Analysis on effects of Community Business' Success Factor and Support Factor on Goals in 5 West Sea Islands (서해5도서 마을기업의 성공요인과 지원요인이 목표에 미치는 영향 분석)

  • This study analyzed the influence relationship of community businesses' success factors and support factors on goals in 5 West Sea islands. As research methods, it conducted a survey with experts in academia and public institutions concerning them, and analyzed the effects of the success factors and support factors on their goals. As the methods of the analysis, a factorial analysis was carried out to assess the validity and the characteristics of the community businesses' success factors and support factors, and a one-way ANOVA was carried out to verify whether the difference in the mean of the experts' career is statistically significant. Lastly, a multiple regression analysis was conducted to analyze the effects of the success factors and support factors on the community businesses' goals.

  • 최근 첨단기술의 발달로 인해 기존의 생산업들보다 고 부가 가치를 이끌어 낼 수 있는 아이디어의 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 이러한 점에서 창업은 참신한 아이디어로 고 부가 가치를 이끌어 낼 수 있다는 점에서 중요하다 할 수 있고 국가의 정책적으로도 많은 창업을 이끌어 내려는 노력이 이어지고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 창업 중 스포츠 창업의 분야에서 체육동호인의 개인적 특성 요인이 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 하며, 이러한 관계에 창업에 대한 자기효능감 요인의 조절효과 영향에 대하여 밝히고자 한다. 창업의지의 결정 요인으로서 개인적 특성 요인과 네트워크 요인, 창업지원 인식 요인이 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 하였으며, 이 요인들은 창업효능감의 조절로 인하여 더욱 활동력이 강화될 것으로 보고 창업효능감의 조절효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 독립변수로 잠재적 창업자의 개인적 특성 요인(성취욕구, 위험감수성향, 혁신성), 네트워크 요인(온라인 교류, 오프라인교류), 창업지원 인식 요인(동호회 창업지원 인식, 정부 창업지원 인식), 조절변수로는 창업효능감, 종속변수로는 창업의지의 내용으로 연구모형을 구성하였다.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of beauty services owners 'support policy on entrepreneurship performance in the beauty service industry through the effects of entrepreneurs' personal characteristics, managerial factors, capital factors and store factors on entrepreneurial performance. As a factor affecting the start - up performance of beauty service companies, it was analyzed that human resource management which is a sub - variable of managerial management factors, capital factors at start - up and store factors influenced entrepreneurship performance. The study on the effect of funding policy, education support policy, and consulting support policy on the start-up achievement of beauty service companies is as follows. The government funding policy, educational support policy, and consulting support policy have no effect on human resources management, start - up capital, and store factors which have significant effect on start - up performance. This is because institutional support for funding is not an institutional support for proving the policy effect but an effective support plan for creating entrepreneurial achievement is needed. Educational support policy and consulting support policy are reflected in the politics reflecting the characteristics of beauty service companies and realistic Education support and consulting support are necessary. In particular, it needs to be expanded to reflect the actual management activities and performance creation processes of other beauty service companies, which are different from the policy support of existing small business owners.

  • This study empirically analyzed the influence of communication and social support on the organizational immersion of salespeople in cosmetic brand shops in Seoul. Communication and social support were set as independent variables as factors affecting organizational immersion. Communication variables were subordinate variables such as formal communication, communication with supervisor, and communication with colleagues. Sub-variables of social support factors were set as support of superiors and support of colleagues. As a result of the analysis, communication factors such as formal communication, communication with supervisor, communication with colleagues were analyzed as the significant influencing factors on the organizational immersion of workers. The support of supervisor was analyzed as the significant factors influencing the organizational immersion of workers. However, support of colleagues was analyzed as a factor that did not affect the organizational immersion of workers.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 국내의 마케팅의사결정지원시스템의 채택의도를 증가시키는 요소와 실제 시스템의 사용 만족도를 증가시키는 요소를 발견하여 이러한 요소들 사이의 관계를 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 기초적인 문헌조사와 심층 면접의 예비 조사를 통해 설문지를 구성하고 기업의사결정자를 대상으로 설문지를 통한 본 조사를 실시하였다. 본 논문의 연구결과는 다음과 같이 세가지로 요약될 수 있다. 첫째로 마케팅의사결정지원시스템의 채택의도에 영향을 미치는 요소들은 고객, 제품 경쟁자 등의 의사결정환경의 역동성으로 대표되는 환경요인, 조직규모, 최고경영자의 지원, 인센티브 도입정도 등으로 대표되는 조직요인, 마케팅부서의 독립성, 장기적 마케팅 전략수립정도, 마케팅 스탭수 등으로 대표되는 직무요인으로 나타났다. 둘째, 마케팅의사결정지원시스템의 사용자 만족에 영향을 미치는 요소들은 하부시스템의 개발정도, 개발형태, 개발참여로 대표되는 실행요인과 사용정보의 양, 고려하는 차원의 수, 정보시스템의 관여도 등으로 대표되는 사용자 행위요인과 시스템의 정교함과 유연성으로 대표되는 시스템만족요인으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 마케팅의사결정지원시스템의 채택의도에 영향을 미치는 요소와 마케팅의사결정지원시스템의 사용자들의 만족에 영향을 미치는 요소는 본질적으로 다른 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이는 채택의도와 사용자 만족에 영향을 미치는 요소들 중에서 실행요인이나, 시스템만족요인, 사용자 행위요인의 매개적인 역할이 채택의도와 사용자 만족에 각각 다른 영향을 미치고 있기 때문인 것으로 밝혀졌다.

Location and Policy Factors Influencing the Move-In Decision of Apartment Factory: Case Study of Middle and Small Sized Companies in Daegu City (아파트형공장의 입지 및 정책요인이 입주의사에 미치는 영향 -대구시 중소기업 사례를 중심으로-)

  • This study aims at analyzing location and policy factors influencing the move-in decision of apartment factories on the case study of middle and small sized companies in Daegu City. The main results of this study are as follows. Firstly, analyzing the questionnaire survey results, 58.2% of response companies have the intentions to move-in apartment factories. Secondly, through the factor analysis to the location factors, 5 factors such as network, move-in cost, accessibility, factory space and labor are derived. And through the factor analysis to the policy factors, 3 factors such as management support policy, pecuniary support policy and administrative support policy are also derived. Finally, analyzing logistic regression analysis, we can find pecuniary support policies influence the move-in decision of apartment factories.

Studies on the Influence Factors of E-commerce Adoption: The Perspective of Suppliers' E-commerce (전자상거래 도입 영향요인들에 관한 통합적 연구: 공급업체 전자상거래를 중심으로)

  • This study empirically investigated inter-relationships among the influence factors on the adoption of e-commerce, which are classified as cause factor (i.e., perceived environmental uncertainty and competition), facilitators (i.e., perceived economic benefits, inter-organizational trust, suppliers' pressure and capability and asset specificity) and support factor (i.e., top management's support and organizational resource capability). The results of regression analyses showed that competition, inter-organizational trust, suppliers' pressure and capability, top management's support, and organizational resource capability have a positive impact on the adoption of e-commerce. In the analyses of inter-relationships among the influence factors, it was found that perceived environmental uncertainty positively influences suppliers' pressure and capability and perceived economic benefits, and competition has a positive impact on asset specificity. It was also observed that perceived economic benefits, inter-organizational trust and suppliers' pressure and capability positively affect top management's support, and inter-organizational trust and suppliers' pressure and capability have a positive impact on organizational resource capability. With mediating regression analyses, it was found that competition has an indirect impact on the adoption of e-commerce through the effect on perceived economic benefits, suppliers' pressure and capability, organizational resource capability and top management's support. The results of mediating regression analyses also showed that suppliers' pressure and capability and perceived economic benefits have indirect effects on the adoption of e-commerce through the effects on top management's support and organizational resource capability. From these results, it is concluded that intense competition causes the activation of facilitators, and the facilitators contribute to both the enhancement of top management support and the creation of organizational resource capability, which are directly linked to the adoption of e-commerce.

  • 정부는 고용 없는 성장이 이어지는 현재의 경제구조에서 국가 경제의 활력을 위한 실마리를 찾고자 한다. 새로운 일자리를 창출하고 기업 활동에 새로운 혁신을 도입하여 국가 경제의 성장과 발전에 기여할 수 있는 방안으로 창업을 활성화하는 정책개발과 지원에 적극적인 노력을 기울이고 있다. 많은 국가들이 창업을 촉진하여 일자리를 제공하고 있으며 우리나라 역시 창업을 활성화하기 위하여 정부 차원에서 창업 지원정책을 확대해 나가고 있다. 창업 활성화를 위해서는 창업을 기회로 인식하거나 지지하는 문화가 성숙하는 개인의 창업에 대한 인식 개선과 더불어 창업의지 함양 등이 필요하다. 이들 요인에 영향을 주는 요인으로 개인적 특성, 심리적 특성, 기업가정신, 창업 교육, 멘토링, 창업지원 프로그램 등의 요인에 대하여 개별적으로 많은 연구가 수행되어 왔다. 이들 개별적인 요인들과 창업 의지와의 관계를 잘 확인하기 위해서 자기효능감, 위험감수성, 실패부담감, 환경적 요인 등을 확인하는 연구가 다수 시도되었다. 본 연구에서는 예비창업자의 창업의지에 미치는 창업지원정책과 창업가 역량을 중심으로 실증연구를 진행하고자 한다. 또한 창업지원정책과 창업가 역량과 창업의지의 관계에서 멘토링의 조절효과를 검증하고자 한다.

  • This study investigates the recovery of trust and provision of a contract between a franchiser and a franchisee in the food service industry. It has come to the following results after analyzing the inter-affections among the franchisers' conditions, the trust level of their support and their intention to contract. First, such factors as experience, confidence, and expertise of a franchisee have significant effects on the terms of a franchiser. Second, ad support, experience, expertise, confidence, and capital factors have significant effects. Third, such factors as history of a franchiser, the number of its franchisees, its brand have significantly influence on trust. Fourth, educational support, utilization of job instruction and purchasing of packages have significant effects on intention to contract.

  • This study deduced an effect produced on organizational commitment of ICT Industrial workers through precedent study. And the importance of each factor was analyzed, regarding the deduced influencing factors. And influencing factors on organizational commitment of ICT Industrial workers were presented at a practical level on the basis of analysis results. According to the results of analysis, social support factors were interpreted as the most important influencing factor among the 1st hierarchical factors. According to the results of analysis after setting 12 factors for the 2nd hierarchical factor, 3 factors including emotional support, Informational support, and Substance/instrumental support, were interpreted as very important factors. However, psychological empowerment was analyzed to a relatively less critical.
