중소기업진흥공단은 중소기업청이 마련한 중소∙벤처기업관련 지원정책을 실질적으로 집행∙추진하는 곳으로, 정책자금지원과 판로개척 등을 통해 2만불 시대를 열고 있는 중소∙벤처기업을 지원하고 있다. 특히 올해는 현장의 문제점을 발굴∙지원하는 서비스를 계획하고 있어 그 어느 때보다 거는 기대가 크다. 중소기업진흥공단의 벤처지원업무와 2005년 중점사업을 정리해보았다.

본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 환경상에서 임베디드 디바이스 간의 서비스 연계 및 통합에 대한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 ESB를 기반으로 다양한 프로토콜을 가진 디바이스의 서비스들을 통합하고 관리하는 동적 서비스 통합 프레임워크를 제안하고 있다. 동적 서비스 통합 프레임워크는 ESB를 기반으로 다양한 디바이스의 서비스를 통합하고, 동적 서비스 구성 및 관리를 지원하여 새로운 서비스를 구성하며, 동적 프로토콜 디텍팅을 지원하고, 웹 서비스를 통하여 주어진 임베디드 디바이스 이외의 환경에 존재하는 다른 시스템과의 연동을 지원한다. 이 프레임워크를 통하여 유비쿼터스 환경 상의 임베디드 디바이스를 통합하여 편리하게 관리할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 디바이스 간의 서비스 조합을 통해 새로운 서비스를 구성함으로 다양한 서비스를 사용할 수 있을 것이다.

웹 서비스는 차세대 기술임에도 불구하고, 비즈니스 측면의 중요한 요소인 보안, 핫 스왑핑, 과금 등을 지원하지 않는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 본 논문에서는 웹 서비스를 보다 쉽게 배포하고, 사용할 수 있으면서 비즈니스에서 중요한 특성을 지원할 수 있는 프레임워크를 소개한다. 이 프레임워크는 웹 서비스 컨테이너위에서 메타 데이터를 이용해서 자동으로 보안, 탓 스와핑, 과금 등의 기능을 제공한다. 따라서 이 프레임워크를 사용하는 경우에 보다 쉽게 웹 서비스를 개발 및 사용할 수 있기 때문에 시스템 개발에서 많은 비용과 노력을 줄일 수 있을 것이다.

본 논문에서는 EJB(Enterprise JavaBean) 기반의 웹응용서버 시스템에서 EJB2.1 표준 규격의 웹서비스를 지원하기 위한 모듈의 설계 사항에 관한 내용이다. 본 논문에서는 EJB2.1 표준 규격의 웹서비스에 대한 요구사항과 JAX-RPC기반의 웹서비스 시스템을 구현하고자 할 때 고려해야할 시스템 측면의 요구사항을 살펴보고, 기존 웹응용서버들에서 웹서비스를 지원하는 방식들에 대해 소개한다. 또한 시스템 요구사항들을 반영한 구현 시스템의 구체적인 설계사항들에 대해 설명한다.

본 논문에서는 WAP을 지원하는 휴대폰을 가지고 무선 인터넷 서비스를 제공하는데 사용되는 WML 문서를 WYSIWYG방식으로 손쉽게 생성하고 유지, 관리할 수 있는 도구와 효과적인 WML 컨텐츠 사이트를 구축하기 위한 사이트 빌더의 설계와 구현에 대해 소개한다. 그리고 요즈음 웹사이트에서 많이 서비스해 주는 웹 커뮤니티 구축 서비스와 유사한 서비스를 휴대폰을 통해서도 지원 가능하도록 해주는 기능을 서비스에 첨가하기 위한 모듈도 설계, 구현하였다.

As the social development progress, social welfare policy for people with disabilities also advance to meet rights of people with disabilities. The personal assistance service(PAS) is the primary service system for persons with disabilities based on guaranteeing the self-determination. The purpose of this study was to compare the personal assistance service system between Japan and Korea to propose improvement plan for Korean system. The comparison of two countries was based on current situation analysis of PAS. The analysis on eligibility criteria, information referral, amount and type of services and service provider, appealing process and service fee deductible etc. The result showed that PAS in Korea is served according to administration convenience than personal need based. Korean PAS policies are limited to particular service amount and type of needed services to satisfy personal PAS need. Whereas, Japan PAS system is served on the philosophy of independent living paradigm and therefore, PAS is provided on personal service needs. The service emphasis is on self-determination and rights on service selection for persons with disabilities. The recommendation for improvement of PAS in Korea are as followed. First, PAS should served under independent living paradigm. Paradigm based service is important because it effects the main theme of PAS; the self determination and rights of service selection. Second, reconstruction of PAS system is needed. As it showed on analysis, eligibility criteria, information referral, amount and type of services and service provider, appealing process and service fee deductible need to be supplemented. Last, to better serve PAS, case management method should be apply. Case management would contribute to settlement of PAS system in Korea. Thru case management, participation opportunities of people with disabilities must be provided during the selection of service quantity and type of PAS.

This research aims to analyze the recent status and problems of scholarly information service supporting lectures and research project activities for faculties in Korean university libraries, and to explore the current issues of same fields in U.S. advanced university libraries. Notably, this research suggested considerations for a new model of scholarly information service which is based on web 2.0(/library 2.0) supporting lectures and research project activities for faculties appropriate to Korea university libraries.

As recent developing computing environments, service is provided without time or place's limitation, and it is constituted dynamically. Above all, in terms of education supporting system, there is need to conceive user's information and provide optimal service as to right with applying context awareness under Ubiquitous computing environment. It should have groundwork based on user location and time. It is requires service providing based on user location under the condition of class to offer appropriate service with the context. In addition, context information providing technology is needed to offer right education support service in the class, where are different context information. Hence, in this research it is suggested education supporting system to provide context-based for instructor. The framework of this system has a foundation within previous work about Multi-agent based Distributed Framework. To examine implementation of context-based education supporting system in Ubiquitous computing environments suggested by this report, arranging system can fit information relates to instructor's location for service applying in the class.

분산객체 기술의 발전으로 객체들의 관리적인 복잡성이 증가되고 있다. 또한 기존의 많은 실시간 시스템들을 지원하기 위한 CORBA 의 사양이 추진 중에있다. 따라서, 본 논문은 객체들의 효율적인 관리와 분산 소프트웨어 개발을 용이하게 하고 기존의 표준CORBA 상에서 실시간을 지원하는, 실시간 분산 응용의 하부구조인 실시간 응용서비스 지원 객체 그룹 플랫폼을 제시한다. 이를 위해 현재 진행중인 실시간 CORBA 의 경향을 살펴보고, 실시간 응용서비스 지원 객체 그룸 플랫폼을 설계하기 위한 정의와 요구사항들을 기술한다. 또한, 이 플랫폼을 구성하는 요소들의 기능을 클래스 도표를 사용하여 나타내고, 실시간 객체그룸 플랫폼 상에서 실시간 응용서비스를 수행하는 객체들의 서비스 접속과정을 ETD 로 기술한다.

MCNS의 DOCSIS 규격은 국내외에서 케이블 TV 망을 이용한 HFC 시스템과 무선 링크를 사용하는 BWLL 시스템에서 공유 매체를 통한 데이터 전송 동작 규격으로 사용되고 있다. 기존의 MCNS MAC 프로토콜은 IP 데이터 전송을 위한 Best Effort 서비스 지원하기 위해 설계되었기 때문에 기존 방식으로는 멀티미디어 서비스들을 지원하는데 많은 어려움이 있었다. 이를 해결하기 위해 MCNS에서는 DOCSIS1.1부터 QoS를 지원하기 위한 동작을 추가하였다. 본 논문에서는 새로 규격에 추가된 QoS 관련 서비스 동작 절차와 상향 채널 할달 스케쥴링 방식에 대해 설명하고, 규격에서 정의된 스케쥴링 서비스를 기반으로 각 서비스의 QoS를 지원하기 위한 새로운 할당 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 제안한 알고리즘의 성능을 분석하기 위해 기존의 FCFS 방식의 상향 채널할당 방식과 QoS 지원 상향채널 할당방식의 성능을 시뮬레이션을 통해 비교하였다.
