The information of university entrance examination is important information to examinees as well as each universities. And this information can be used various fields. By using this information, examinees can choose the university which is most suitable regions through oneself's grade, and universities can decide the entrance policy and public relations of university. Furthermore, this information can be used important data to promote student's welfare. Therefore the introduction of College Matriculation System which can share between examinees and universities is keenly required. This study has developed the College Matriculation System which is Web2.0- based by using Naver Map API. By using this system, the information about candidates, and successful candidates and registrants for admission can be analysed, also the ratio of successful candidates in comparison with candidates and the change ratio of candidates during these three years can be analyzed. Besides, it can be supported the entrance public relations policy of universities by managing the public relations history, and it can be provided the information of university by grade to examinees on matriculation information based. Therefore, it was possible that manage and practical use of various data through connected with map based on web 2.0 which is opened. And it is considered possible to express more various information based on map constructing GIS system of user center that is not GIS system of existent offerer center.

전자상거래 기술의 발전에 따라 사용자를 대신하여 협상을 수행하는 협상 시스템에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 협상을 원하는 사용자를 대신하는 에이전트는 자동적으로 협상을 수행함으로써 사용자의 업무를 경감시킨다. 협상 시스템은 협상 상대자의 수에 따라 양면적 협상과 다면적 협상으로 구분되며, 협상 속성의 수에 따라 단일 속성과 다중 속성으로 분류된다. 본 논문은 지원자와 고용자를 대신하는 협상 에이전트를 이용한 인터넷 채용 협상 시스템을 위한 멀티 에이전트를 제안한다. 그리고 기존의 협상 시스템에서의 에이전트의 역할과 비교하여 본 시스템의 우수함을 보인다. 제안한 시스템은 인터넷 채용 협상에서 요구하는 조건에 만족하는 협상 시스템임을 실험 결과로 나타내었다.

In this study, we presented a App Inventor utilization Software Education program in the process of education for Computational Thinking improvement of elementary school girls. In order to analyze the effects of education programs that have been developed, to elect the 3, 4, 5 grade girls of the sample of volunteers by volunteers form collection as an experimental population, was charged with the development programs, and It was analyzed educational effect using the results of the pre-post tests. The results of the analysis, App Inventor utilization Software Education program that was developed in this study it was found that help in Computational Thinking kidney of elementary school girls.

Measuring heart rate variability by deep breathing and using this to evaluate the autonomic nervous system is a well-known method widely used in various clinical fields. In hospitals, expensive equipment is installed and managed by experts for this purpose. This paper discusses an app we developed that can easily test the autonomic nervous system by deep breathing anytime, anywhere using a smartphone, and then reviews experiments performed to verify the results. The experiments were conducted in the clinical room of the Department of Neurology at Soonchunhyang University Cheonan Hospital on eight volunteers. We tested the autonomic nervous systems of the volunteers first with an electromyography device installed in the hospital and then with the app under identical conditions. We performed a correlation analysis on the results of these two methods using the Pearson method, and this yielded a very high correlation of 0.98.

본 연구에서는 수학영재교육의 정상화라는 측면에서 서울교육대학교 과학영재교육원의 사례를 중심으로 수학과 영재선발 과정 중에서도 수학분야 문항의 분석을 통하여 지원한 학생들의 수학 개념에 대한 반응을 알아보고 영재교육원에 지원하는 학생들의 수학 학습의 문제점을 진단하고, 수학 영재학습 대상자 선발을 위하여 보다 바람직한 수학 문항 개발 위한 개선점에 대하여 알아보았다. 지원자들의 수학 개념, 원리, 법칙에 대한 이해도는 예상보다 매우 낮게 나왔으며 향후 수학영재 선발 문항의 개발에서는 문항의 개발자들이 수학영재 판별을 위한 진지한 고민과 함께 수학영재들의 능력을 적절히 측정할 수 있는 문항을 개발할 필요성을 제기하였다.

자격증이 갖는 중요한 의미는 자격증 소지자가 특정 기술을 익히기 위해 충분한 시간과 노력, 그리고 돈을 투자했는지를 확인해 볼 수 있다는 것이다. 즉, 자격증은 단순히 지원자의 기술 수준을 확인할 뿐 아니라 그 사람이 그 기술을 위한 실력을 갈고 닦으려는 의지를 갖고 있는지도 확인해 준다는 점에서 중요한 의미를 갖는다. 하지만 자격증을 임금 상승을 위한 수단으로 여기는 것을 결코 바람직하지 못하다는 경고에 귀를 기울일 필요가 있다. 많은 전문가들은 다음과 같이 조언하고 있다. "그 어떤 자격증도 실전 경험 없이는 거의 쓸모가 없다는 점을 기억해야 한다"고 말이다.

올해 아시아 건축 총회는 적도에 가까운 열대의 나라 스리랑카의 수도 콜롬보에서 개최되었다. 총 회원국 15개국 중에서 몽고, 마카오는 국내 사정에 의해 참석치 못하였고 본 협회에서는 김영수 전회장 이정근 국제위원장 이근창 위원이 이사회 대표로, 김지덕 위원 유건 위원이 교육위원회 대표로, 오근석 위원과 협회 사무국 손경익 대리가 옵저버로 참석하였다. 학생잼버리에는 97년도 학생부문 건축상 수상자와 지원자를 포함 6명이 합류하였으며 본 협회 회원 3인도 옵저버 자격으로 참관하여 총 16명이 총회에 참석하였다. 내전으로 수도인 콜롬보 시내 가로 주변에는 무장한 남ㆍ녀 군인이 검문, 검색을 하고 있었으며 주요 건물의 출입도 통제된 사회주의 국가의 냄새가 물씬 풍기는 분위기였다.

군대를 갓 제대한 스물 두 살의 청년으로 농사일을 하는 부모님을 돕고 싶어 탄광에 들어갔다. 특별한 기술도 없고 배움도 없는 자신에겐 별 다른 길이 없다고 생각했다. 매일 칠흑같이 어두운 갱도에서 검은 먼지를 입 안 가득 들이마시며 일을 했지만 그는 행복했다. 자신이 돈을 벌기 시작하자 지독히도 가난했던 집안 형편이 점점 나아졌기 때문이다. 하지만 이런 단꿈을 채 2년도 못가 산산이 부서졌다. 갱도에서 충돌사고가 난 것이다. 1991년 12월 3일 그는 다시는 걸을 수 없는 몸이 됐다. 하지만 20여년이 지난 지금 그는 다시 희망을 쏘아 올 릴 준비를 하고 있다. 김양근(45)씨의 이야기다.

Recruitment and selection are separate but mutually reinforcing processes. The goal of recruitment is to attract the largest number of applicants possible to apply to the agency, and selection is the process of weeding out unqualified candidates and identifying qualified candidates. In this context, the recruitment and selection system of police officials is an important issue because it affects their future performance as police officers on the job, especially their policing skills, perception of society, occupational ethics. This study suggested the characteristics of U. S. recruitment and selection system of police officials. In the U. S, each police agency sets up its own recruitment and selection standards and procedures. However, recruitment and selection process follows a certain sequence : receiving application, psychological examination, background check, polygraph test, drug screening, interview, physical agility, and medical test. Special characteristic of American police system regarding recruitment and selection is that many law enforcement agencies use a polygraph test to ensure the integrity of the candidates. Another interesting screening process is a drug test because many Americans abuse illegal drugs. A candidate officer must submit urine or a hair sample for screening test. Police human resources specialists should continually identify the most innovative tests and approaches recruit and select police officers. Recruitment and selection strategies should increasingly attract and retain those officers who have the attributes to work in a community-oriented policing environment.

사람이 수많은 지원자의 이력서들을 모두 꼼꼼히 읽는 데에는 엄청난 시간과 노동이 필요하다. 만약 컴퓨터가 이력서를 알맞은 직군으로 분류해 줄 수 있다면 이러한 어려움을 해소할 수 있다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 알맞은 직군으로 분류하기 위한 이력서를 학습할 때에 feature를 어떤 방법으로 선택할 수 있는지 그리고 feature의 개수는 몇 개가 적절한지에 대해 알아본다.
