“폐열을 이용한 도시에너지 시스템”은 산업단지나 발전소 등에서 발생되는 폐열을 회수하여 원격지로 수송을 하고, 도시지역의 수요처에서 수송된 열을 효율적으로 이용하는 에너지 시스템이다. 본 연구는“폐열을 이용한 도시에너지 시스템”모델링을 위해 시스템을 폐열공급원에서 최종 열수요처까지의 전체시스템을 이루는 GES(Global Energy System)와 열의 입출력·이송 저장·변환이 이루어지는 EFS(Energy Flow System)로 구분하였다. 그리고 EFS를 프로세스별로 구분하고, 이들을 최적화하는 시스템 모델링을 구축하였다.

우리나라는 산업의 지속적인 발달로 용수수요는 점차 증가하고 있으나 용수원의 한정과 수질오염에 따라 가용용수가 감소하는 추세에 있다. 이러한 문제는 전력사업에도 예외없이 밀려와 최근의 전력수요 증가와 아울러 당면한 과제로 직면하고 있다. 해안에 위치한 발전소의 발전용수는 가용 용수원의 부족 및 지역적 편중으로 원거리 취수가 불가피하여 막대한 발전용수 공사비 소요가 예상되고 있다. 기존의 용수원도 주변환경 오염등으로 점차 악화되어 지금까지 주로 적용하여온 이온교환수지 이용기술에 한계가 오고 있다. 따라서 본고에서는 공업용수 생산 기술변화 추이와 고순수의 발전용수를 생산하기 위한 공정개발 시험결과를 기술하고 아울러 발전소 수처리 방법의 종류별 장단점을 간략히 소개하고자 한다.

세계적으로 유명한 자동차 생산회사인 르노사와 장갑판재 분야에서 세계적 선두기업인 Creusot-Loire Industrie사 연합으로 설립된 것이 SMS사이다. SMS사의 특징중의 하나는 수요자의 요구조건을 만족시키는데 있어, 다른 경쟁사에 비해 매우 높은 유연성을 가졌다는 점에 있다. 이를 가능케 하는 것은 생산품목의 다양성 때문이다. 그러므로 SMS는 다양한 품목을 제공하여 전세계에 걸쳐 있는 수요자의 요구를 충족시킬수 있다. 지금까지 SMS는 프랑스 육군에 3천2백대, 동남아시아, 아프리카, 중동, 유럽 및 남미지역등 약 12개국의 육군에 1천2백대를 인도하였다.

This study estimates the regional input-output table and GHG emissions in 2019 and then analyzes the economic effects of carbon taxes by region and industry in Korea. The GHG emission, emission coefficient, and emission induction coefficient are estimated to be higher in manufacturing-oriented metropolitan provinces. The GHG emission coefficient in the same industry varies from region to region, which might reflect the standard of product classification, characteristics of production technology, and the regional differences in input structure. If a carbon tax is imposed, production costs are expected to increase and demand and production will decrease, especially in the manufacturing industry, which emits more GFG. On the other hand, the impact of carbon taxes on each region is not expected to vary significantly from region to region, which might be due to the fact that those differences are mitigated by industry-related effects. Since the impact of carbon taxes is expected to spread to the entire region, close cooperation between local governments is necessary in the process of implementing carbon neutrality in the future.

This article aims to analyse the change factor of the industry in rural area. As the regional economy is consist of variety industry in local Revitalization of Rural Economy should consider the growth factor of industry. Analytical method is Shift-Share analysis, analysis data is used GRDP of the 5 target area. Analysis is showed that Agriculture, forestry and fishing is leading position. but Farm population decreased rapidly underway. Side work farmer and industry population is increasing rapidly. the Regional Economic growth inhibitory of 5 Gun is the weakness of the internal factor. especially Competition component is than industry-Mixed component. and the Growth of Agriculture, forestry and fishing is external factor. To improve the regional economy, 5 Gun must improve the fault. and the growth of Agriculture, forestry and fishing should promote the consumption of local products to as the local food system.

국가간 지역간 물의 이동을 개념화하여 물 부족 현상을 정치경제학적 관점에서 접근하려는 가상수(virtual water) 연구가 국제적으로 진행되고 있다. 가상수를 양적 측면에서 산정하여 정확한 물 수지를 파악하면 수자원에 대한 국가의 계획과 전략 수립에 매우 유리한 여건이 조성된다. 우리나라의 국가계획인 수자원장기종합계획은 국가 간의 물 이동을 고려하지 않고 국내에서 발생하는 용수의 수요와 공급 측면만을 산정하고 있다. 그러나 현재에도 국내에서 소비하는 농산물과 축산물의 상당량은 수입에 의존하고 있으며, 향후 국제교역과 FTA의 확대 등으로 그 의존도는 더욱 증대될 것으로 추산된다. 따라서 국가 간 물 이동에 대한 양적 규모를 파악하여 국가전략을 수립하는 기초자료로 활용하기 위한 연구가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 산업연관분석법을 활용하여 국내 산업별(제조업, 서비스업) 가상수를 산정하여 국가 수자원계획 수립에 필요한 기초자료로서 제공하고자 한다. 산업연관분석(Inter-industry analysis)은 산업연관표를 바탕으로 산업 간의 상호 연관관계를 수량적으로 파악하는 방법이다. 이를 가상수 산정에 활용하여 직접수와 간접수를 포함한 물의 전체 사용량을 산정할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 각 산업의 용수량을 총 생산량으로 나누어 물 강도($m^3$/원)를 계산하고, 생산유발계수와 최종수요를 곱하는 방식으로 산업별 가상수량을 산정하였다. 산업별 가상수 산정 결과는 경제총조사의 용수비와 산업연관표의 생산유발계수를 적용하였으며, 제2차 산업인 제조업 분야의 연간 가상수량은 60.4억 $m^3$, 제3차 산업인 서비스 분야의 가상수량은 연간 43.1억 $m^3$으로 분석하였다. 또한 향후 10년의 OECD 기술수준 제품군별 무역수지 전망을 고려한 결과, 기술수준 중 및 고 기술제품의 가상수 수출량이 2020년에는 2010년에 비해 약 3배 증가하는 것으로 산정하였다. 이와 같은 방법으로 산정된 산업별 가상수는 각 산업의 물 사용량을 추정하고 산업 전반의 수자원 활용도를 파악하는데 이용 가능하다. 더불어 국제 환경 및 기후변화가 반영된 가상수 시나리오 연구를 통해 장래 용수 수요변화예측 등 효과적인 물 관리 정책 수립에 기여할 수 있다.

Vocational training efficiency and participation was intended to try to find a reliable demand survey methods to find ways that can be maximized. The exact demand investigation may be the most important factor that can improve the quality of training. Furthermore, the training is due to inaccurate demand as research shows the result of ineffective training because of low participation. Four methods of demand survey are used in the form of large mail, telephone, electronic and face-to-face. This paper describes the demand survey that has been carried out through the training of human resources in the training business that suits description local industry human resource development (HRD) consortium of Mokpo University country, proposed a method of effective demand survey.

Development of policy incentives and policy direction in the innovation economy is always important. Innovations policy have characterized industrial dynamics, leading to a transformation of the market structure of the specific industry. The paper explores the development of industry convergence for understanding the change of the wireless industry in Daejeon. Although its initial focus is R&D center, The business model has become the research and development of external demand than its own product research and development. For regional innovation, the wireless industry policy should be provided with their own product development pattern.

인천광역시는 산업단지 및 신도시지역의 지속적인 개발로 전력수요 증가에 대한 전력공급의 안전성 확보를 위해 부하 밀집지역에 적합한 154㎸ 옥내변전소 건물 표준형 개발 및 설계도서를 확보하기 위함이며, 21C를 향한 미래지향적인 복지국가 건설과 문화발전에 선도적 역할을 다하고 지역의 특성을 접목시켜 친환경적인 변전소를 건립하기 위해 현상설계경기를 실시한 결과 당선작으로 '(주)에이ㆍ포스트 종합건축사사무소'의 안을, 우수작으로 '건축사사무소 도우건축'의 안을 각각 선정, 발표하였다.

한류 문화산업은 드라마로부터 시작하여 K-Pop으로 영역이 넓어지는 장르의 다양화와 함께 동남아에서 남미, 유럽까지 지역적 영향력도 커져가고 있다. 문화산업 관련 직종 중 기획-경영 분야에는 문화 예술에 대한 지식과 함께 경제학, 경영학, 기술 분야(CT: Culture Technology)의 다양하고 고도의 융합지식 필요하다. 한류 문화산업 전문가는 또한 한류 문화상품이 영향력을 미치는 중국, 일본, 베트남, 서남 아시아권의 지역정보와 해당 국가의 문화, 법, 제도 이해가 필요하다. 이 연구에서는 한류 문화산업의 전문가를 양성하기 위한 산업계의 수요를 분석하고 이들을 양성하기 위한 체계적인 교육과정을 도출하는 프로세스를 제시한다.
