With the advancement of artificial intelligence, the travel and hospitality industry is also adopting AI and machine learning technologies for various purposes. In the tourism industry, demand forecasting is recognized as a very important factor, as it directly impacts service efficiency and revenue maximization. Demand forecasting requires the consideration of time-varying data flows, which is why statistical techniques and machine learning models are used. In recent years, variations and integration of existing models have been studied to account for the diversity of demand forecasting data and the complexity of the natural world, which have been reported to improve forecasting performance concerning uncertainty and variability. This study also proposes a new model that integrates various machine-learning approaches to improve the accuracy of hotel sales demand forecasting. Specifically, this study proposes a new time series forecasting model based on XGBoost that selectively utilizes a local model by clustering with DTW K-means and a global model using the entire data to improve forecasting performance. The hotel demand forecasting model that selectively utilizes global and regional models proposed in this study is expected to impact the growth of the hotel and travel industry positively and can be applied to forecasting in other business fields in the future.

지식경제부의 발표에 따르면, 세계 SW/IT융합 시장은 2010년 1.2조 달러에서 2015년 2조 달러, 2020년에는 3.6조 달러에 이르러 연평균 11.8%로 성장할 것으로 전망되고 있으며, 같은 기간 동안 세계경제성장률이 3~4%인 점을 감안한다면 이는 상당히 높은 성장률이라고 할 수 있다. 이러한 추세에 맞추어 세계 각국은 빠르게 확산되고 있는 SW융합 환경에서 자국의 경쟁력을 높이기 위해 정책적으로 많은 노력을 기울이고 있으며, IT인프라의 확산 및 고도화를 통해 정보 지식기반의 사회로의 발전을 꾀하고 있다. 국내에서도 SW기업의 성장기반 확대 조성 및 시장 환경 개선을 위해, 2010년 2월 제45차 비상경제대책회의에서 범부처 차원의 SW산업 육성방안을 담은 'SW 강국 도약전략'을 수립하여, 국내 SW산업의 체질을 개선하고, SW분야의 신시장 창출을 위한 SW 산업 생태계 재편, SW 융합 수요 창출, SW 인재양성, SW 기술역량 제고 등 4대 핵심전략과 12개 정책 과제를 제시하였다. 그러나 국내의 SW산업분야에 대한 정책적인 지원 투자는 약 10년을 넘은 수준으로, 상대적으로 초기수준인 SW산업의 글로벌 경쟁력 확보를 위한 체계적이고 전략적인 지원이 필요하다. 특히, 지역기반의 SW산업은 서울 및 수도권에 비하여 사업체의 수, 생산액 등 모든 면에서 열세이므로 지역의 경제 및 산업에 있어서 SW산업의 중요성을 재인식하고 이에 따른 발전전략을 추진할 필요가 크다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 그동안의 지역 SW산업 지원 사업의 문제점과 지역 SW산업의 기반 현황 및 여건분석에 해당하는 지역적 특성, IT SW 산업의 시장 규모, IT SW 산업의 GRDP 비중 및 기여도, IT SW 산업의 사업체 수 및 종사자 수, 국내 산업단지 현황, IT SW 산업의 가치사슬, 지역 지원정책 등 다양한 변수들을 고려하여, 정부의 광역경제권발전전략의 핵심인 지역별 선도산업을 중심으로 한 SW융합사업으로서 시너지 창출이 가능한 지역발전전략을 수립하고자 한다. 또한, 국내외 SW산업의 정책 및 성공사례를 조사, 분석하여 SW산업 육성을 위한 지역발전정책의 방향성을 도출하여 광역경제권 수요기반의 신규 정책 및 제안을 통해 선택과 집중에 의한 지역 SW산업 육성 전략을 수립하고자 한다.

After 2001, the world aircraft industry grows consistently with world's economic recovery. The environmental changes after 9.11, including the market decent and revival, rise in oil price, and the environmental problems, make the aircraft industry change gradually. The increasing demand of point-to-point flight needs over 200 seat class large jets and changes the main model of regional jet over 100 seat class. And the needs of various flight schedule raises the demand of business jet and VLJ. The competition between airliners including the main streams, the regionals and the low prices goes harder and it needs more efficient airplanes which reduce the cost. In the military side, still the development of 5th generation fighter is proceeding and it diffuses to the more countries. Before its popularization, the 4th generation fighter is chosen for good alternatives of it. And there are some changes in the military demand after the war against terrorism. The army needs more unmanned reconnaissance and they want new aircraft which gives more accessibility.

In this study, We will find approach to improve the efficiency of business support policies for small-medium enterprises(SMEs) in the regional strategic industries. Especially, based on the customized needs of SMEs in strategic industries, we intend to find directions of the business support policy. we can use the decisions criteria(for example, business strategy, business portfolio, effective budget allocation, core business plans, etc.) by research results. To achieve the research objectives, we surveyed from 243 SMEs in regional strategic industry. we found the differences of industry characteristics, strategy and industry-specific by growth stages. Thus, this result implies the necessity of creating a customizing policy for SMEs. We found implications about the efficiency improvement of regional industrial policy. In conclusion, regional industrial policy must reflect the central government's policy direction of regional industries and the demand of SMEs.

2010년 한해에도 가스산업에 많은 변화가 예상됩니다. 국내적으로는 LPG업계의 담합판정으로 비난 여론이 급등하고 있으며, 기존 LPG 공급지역에 도시가스 보급이 확대되면서 국내 프로판 수요는 감소세 등 LGP 시장이 위기를 맞고 있습니다. 그러나 정부와 LPG업계는 어려운 상황에서도 LPG 경쟁력확보와 소비자 부담 완화 차원에서 LPG시장 안정대책을 금년에도 지속적으로 추진할 것입니다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the demand for the science park development as a regional innovation hub to strengthen the internationalization capacity of local governments and to promote international exchange and cooperation based on public - private partnerships. For this, i)the main areas of interest and expectation for international exchange and cooperation, ii)preference for major projects, and iii)demand for development cooperation projects were identified, and it was figured out iv)what the core program is for cities of developing countries through network analysis using the UCINET program. Through these analysis, it was found that cities in developing countries wanted exchange and cooperation projects for the development of industrial and economic sectors. Especially, they wanted to develop industrial infrastructures and transfer advanced systems to foster regional strategic industries. In addition, the demand for the development of science park as a development cooperation project was found to be significant. Therefore it could be inferred that cities in developing countries want to develop a science park as a platform for regional development and industrial development, and to acquire development experience of advanced cities through continuous exchange and cooperation.

우리 나라는 산업의 지속적인 발달로 용수수요는 점차 증가하고 있으나 용수원의 한정과 수질오염에 따라 가용용수가 감소하는 추세에 있다. 이러한 문제는 전력사업에도 예외일 수 없이 겪고 있으며 최근의 전력수요 증가에 따른 발전소 건설부지 확보와 아울러 당면환 과제로 직면하고 있다. 또한 기존의 용수원도 주변 환경오염등으로 점차 악화되어 지금까지 주로 적용하여온 이온교환수지기술에 한계가 오고 있다. 이러한 현상은 현재의 발전단지중 서울, 인천의 수도권 지역과 낙동강을 용수원으로 하는 영남지역 등에서 뚜렷이 나타나고 있다.

Nowadays, the Designated Driver Services employ dynamic pricing, which adapts in real-time based on nearby driver availability, service user volume, and current weather conditions during the user's request. The uncertain volatility is the main cause of price increases, leading to customer attrition and service refusal from driver. To make a good Designated Driver Services, development of a demand forecasting model is required. In this study, we propose developing a demand forecasting model using data from the Designated Driver Service by considering normal and peak periods, such as rush hour and rush day, as prior knowledge to enhance the model performance. We propose a new methodology called Time-Series with Conditional Probability(TSCP), which combines conditional probability and time-series models to enhance performance. Extensive experiments have been conducted with real Designated Driver Service data, and the result demonstrated that our method outperforms the existing time-series models such as SARIMA, Prophet. Therefore, our study can be considered for decision-making to facilitate proactive response in Designated Driver Services.
