자연재해위험지구란 자연재해로부터 안전하지 못하여 국민의 생명과 재산에 피해를 줄 수 있는 지역과 자연재해의 피해를 저감할 수 있는 시설을 포함한 주변지역으로서 자연재해대책법 제12조의 규정에 의하여 지정된 지구를 말한다. 자연재해대책법에 따라 시장 군수 구청장은 상습침수지역 산사태위험지역 등 지형적인 여건 등으로 인하여 재해가 발생할 우려가 있는 지역에 대하여는 자연재해위험지구로 지정 고시한다. 2010년에 특별 재고시 되어진 재해위험지구 지정현황을 비롯하여 최근 지정해제 등 변경사항을 고려하여 총 683개(2011년 현재)의 지구를 대상으로 조사한 결과, 침수위험지구는 401개(전체의 59%), 붕괴위험지구는 128개(전체의 19%), 유실위험지구는 98개(전체의 14%), 취약방재위험지구는 28개(전체의 4%), 고립위험지구는 18개(전체의 3%), 해일위험지구는 10개(전체의 1%)로 분석되었다. 본 연구에서는 2010년 특별 재고시된 자연재해위험지구(침수위험지구)의 2011년도 현황을 바탕으로 기 지정된 재해위험지구에 대한 대규모 하천정비 및 기후변화에 따른 침수위험의 변화영향을 검토하였다. 이는 대규모 하천정비 및 기후변화에 따른 기존의 침수영향변화를 복합적으로 검토하여 한강, 낙동강, 금강, 영산강 수계 자연재해위험지구(침수위험지구)의 복합 영향의 범위를 분석하였다.

It is the Third Italy's industrial districts that is emerging as effective strategies for regional economic development since 1970' s. Compared with mass production system, it's production system is characterized the cooperative networks of a number of enterprise specialized in specific sector or process. This work will analysis the course of growth and industrial characteristics of Modena engineering industrial district and Mirandola bio-industrial district as the exemplary industrial district, so elucidate new principle of building industrial space named development of industrial districts. This work point out three characteristics which these industrial districts have. First, these districts have the production system based vertical dis-integration and specialization among enterprise like general industrial districts in Third Italy. This factor make Modena and Mirandola's production system coupled with specialized enterprise in coping with various demand of consumer. Second, technological innovation is very important factor in growing industrial districts. This factor contributes these two districts to have developed as the competitive industrial clusters in the world. Last point is the difference of local governance by the two city governments. Modena city government has made a lot of industrial spaces but in Mirandola the leading enterprise has contributed to shape the industrial district.

지방 투기과열지구 해제 여부가 정부와 정치권 간에 새로운 쟁점으로 떠오르고 있다. 건교부는 부동산 시장이 안정되기 전에는 해제를 검토하지 않을 방침이지만 투기과열지구 지정, 해제 기준을 수도권과 비수도권에 대해 각각 다르게 적용토록 하는 주택법 개정안 또한 검토되고 있다. 투기 지역 지정 제도의 현황과 문제점, 개선 방안에 대해 알아본다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the housing price variation within the redevelopment project district, affected by the characteristics of project and implementation stage. This study implemented the hedonic price model employing the actual transaction price with 24 dependent variables from 2006 to 2016 inside 19 redevelopment districts in Seoul. Research finding indicates that the larger ratio of the number of tenants and general distribution, the smaller ratio of rented households and the more positive effect of housing price. It is noteworthy that this study demonstrated the actual transaction price of houses located within the project districts by implementation stage. This study is expected to help the policy makers, the developers and the investors make more reliable decisions on the feasibility study related to the redevelopment project.

In 2003, the local police system was adopted, and the personnel and installation of local police agencies were subsequently changed. According to the "Police Law", local police station shall be established under the control of chief of police department, and the criteria for the installation of local police stations were to take into consideration of population, administrative districts, area, geographical characteristics, traffic and other conditions. The chief of local police has the authority to install district police station according to the "National Police Agency and its Organization". However, it is hard to say they were applied. Futhermore, it is inappropriate to apply the laws and regulations equally across the nation. Also, it has been criticized for its difficulties of patrolling, the weakened relationship with local residents, and poor quality of security services in rural areas. Therefore, this study suggests that the criteria for the installation of the police station should be made through a comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of the areas and security needs.

The relationship between tectonic uplift and geophysical analysis of gravity anomalies and the in-situ stress fields in the Otway Ranges, SE Australia is addressed in this study to understand the nature and possible mechanism for the neotectonic movements. The uplift axis of the ranges is coincident with the regional Bouguer gravity highs whereas thick Tertiary sedimentary successions are highly correlated with the gravity lows along the basin rift geometry. This result suggests that the gravity highs are separated by the thick Tertiary sedimentary successions. Regional structural trends associated with faults and foldings of the deformed surfaces are consistent with the prevailing NW-SE $S_{Hmax}$ trend in this part of the continent. The anomalously positive correlation between topography and Bouguer gravity fields suggests possibly a lithospheric flexural deformation mode at a long wavelength (order of $10^2$ kms) in the region. It also suggests that the reactivation of pre-existing lithospheric structures driven by plate boundary forces plays a key role in this mode.
