세포단위에서 혈관 생성과정 관찰 시 사용되는 광학현미경 영상은 광원의 특성으로 인해 부분적으로 영상이 밝거나 혹은 어둡게 나타난다. 이러한 현상은 혈관 영상에서의 혈관 분석을 어렵게 하므로 본 논문에서는 신 혈관 생성 영상에서 명도 불균형 문제를 해결하는 혈관 추출 및 정량화 기법을 제안한다. 불균형 명도 문제를 해결하기 위해 지역적 문턱치화 방법을 사용하고, 잡음 및 혈관 내 틈새 문제를 해결하기 위해 형태학적 연산 처리를 하였다. 그 결과 명도가 어두운 지역에서 배경 잡음이 없고, 영역이 끊어지지 않고 하나로 연결된 혈관을 추출할 수 있었다. 추출된 혈관 영역에서 골격화와 혈관 세그먼트에 기반하여 두께, 길이, 넓이를 정량화함으로써 혈관 분석 시 현미경에 탑재되어 있어 가장 널리 사용되고 있는 메타 모르프보다 정확한 정량화 결과를 얻었다.

Zoning data such as national land use planning map, urban land use planning map, agricultural promotion zoning ap, forest land zoning map has a relationship each other in law and spatial context. But difficulties in data share and the lack of accuracy of manual work makes serious inconsistence son zoning data relationship. This causes many trial and error in land use. For resolving this problem the data modellingmethod is presented as a technical solution.

유럽지역에서는 1980년대부터 지역적인 전압/무효전력 불균형에 의한 문제를 해결하기 위해 계층적 전압제어 시스템에 대한 연구가 진행되어 왔으며 근래에는 실 계통에 적용하여 운영 중에 있다. 우리나라에서도 유럽지역에서와 같이 지역적인 전압/무효전력 불균형에 의한 전압 불안정 문제가 발생하고 있다. 이에 전력연구원에서는 그 해결책을 유럽의 경우와 같이 계층적 전압제어의 적용을 통하여 해결하고자 계층적 전압제어 시스템에 대한 연구를 진행 중에 있으며 본 논문에서는 중간 결과물인 속응형 전압제어시스템의 개발과 모의 결과에 대하여 소개하고자 한다.

This research is to verify early child teachers' ego-strength and self-efficacy that effect to problem solving. The subjects are included 293 in-service teachers in K city and J province. The research tools are ego-strength scale, self-efficacy scale and problem-solving scale. The data is disposed of t-test, one-way analysis of variance, correlation and regression analysis. As a result, eco-strength, self-efficacy and problem-solving that have a correlation, in addition, variable to effect to self-strength and self-efficacy as solving problems. Therefore, early child teachers are able to own psychological conflict and anxiety which can be disturbing in teaching young children in warm and comfortable ways. It is required to develop a self-growth program to increase ego-strength, self-efficacy, and problem-solving.

Recognizing the contemporary critical situation of local newspapers in Korea, the present study purposed to consider plans to overcome such a crisis from various aspects and examine the possibility to implement the plans. Specific research question was plans to promote local newspapers on political and legislative dimension. The result of this study proved that the issue of activating local press must be discussed basically in conjunction with the implications and functions of power decentralization. This study also considered the opinion that so-called structural problems, which cannot be tackled by local newspaper, must be intervened in by the government on the dimension of promoting local newspapers politically and legislatively. In particular, the meaning of this study lies in that it was focused on supporting methods to prepare a bill for the special law of local newspaper promotion support, and proposed specific and practical plans.

서부경남 남해연안 지역에 위치한 대형 석탄 화력발전소는 그 동안 국가산업발전과 국민생활향상에 기여해온 반면, 다량의 대기오염물질 배출로 지역주민들의 건강, 재산 피해 및 각종 환경문제가 제기되고 있으며, 그 피해사항도 언론매체를 통해 자주 보도되고 있다. 이러한 대기환경 오염문제를 해결하고 보다 구체적이고 효과적인 지역 대기질 개선방안을 마련하기 위해서는 실제 정확한 지역의 대기오염 현황 파악을 통한 적극적인 대책방안이 요구된다. (중략)

We survey the effects of robot programming education using web 2.0 on improving problem solving ability. For this, we constructed a robot programming education system using springnote based web 2.0 and taught computer gifted students of D region. Furthermore, we investigated about the problem solving ability when the robot programming education using web 2.0 is executed. In conclusion, the robot programming education using web 2.0 stimulate problem solving ability for learners.
