1821년 국내 최초로 태화기도교사회복지관이 우리나라에 설립된지 벌써 85년이 흘렀다 그간 사회복지관들은 지역 주민들의 복지증진을 위한 여러 가지 사업개발과 저소득 계층을 위해 지원해 왔으며 후원 및 자원봉사자들을 개발 발굴하여, 지역사회 운동 등의 다양한 활동을 전개해 오고 있다. 2007년 현재 전국에 395개의 지역사회복지관이 다양한 전문 복지프로그램을 개발운영하고 있으며, 이러한 지역사회복지관에 대한 지역 주민들의 관심은 나날이 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 과거 지역사회복지관이라는 단어는 경제적으로 어려운 저소득 소외계층을 위한 기관으로 빈민 구제등의 사업을 실시해왔으나 현재는 지역주민들의 욕구가 다양화 되면서 지역주민들을 위한 다양한 사업들을 전개해오고 있다.

본 연구의 목적은 고령화 사회로 가고 있는 현 상황에서 여러 가지 만성질환이 대두되고 있고, 이에 따른 신체활동의 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 하지만 우리나라의 경우 신체활동 실천율이 낮은 것이 현실이다. 신체활동의 실천율을 향상시키기 위해서는 신체활동을 결정짓는 요인들에 대해 파악이 필요하며 이번 연구에서는 낮은 운동 실천율과 운동방식의 성격을 볼 때 지역사회의 건강생활 실천을 위해 신체활동을 늘이기 위한 구체적 전략이 필요하고, 국민건강증진사업의 중요한 영역의 하나로 보건사업 영역에서 운동 모형을 개발하는 연구가 시급한 과제가 되겠다. 이에 앞서 지역사회 인구의 운동실태와 운동 환경여건을 조사하는 것이 선행되어야 하겠다. 이번 연구는 일개 광역시 주민들을 대상으로 일반적 특성 및 건강행동관련 특성을 조사하고, 또한 신체활동의 정도를 조사하여 실태파악 및 관련된 연관성을 알아보고자 시행하였다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of knowledge of dementia and attitude of dementia on preventive behavior of dementia in the elderly living alone. The subjects of this study were 101 elderly living alone in the community and data collection was from January 2 to 16, 2020. Data was analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 24.0 program by descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation, multiple regression analysis. There was a positive correlation between preventive behavior of dementia(r=.42, p<.001). Exercise(β=-.26, p=003), subjective health status(β=.26, p=.003) and knowledge of dementia(β=.37, p<.001) were found to be factors influencing preventive behavior of dementia among the elderly living alone in the community. The results of this study suggest that it is necessary to develop some programs that include factors such as exercise, subjective health status and knowledge of dementia for preventive behavior of dementia.

The purpose of this study is to investigate exchange between companies and rural communities in 1 company - 1 village campaign and assess functions of NACF(National Agricultural Cooperative Federation)'s 'I Farm Love' as intermediary organization. The result shows that Korea companies participated in 1 company - 1 village campaign to understand rural area and revitalize economic condition in rural community. Most of exchange programs are volunteer works and direct dealing of farm products. The functions of NACF was highly assessed as an informant and intermediary. However establishing networks or promoting exchanges between corporation and rural village were low assessed. It is necessary of NACF to make up for advanced mediation and intermediary between rural villages and companies so that 1 company - 1 village campaign become corporate community investment. Moreover functions to develop programs suited characteristic of companies and set up networks of multi-stakeholders are needed.
