The ultimate goal of construction is to complete the given work in the most economical and safest way within the required construction period while meeting the quality standards specified in the design drawing. There are a few characteristics of finish work. First, executed in subdivided processes, finish work involves a very diverse and complex structure. Second, there are no criteria for each segmented process with regard to the appropriate time of input. Third, it is not very necessary to set priorities for lead and lag works. This study intends to provide information on the completion of a project in accordance with the required duration by setting priorities in the delay of each detailed process of finish work to minimize delay in finish work. In this study, finish work is divided into wet work and other types of finish work, and the importance of each process is classified based on the given details of each process. In addition, the study employs a survey to analyze delay factors of a designer, a constructor, and a supplier. Using the survey results, the study sets priorities in delay of final work to provide information on the completion of an apartment project within the planned construction period.

This study proposes a new classification system and analysis methodology for time delay risk of apartment projects. And this study proposes the classification of major trades and risk level and risk index by performing expert-oriented interview and survey report on a national scale. The purpose of this study is to present basic data for time delay risk management system through the analysis of risk level, risk index and rank of major 5 trades(earth work, structure work, masonry work, window and door/glass work, and interior finish work) in apartment projects.

Work delay is one of the facts that make the reliability of construction projects decrease. Therefore, it is important to classify and prioritize the delay factors. This research analyzed key delay factors in apartment house construction through survey. The results of analysis are as follows. (1) Insufficient work force is the key delay factor in structural and finish work. (2) Improper craft of worker is the key delay factor in electrical work. (3) Incompletion of proceeding work is the key delay factor in mechanical work.

The effects of group delay and non-linear characteristics on high data rate(HDR) satellite channel are presented in this paper Based on the modeling of group delay and non-linear characteristics the system performances which provide various data rate services were analyzed in Ka-band satellite channel. As the transmission data rate is increased, the degradation due to these channel characteristics is severely increased. The linear component of group delay and the AM-AM component of non-linear characteristics severely affect the system performance. To efficiently provide the various service via the same transmission system it is necessary to equalize the primary impairment factors. The optimum operating points of HDR satellite transmission system are implemented by considering the analyzed results on channel characteristics.

컴퓨터 시스템은 주파수를 제공하는 수정발진자의 환경적 요인에 의한 오차 등으로 인해 정확한 시각을 유지하지 못한다. 정확한 시각 유지를 통해 외부 시각원으로부터 시각신호를 받아 로컬 시스템의 시각오류를 보정하는 시각동기 클라이언트를 이용하는 방법을 연구하였다. 정밀도 향상을 위해 다중서버 선택기능을 보강하였고, 지연시간에 따른 시각원의 가중치를 적용하였다. 특히 시각변화에 민감한 프로세스가 많은 시스템에서 시각 오류 보정시 시각의 급변은 시스템에 무리를 일으키므로 점근적 보정을 통한 안정적 방법이 필요하다. 이를 위해 축적결과기반 시각오류 보정방법을 적용하여 네트워크 지연의 급작스런 변화에도 분산을 통한 충격을 완화하여 안정적인 시각보정을 할 수 있도록 하였다. 시각오류 요인과 시각동기방법, 클라이언트 구현과 실험결과를 제시한다.

오늘날 인터넷의 광범위한 보급은 이제 유선을 넘어 무선 이동통신 기술로의 급발전을 가져오게되었고, 실생활에 있어서도 무선단말기를 통한 인터넷 상에서의 정보검색이 시간과 장소에 구애받지 않고 가능하게 되었다. 그러나 무선인터넷의 성장세는 무선 단말기가 가진 자체의 제한과 무선망의 제한으로 인해, 광범위한 보급과 활용만큼 성장이 급속화 되어지지는 못하다. 이러한 무선인터넷의 성장을 가로막는 요인들은 컨텐츠의 부족, 접속시간의 지연, 애플리케이션 미비, 무선인터넷 단말기의 보급지연, 완벽한 보완의 미흡등이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 제한요인중에서 기존의 유선통신에서 사용되어지는 HTML로 구성된 웹페이지를 무선에서도 보다 효율적으로 이용할 수 있는 방법에 관해 제시함으로서 모바일 컨텐츠 개발의 생산성을 향상시키고 개발기간 및 비용을 단축할 수 있는 웹탐색 변환방법을 시도한다.

국내 많은 기업들이 CMMI(Capability Maturity Model Integration) 모델을 도입해서 소프트웨어 개발 프로세스를 구축 및 내재화 후 CMU(Carnegie Mellon University)의 SEI(Software Engineering Institute)로부터 인증을 받고 있지만, CMMI Maturity Level 3 이상 인증 받은 조직에서 조차도 프로젝트 지연 및 품질 문제가 자주 발생한다. 프로젝트 지연 문제는 개발 단계 이후에 대부분 발생되고 있으며, 이는 현저히 낮은 소프트웨어 개발 생산성의 영향 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 프로젝트 개발 생산성에 영향을 미치는 중요 요인을 분석하고, 이에 따른 작업의 가치를 결정하는 방법을 제시한다.

본 논문에서는 인버터의 정확한 전압 합성을 위해 인버터의 비선형성을 보상하는 기법을 제안한다. 인버터에서 데드타임, 스위칭 소자의 도통손실, 스위칭 지연 등의 성분들은 전압 합성에 비선형성을 유발한다. 제안된 방법은 이러한 요인들을 각 상별로 분석하고, 이를 보상함으로써 보다 정밀한 전압 합성을 가능케 한다. 이 방법의 유효성은 실험을 통하여 입증하였다.

이 논문은 원자력발전소의 중대사고를 중지 또는 완화시키기 위하여 제시된 사고관리 방안의 실현가능성을 평가하기 위한 새로운 방법론을 소개하고 있다. 이 방법론은 사고관리 방안의 수행실패 요인으로 운전원 진단 및 의사결정 오류, 운전원 수행오류, 관련기기 실패로 인한 오류, 수행지연으로 인한 오류 등으로 나누고, 각각에 대하여 평가 방법을 제시하였다 .운전원 진단 및 의사결정 오류 평가시 고려하여야 할 주요 인자들을 제시하였으며, 수행지연으로 인한 오류 평가시에는 시스템 가용시간과 방안 수행 소요시간을 정의하고 각각에 대한 분포 획득 방법과 이를 이용한 평가 방법을 제시하였다. 제시된 방법론을 영광 3.4호기 공동범람 방안의 평가에 적용하였다.

GPS를 이용하여 대기 수증기의 3차원 분포도를 구하기 위하여, 관측소와 GPS 위성 간 시선방향으로의 수증기에 의한 GPS 신호지연 정도를 결정할 필요가 있다. 이 때 정확성 향상을 위하여 반드시 고려해야하는 위상중심변화(phase center variations)와 조석하중에 의한 지각변위(ocean loading displacements) 등 수직방향 좌표 결정 오차를 유발하는 요인들을 소개한다. 타 연구를 통해 위상중심변화는 크게는 l0cm 이상의 오차를, 그리고 조석하중에 의한 지각변위는 한반도의 경우 최대 3-4cm 정도의 오차를 보임을 알았지만, 이들 오차가 시선방향 습윤지연 결정에 미치는 영향은 규명되지 않았다.
