The purpose of this study was to empirically analyze the motivation of university lifelong education and the factors that are important in selecting it. In the motivation for participation of adult learners, learning new knowledge and skills in the first place and learning new things in the second place were good, so that they could learn together in the third place. Active school investment in faculty and staff will be needed to increase program diversity and quality through professionalism. Adult learners are getting information from the system they are interacting with, and furthermore, they learn the information from the public relations of university professors. Since they are acquiring paths and information through acquaintances, it is necessary to continuously promote the curriculum to unspecified adult learners. Advertisement should take advantage of various convergence strategies such as hanging banners in the area, publicity of the subway, local newspapers, word of mouth, SNS, and the Internet.

Since the 1980's, metacognition has been one of the core subjects in the studies on teaching-learning. There have been significant considerations about the metacognition in the reaching-learning become increasingly important in relation with learner's thinking. Though, metacognition has now become important concept used in learning process, there have not been sufficient researches in geographic education. The purpose of this parer is to define metacognition concept in geograpbic education. First, the concept of metacognition in geograpbic education, alike in the other education, can be classified as metacognitive knowledge and metacognitive function. Metacognitive knowledge can be categorized as knowledge about self, task, and strategy. Metacognitive function can be categorized as function about monitoring, evaluating and controling. Next, based on geographical metacognition concept, this paper is researched the characteristics of geographical metacognition in the students' reading maps inquiry activity.

This paper aims to explore organisational change and learning involving spatial processes and outcomes. In particular, it focuses on the context specific nature of corporate learning and organisational change that can be found in the case of a large Korean firm facing radical economic change. Drawing on the case study of a large Korean firm, the Samsung Electronics Company, three main claims can be followed. First, territorial sources of learning influence the way in which the firm makes use of space/place. Second, corporate learning practices, however, are not based merely on specific localised sources or geographical proximity but on bringing together the local and the global sources by harnessing the properties of relational proximities. It reveals that firms are concerned less on specialising specific local knowledge than promoting organisational knowledge and competences by integrating a variety of knowledge distributed in and out of the boundaries of the firm. Finally, to learn and innovate in a continual basis, firms would attempt to combine codified knowledge with tacit knowledge.

The present education situations are rapidly changing to adapt to 'the Knowledge & Information-based Society'. Especially, the implementation of 'the 7th National Curriculum' put strong emphasis on the learner-centered education that refers to the ability grouping. Therefore, it is necessary that the change from a traditional teaching method to a learner-centered one in geography education will take place. This study will present a design of geography ability grouping through the Task-Solving Learning. This ability grouping method is suitable for the large class. And this study also presents a strategy by applying WBI, which make use of the advantage of computer and constructivism. This WBI model can be applied properly to many teaching-learning methods that includes Self-Directed Learning, Collaborate Learning, Ability Grouping, and Applying ICT Instruction. Actually they are demanded in the current education. A geography-classroom will have an accessible internet program as a precondition for this instruction.

This study attempts to derive the necessity and effects of study circles and the direction for their future improvement by understanding the current operation situation of study circles by the librarian who are in charge of school libraries and their perception about the study circle activities. For this purpose, those in charge of school libraries in 25 Offices of Education Support in Gyeonggi-Do were surveyed by telephone interview regarding the operation of study circles by the school librarians. Survey analysis and in-depth interview were conducted particularly focusing on Suwon region where the school librarians turned out to be most actively involved in the study circle activities. According to the analysis results, study circle activities by librarian gives an opportunity of sharing information related to school library operation and cultivating competence as a librarian, in addition to being helpful in enhancing their performance capability in school libraries.

The aim of the study is to create a theoretical model and hypotheses on competitive advantages of exporting SMEs. For this we have proposed an integrated model in which learning competences and dynamic capabilities should have an influence on competitive advantages of the SMEs. This study have examined the influence of integrating and reconfigurating capability respectively. As a result, the learning competences had positive influences in dynamic capabilities and to the cost and service competitive advantage. To integrating capabilities had positive influences in competitive advantage. Besides, dynamic capabilities playing significant intermediate role only for the cost advantage through the analysis of intermediate effects of learning competence to the dynamic capabilities.

The purpose of this study was to verify the causal relationship between self-directed learning ability and career maturity by Middle and High School Students in Seoul. This study used Seoul Education Longitudinal Study(SELS) data. Using autoregressive cross-lagged modeling, the results was followed. first, self-directed learning ability value was had a statistically significant positive effect in accordance with the time course from middle school 1st grade to high school 3rd grade. Second, career maturity also had a statistically significant positive effect in accordance with the time course from middle school 1st grade to high school 3rd grade. Third, previous self-directed learning ability had significant positive effect on the later career maturity, but the previous career maturity had no significant effect on later self-directed learning ability.

본 연구는 초등학생들의 사이버 가정학습의 활용 요인들을 살펴봄으로써 학생들을 위한 공교육 서비스로서의 발전 방향을 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 자료 수집 시스템을 구축하였고, 정보기술수용모형과 관련연구들을 바탕으로 사이버 가정학습의 활용에 미칠 것으로 예상되는 변인들을 추출하였다. 연구 대상은 부산지역의 초등학생 201명이었고, 온라인 설문 시스템을 활용하여 응답결과를 요인분석과 회귀분석 방법을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 (a) 에듀넷 사용에는 유용성, 미래사용의도 (b) 용이성에는 유용성, 인터넷 효능감, (c) 유용성에는 용이성, 주관적 판단, 재미가 유의미한 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다.

학교교육의 질적 수준을 높이고 과중한 사교육비를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 사이버 가정학습 서비스가 도입되었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 사이버가정학습 실태분석을 통한 내실화 방안을 모색하고자 사이버가정학습을 실시하고 있는 학생을 대상으로 4개 영역 45문항의 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 사이버가정학습의 성공적인 정착을 위해서는 학생의 자발적 참여 유도, 사이버학습에 집중할 수 있는 방안 마련, 사이트의 안정적 운영을 위한 서버증설, 수요자의 요구에 맞추어 다양한 과목과 내용의 컨텐츠 확보, 학교 교육과 연관성을 가지고 학업성취도 향상에 기여할 수 있는 방안이 마련되어야 한다는 결론을 얻었다.

웹 커뮤니티 기반 온 오프라인 연계 자기주도 학습모형은 일반적으로 전통적인 면대면 교육방식이 갖고 있던 시간과 공간상의 제약 및 상호작용성의 한계를 극복하려던 e-Learning의 노력에서 한 걸음 더 나아가, e-Learning 교육 방식에 전통적인 면대면 교육방식이 갖고 있는 교육적 장점을 결합, 적절히 활용함으로써 학습효과를 극대화하기 위한 학습전략-소위 Blended Learning이다. 이에 이 논문에서는 교실이라는 제한된 범위를 넘어 다른 지역, 다른 학습자끼리 공동 관심사항에 대해 각기 자료를 검색하고, 취합하여 결과물을 공유하는 시스템을 적용하였다. 이 연구는 많은 사람들과의 연계를 통해 지기주도적 상호작용을 활성화한다는 점 이외에도 전문가 집단의 도움을 쉽게 받을 수 있으며 서로 다른 환경과 문화에 대해 통찰할 수 있는 기회를 제공해 준다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
