본 연구에서는 고부가가치를 창출할 수 있는 문화산업이 제주 지역 경제에 미치는 영향에 대한 파급효과를 보기 위하여 산업연관분석 기법 및 AHP 기법을 이용하여 분석하였다. 그리고 제주문화산업에 대한 현황 및 문제점을 분석하여 Porter의 가치사슬 (value chain) 모형을 토대로 지역발전전략으로서 지식기반 제주문화산업의 육성방안을 제시하였다. 분석결과, 문화산업에 대한 투자가 지역경제에 소득유발효과, 고용창출효과 및 타 산업으로의 전?후방 연계효과 등이 강한 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 소득유발효과와 고용창출효과 등의 파급효과로 인한 제주지역 경제를 활성화시키기 위하여 기식기반 문화산업을 육성하여야 할 것이다.

현재 4차산업혁명시대에 창의적인 아이디어와 적극적인 도전정신으로 무장한 스타트업이 글로벌 산업을 주도하고 있다. 정부에서도 지역별 스타트업 생태계 활성화를 위해 전국 17개의 창조경제혁신센터 운영을 지원하며, 각 센터별로 '개방성, 자율성, 다양성'의 운영 원칙 하에 지역별 스타트업 창업 생태계 허브, 공공 액셀러레이터, 그리고 오픈 이노베이션 플랫폼 역할을 담당하고 있다. 최근 수도권 스타트업 생태계는 활성화되고 있는데 비해, 지역의 스타트업 생태계는 인력, 자금 등 스타트업 성장에 핵심적인 요소 확보에 큰 어려움을 겪고 있다. 특히, 부산은 일자리를 찾아 수도권으로 떠나는 등 청년층의 이탈로 고령화가 가장 빠른 도시로서, 지역 일자리 문제를 해결하는 주요 방법 중의 하나로 스타트업 생태계 활성화가 중요한데, 스타트업 지원기업 중에서도 초기 스타트업 창업 및 성장 지원 업무에 집중하는 부산창조경제혁신센터의 역할이 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 부산창조경제혁신센터의 운영 개선 방향을 내부 직원 설문조사로 도출하고, 타겟 고객을 창업가/초기 스타트업(Creator), 교육기관(Campus), 대기업(Company), 그리고 커뮤니티(Community)의 4C로 정의하였다. 부산창조경제혁신센터의 일관된 방향성 정립을 위해 미션과 비전을 각각 정의했으며, 그것을 달성하기 위한 전략 및 실행 방안을 도출하였다. 마지막으로 센터와 직원들이 공동 성장할 수 있는 센터 업무 협력 체계와 역량 강화 교육 체계를 제시한다.

Due to emergence of large discount mart and on-line shopping, and the resulting shrinkage of market share, traditional market that is typically having operational disadvantages is facing a predicament. However, considering the total sales volume and the consumer traffic, it is true that traditional market still plays an important role. In this context, traditional market should be vitalized through an improved management system as well as restructuring, and seek a balanced growth in the distribution industry. In order to provide competitiveness to the local traditional market of Jeung-Pyung Province and to vitalize the local economy, an analysis was preformed for the local market environment, and the vitalization plans, which can be referenced in determining the local economic policies, are suggested in this paper.

현재 에너지 및 자원사업 특별회계(에특회계) 예산에 ESCO자금 지원을 별도로 반영해 지원 방안을 강구할 예정이며 전력산업기반기금을 이용해 발전차액 지원도 검토중에 있습니다. 또 여름철에 한해 소형열병합 발전용 가스요금을 현재의 냉방용 요금 수준으로 인하할 계획이며 현재 9개 지역에 적용되고 있는 열병합용 요금 지역을 확대할 계획입니다.

This study is a study on how to revitalize social and economic organizations in the Chungnam region. For this, the following major results were presented in literature studies based on prior studies. First, it is necessary to upgrade the social economic organization promotion system and system in Chungnam. Second, there is a need to advance the measures to revitalize various social and economic organizations in cities and counties by building an integrated support system for social and economic organizations. Third, it is necessary to expand the public purchase of products of social economic organizations. Fourth, it is necessary to strengthen the business competency of the social economy organization and promote education. Fifth, it is necessary to upgrade the network for social economic organizations and create differentiated businesses. On the other hand, the social economic organization in Chungnam region shown through this study is as follows. First, social and economic organizations should share their willingness to implement policies in the provincial and provincial areas of Chungnam Province and cities and counties in terms of solving and improving various problems in the region. Based on this, it is required to upgrade the social and economic organization area. Second, the Chungnam region needs a shift in awareness that it is a social and economic organization that is a key factor in overcoming changes in the demographic structure due to industrial weakness and aging. Third, a positive shift in awareness is required by shifting awareness and strengthening education on social and economic organizations. To this end, it is necessary to raise the awareness level of local residents through public education and joint public-private education.

사회구조의 발전과 산업의 가속화는 중앙지역과 지역경제의 경계를 더욱 분명하게 만들고 있다. 인구 밀도와 경제규모의 차이가 이를 대변하고 있다고 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 대한민국의 중규모 도시에서 마케팅 활성화를 위한 방안으로 여성을 타겟으로 패션 스타킹과 레깅스 등 여성용 제품에 대한 마케팅 전략을 위한 서비스 개발에 관하여 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 통해 지역 경제를 구성하고 있는 주민의 절반인 여성고객을 대상으로 마케팅 활성화를 통한 지역 경제 활성화에 이바지 할 것으로 기대된다.

The Southeastern economic zone was centered on small and medium-sized manufacturing, but industrial changes and corona 19 caused the local economic downturn. This study presented the difficulties of companies related to the aviation specialization industry and suggested ways to revitalize the local economy in order to revitalize the local economy in the southeast region. First, aeronautical specialized parts companies need various support to improve the structural problems of passive industries. Second, the industry needs a systematic education system that develops products and technologies that meet international standards and conducts international certification education to support stable supply and demand of human resources by cultivating professional manpower for systematic project performance. Third, the industry needs financial and administrative support from the government to develop technologies and products that meet high standardization standards. In addition, it is necessary to provide support to systematically improve the limitations and difficulties of companies, such as finding and expanding customers of small and medium-sized companies and supporting investment for cost reduction.

석탄산업은 서민생활보호와 에너지 안보 등 국가정책 목표달성을 위하여 매우 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 또한 태백지역의 경우에는 석탄산업의 존립이 지역사회의 생존과 직결되고 있어서 이의 활성화가 매우 긴요하다. 그러나 석탄산업은 작업환경이 나쁘고 임금수준 등의 제반 여건이 좋지 않고, 사양산업이라는 인식이 만연되어 있는 관계로 근로자들의 이직율이 높고 신규인력의 유입율도 낮아서 탄광의 운영에 커다란 애로요인으로 등장하고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 상황에 직면해 있는 태백지역 탄광업체의 인력난을 해결해 보기 위하여 탄광근로자들을 대상으로 설문지를 배포하고 이를 분석하여 그 해결책을 모색해 보고자 했다. 이를 위해서 경로분석과 이원분산분석을 통해서 이직요인을 발견하고 이를 위한 다각적인 대응방안을 구상해 보았다. 연구결과 태백지역 인력난을 완화시키고 노동인력의 정착성을 제고시키기 위해서는 1) 기업내적(企業內的)인 방안(方案)으로 근로생활의 보람(quality of working life) 조성, 기업문화의 조성, 임금제도의 개선과 생산성 향상, 후생복지시설의 개선, 내부적 제도의 개선과 회사운영의 공개, 대외적 홍보, 2) 정부(政府)의 지원방안(支援方案)과 논의사항(論議事項)으로 석탄산업에 대한 재정적 지원, 소비성 서비스업에 대한 노동력 유출억제, 교육여건의 개선 그리고 해외광원수입에 관한 문제는 장애요인이 많으므로 가능한 신중한 검토가 수반되어야 한다는 것 등을 고려할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

This paper aims at investigating the reinvigoration strategy for main coastal passenger service line in Tongyoung. SWOT analysis and BCG matrix are used to sort out the their competitiveness as environmental market position. As a result of environmental situation, Tongyoung area has a positive internal and external competitive advantage, with strong land and sea tourist attractions. But a small-scale coastal passenger service firms and depression of local economy are represented as the barrier of attracting more passenger. The results of BCG matrix analysis are individual firms managing coastal passenger service in Tongyoung have a stable market position against Korean coastal passenger market in terms of market growth rate and share.
