1967년 지역사회 발전과 지역간 경제력격차의 해소를 위해 설립된 대구은행은 설립 후 30년간 내실경영 및 경영혁신을 기반으로 1997년 총수신고 10조의 고지를 달성하였고 지방은행 선두자리를 확고히 한 바 있으며 일반은행권을 포함하여도 8위권을 유지하면서 지방금융기관으로서 자립기반을 구축한 바 있다. 그러나 1997 년 말 밀어닥친 IMF 외환위기의 충격으로 대구은행은 생존자체가 불투명해졌으나 지역사회의 뜨거운 성원과 은행 임직원의 지역밀착형 마케팅 활동을 통하여 위기를 슬기롭게 극복하여 부실여신의 조기감축을 통한 클린뱅크의 구현과 세계기준(Global Standard)에 부합하는 선진경영의 틀을 갖추어 나감으로써 독자생존을 위한 기반을 마련해 나가고 있다. 본 사례는 대구은행의 IMF 사태 시 위기상황을 소개하고, 위기상황에서의 생존을 건 구조조정 프로그램과 위기관리 과정을 소개한 후, 초일류 지역은행으로의 재탄생을 위한 기반이 되었던 지역밀착경영 (K-프로젝트) 및 이와 관련된 프로그램과 그에 따른 성과를 소개한다.

본 연구의 목적은 지역밀착금융기관 중 하나인 새마을금고를 대상으로 DEA 모형을 활용하여 효율성을 평가하는 것이다. 이를 위해 국내 지자체 중 가장 많은 조합이 있는 경기도를 대상으로 2013년부터 2016년까지의 공시자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과 경기지역 새마을 금고에 대한 시군별 효율성을 평가하고 이를 통해 각 지자체 간의 차이를 확인할 수 있었다.

This study suggests regionally closely-related traditional market support measures that are intended. Market and the community to investigate the relationship between traditional markets and the degree of relationship with the local economy, whether the degree of cooperation with local communities, local people in stores and traditional markets, with a visual image, interacting with local relevance were. Executed questionnaire to merchants and traditional market connection specialists of the tradition market engaged to whole country small town. Small town region's traditional markets have a close relationship with the community. Contribute to regional economic development, and locals have a passion for shopping. Small town to enable local traditional market requires the following way. Through surveys and research policy implications are as follows: First, by constructing a civil partnership with a focus on the needs of local residents need market activation measures. Second, the traditional market members to build social relationships that contribute to their local needs. Third, Installation and utilization of community space in traditional markets is required. Fourth, to increase the participation of young people need to be developed in the program. Fifth, small town regional market collapse and space reorganization is needed.

본 연구는 국내 녹색에너지산업화 잠재력을 지역별로 평가 분석하여 지역별 특성과 여건이 반영된 녹색에너지산업화 방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 특히 비효율성을 증대시키지 않는 범위 내에서 지역의 자발적인 니즈(Needs)를 반영할 수 있도록 하여 지역단위와 밀착된 구체적인 실천계획이 수립될 수 있도록 한다. 지역을 저탄소녹색성장의 핵심주체로 고려하여 분석함으로써 선언적인 의미를 넘어 실질적인 녹색산업화로 나아가는데 필요한 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

This paper examines the factors affecting financial exclusion, and proposes the strategies for enhancing the role of credit unions as financing source for small business startups. Credit cooperative institutions have played an important role in assisting people and communities who suffer from social and financial exclusion such as small business owners. But many of them have closed and lost their operational grounds by financial restructuring. Accordingly people with low credit scores have faced with increased financial constraints and the government has proposed various measures to assist them. Credit unions should develop strategies more actively to ease their financial constraints, expand and reinforce the operational grounds through relationship banking, enhance competitiveness by community based specialization strategies and developing models.

In the 21st century, the Korean university education system is focused on innovation and change, including cooperation between industry and universities. It should be a goal to foster an industry-university ecosystem through interactions between universities and industry. Therefore, it is important to measure their relationships and to find advisable ways to measure the final results of industry-university cooperation. This paper sets out the achievements in cooperation and the satisfaction from such enterprises and measures mutual relationships influencing satisfaction from industry-university cooperation as to adherence and cooperation. Therefore, this research focuses on regression equation analysis in order to analyze the influence from satisfaction with industry-university cooperation based on factors in the relations between industry and universities. Also, as we examined the multicollinearity problem, before analyzing multiple regression, the multicollinearity problem appeared to be relatively irrelevant. In particular, the satisfaction variable, which can also be set as a subordinate variable, was in this research constructed as a high-dimensional subordinate variable composed of five individual variables. We then analyzed how the adherence construct factor and degree of cooperation construct factor influences the respective and subordinate satisfaction variables. As a result, the degree of realization of local customized programs was shown by the most significant variables. The biggest factor influencing satisfaction with industry-university cooperation proves the degree of realization for appropriate programs under local conditions, such as education, research, and technique guidance.

염해지역 배전선로의 나선 사용에 따른 안전사고방지 및 전력공급신뢰도 향상을 위하여 경동선 도체에 수밀 컴파운드를 충진하고 흑색의 가교폴리에틸렌으로 압출한 절연전선으로 염해지역의 특별고압 가공전선로에 사용하며 내부식성, 수밀성 및 전기 특성이 우수하다. 따라서 본 평가기술에서는 내트래킹, 인장강도, 우수침입방지성, 침적성, 통전내부식성, 교류파괴전압, 박리성, 밀착도 등의 주요한 시험에 대한 시험방법을 검토하고, 시험에 적용하여 시험 시 문제점을 도출하고 시험방법을 정립하고자 한다.

본 연구는 미국의 지역시장의 전형이라고 할 수 있는 파머즈마켓(farmers market)에 대한 조사연구로서 선진국의 전통시장의 현대화 혁신사례를 벤치마킹하여 우리나라 재래시장의 현대화모델을 정립함에 있어서 시사점을 탐색하는 데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구는 인터넷을 통한 자료검색을 통하여 미국 파머즈마켓(farmers market)에 현황과 운영 실태를 조사하여 정리하였다. 미국의 대표적인 파머즈마켓(farmers market)으로 Los Angeles의 Gilmore 파머즈마켓(farmers market)과 Seattle소재의 Pike Place Market을 중심으로 시장경영전략과 운영주체를 고찰하고 운영면에서 고객 중심적 편의성 제고를 통한 혁신사례를 소개한다.

지난 1898년 1월 5일 개국한 강릉우체국. 이처럼 오랜 역사를 갖고 있는 강릉우체국은 지역 주민들에게 보다 나은 우정서비스를 제공하기 위해 새단장을 준비하고 있다. 구시가지에서 벗어나 강릉역 인근에 새롭게 터를 잡고 주민 밀착형 행정서비스를 지원할 예정인 것이다. 오늘의 주인공이 바로 강릉우체국의 새로운 사옥을 건립하고 있는 (주)우주다. 이곳 현장은 지난해 6월 차공 이후 현재가지 무재해를 달성할 만큼 철두철미한 안전관리를 전개하고 있다. 지난 8월 안전보건공단으로부터 '위험성평가 우수사업장'으로 인정받았다는 것에서 이곳의 안전관리 우수성을 엿볼 수 있다. 중소규모 건설현장의 안전관리 모범사례를 여실히 보여주고 있는 이곳 현장을 찾아가 봤다.

80년대초 이후 기술혁신의 가속으로 중소기업에서도 기술변화에 대한 적응이 경쟁력의 유지를 위한 핵심과제가 되면서, OECD 국가는 중소기업에 대한 과학기술정보(科學技術情報)의 이전(移轉)을 촉진하는 정부지원을 확충하였다. 경제성과의 개선을 위해서는 기술혁신만이 아니라 기술혁신의 성과를 확산시키는 것도 중요하다는 인식으로 중소기업의 경쟁력향상에 기여하는 과학기술정보의 공급확대를 위하여 연구개발사업(硏究開發事業)에 대한 지원을 강화하는 동시에 중소기업에 대한 과학기술정보의 이전을 촉진하기 위하여 과학기술정보의 공급원(供給源)(대학, 시험연구기관 등)과 중소기업을 연결하는 다양한 중개(仲介)(촉매(觸媒))기관(機關)의 설립 운영을 지원하고 있다. 연구개발과 과학기술정보이전에 관한 과학기술공급원과 중소기업간의 인식의 차이를 해소하기 위하여 정보교환(情報交換)과 인적교류(人的交流)를 확대하고 과학기술공급원이 제공하는 지식을 중소기업이 이용하기 쉬운 기술로 변환하기도 한다. 이러한 기능을 중개기관이 효과적으로 수행하기 위해서는 중소기업 사업자와 신뢰관계(信賴關係)를 구축하는 것이 긴요하며, 기술변화를 인지 수용하도록 유도하는 초기단계에서는 중소기업의 네트워크를 통하여 접근하는 것이 효과적이다. 이러한 기술확산과정(技術擴散過程)의 특성으로 인하여 지역혁신체제(地域革新體制)의 구축과 기술혁신정책(技術革新政策)의 지역화(地域化)가 강조되고 있다. 최근에 통상산업부와 과학기술처도 기술혁신정책의 지역화를 시도하고 있다. 연구기반과 산업기반을 고려하여 지역별로 다양한 유형의 산학연 공동연구기반이 구축될 계획이다. 기술혁신정책의 지역화는 시도단계에 불과하며 효율적인 지역혁신체제를 구축하기 위한 여건도 불리하다. 선진국에 비하여 대학과 연구기관의 연구자원(硏究資源)에서도 현격한 차이가 있으나, 네트워크의 혁신성을 좌우하는 지식집약형 중소기업의 비중과 중소기업기술개발의 혁신성에서도 선진국에 비하여 절대열위에 있다. 이러한 불리한 여건을 극복하기 위하여 중소기업의 혁신현장에 밀착된 지역의 전문가집단이 지역경제의 비전과 지역산업의 특수성을 고려하여 지역연구개발사업(地域硏究開發事業)을 전략적으로 기획하고 효율적으로 추진하며, 기획 추진과정에 참여하는 지역대학 지역시험연구기관 지역산업단체 등이 구성하는 지역사회(地域社會)의 협의체(協議體)가 정보공유(情報共有)와 공동학습(共同學習)을 통하여 지역혁신체제의 형성을 주도하고 경쟁과 협력의 조화를 통하여 기술혁신을 가속시키는 지역사회(地域社會)의 규범(規範)과 문화(文化)가 정착되도록 노력하며 중앙정부는 지역연구개발사업에 대한 지원에서 투명하고 합리적인 평가기준을 제시하고 지역산업의 혁신성과에 의하여 지원을 차등화(差等化)하는 경쟁원리를 도입하여 지역사회의 합리적 의사결정을 유도해야 한다.
