadastral surveying, it was calculated amendment of registration conversion surveying fee based on World Geodetic coordinate System.

Since the government-owned land is the national property, the country is responsible for the management. Although one can see the recent activities of government to efficiently manage and maintain the government-owned land, its characteristics are not well reflected on the current managing methods. Obviously, efficient and prefer methods for the field survey is necessary for efficient management. In this study, the current management methods focused on the site srvey are analyzed and problems are deduced. Basically the current methods depending on the graphic information and cadastral survey results are compared with real illegal occupancy case. The investigation clearly shows the necessity of the cadastral survey and proved the current method is not sufficient to detect illegal occupancy on government-owned land. It is expected that this study contributes on establishing an efficient management methods for the government-owned land.

This study reviewed the concept of land registration and analyzed the land registration system in UK, Australia, USA, the Netherlands, France and Sweden. Land registration is a process of registering physical information and rights related to land in the land register for protection and regulation of land rights, taxation and dispute resolution. The land registration systems in the six countries were mainly analyzed in terms of policy, land register, objects and systems. As a result, first, the establishment of the land registration master plan is of paramount importance for sustainable development of land registration systems. Second, land register needs to be improved for 4D land management and service. Third, reduction of period and improvement of work efficiency for the cadastral resurveying should be considered. Last, a plan to improve public services by linking the geospatial technology with the land registration system is need.

The purpose of this study is to identify the problems of the present status of the Jeollanamdo's geographical name task by analyzing it and to suggest ways to improve it. For this purpose, the theoretical review including the definition of the geographical name as the subject of the study is conducted. Also, by analyzing the current structure of geographical name, the enactment and improvement of the ordinance of the committee on geographical name, and the management of committee on geographical name etc, the problems of the geographical name task are derived and suggestions for improvement are proposed. The results of this study are as follows: First, as a plan to improve the professionalism of the organization and the officer in charge of the geographical name task, this study suggests the unification of the department in charge of geographical name task, the specialization of the official in charge, and the development of training and teaching materials related to the geographic name task. Secondly, in order to improve the ordinance and the management of the committee on geographical name, this study suggests the enactment and improvement of the ordinance of committee on geographical name, the guidance and the supervision of the establishment and operation of the committee on geographic name, the simplification of procedures of establishing and changing geographical name, and enactment of geographic name a Law.

세계적으로 세계측지좌표계의 도입이 확대됨에 따라 우리나라도 2001년 측량법의 개정을 통해 현재의 지리정보 좌표계변환을 위한 노력을 시행하고 있다. 이러한 측면에서 본 연구에서는 세계측지좌표계 변환방법론, 변환사례 등을 검토 후 한국토지정보시스템 데이터를 대상으로 시범지역을 선정하여 변환실험을 실시하였다. 그 결과 변환 후의 데이터는 국가GIS활용 및 업무지원을 위한 참조적 데이터로서 충분히 이용이 가능한 수준으로 도출되었다. 하지만 한국토지정보시스템 데이터의 세계측지좌표계로의 변환을 위해서는 각 지역별 변환계수를 산정할 필요가 있으며, 지적데이터가 가지고 있는 다양한 원점을 통일원점으로 변환되어야 할 것으로 판단된다. 또한 마지막으로, 기존의 지적데이터가 가지는 다양한 문제점을 그대로 내포하는 수준으로 변환되었다. 따라서 한국토지정보시스템의 세계측지좌표계 변환을 위해서는 본 연구의 결과를 기초로 하여, 더 많은 대상지역에 대한 변환을 통해 오차와 오류의 유형별 원인 분석 후 한국토지정보시스템의 세계측지좌표계 변환의 체계적이고 계획적인 전략을 수립할 필요가 있다.

특허청에서 수행한 특허관리 실태조사에 의하면 기초적 특허관리의 출발점인 발명신고의 형식적인 운영, 전략적 특허관리의 출발점인 출원 전 심사, 보유 특허의 유지/포기 심사 등, 체계적인 심사평가의 운영체계 미비, 효율적 특허관리를 위한 직무발명 및 보상규정, 특허관리규정(발명신고, 출원, 선행기술조사, 등록, 유지 및 포기 등)과 이와 관련된 양식의 미비 등이 문제점으로 보고되고 있다. 따라서, 기업과 기관의 특허관리의 질적 제고를 위해서는 특허 등 지식재산의 효율적이고 전략적인 관리를 위해 특허관리 인력들이 쉽게 접근하고 활용할 수 있는 시스템의 보급이 필요하다. 특히, 효율적인 특허관리를 위해 기초가 되는 관련 규정, 양식 및 그 활용법, 효과적인 특허관리에 대한 업무 프로세스 등에 관한 통합관리 시스템 및 보급이 선행되어야 할 것이다.

ISO 9001, the quality management system issued by the International Organization for Standardization, is being used by architectural design and engineering firms in order to strengthen the capability of business activities through the implementation of the international and advanced quality management systems. However, there have been significant problems in stable implementation and settlement of ISO 9001 in construction industry, which seem to be caused by key employees' lack of proper recognition and comprehension. The purpose of this research, accordingly, is to find and analyze nonconformity results which were found when the third party registrars audited the conformity of companies' quality management systems for ISO 9001 certification especially in architectural design and engineering firms. For this purpose this research was conducted by a cluster analysis of 647 audit reports out of representative 15 architectural design and engineering firms that have been audited periodically from 1997 to 2003 by the third party registrars. The analysis showed that the most frequent problems were generated in the areas of $\ulcorner$Design and Development$\lrcorner$ , $\ulcorner$production and Service Provision$\lrcorner$ , and $\ulcorner$General requirements$\lrcorner$ of the quality management system. The following, the areas of $\ulcorner$Monitoring and Measurement$\lrcorner$ and $\ulcorner$purchasing$\lrcorner$ were also analyzed as main factors which caused frequent nonconformity results. This research also shows that the corrective actions for nonconformity results are closely connected with the whole management activities in architectural design and engineering firms. Consequently, corrective actions for disposition of nonconformities should be implemented more specifically in order to settle and activate the quality management systems in architectural design and engineering firms.
