우리 나라의 건설산업은 건설시장 개방으로 외국기업과의 경쟁체제 돌입이 불가피하고, 건설정책과 각종 행정규제의 급변으로 대응전략 수립이 불가피하다. 또한, 건설정보의 지식관리체제의 부재와 건설지식관리시스템의 미구축, 그리고 정보 공유와 공공정보 공개 마인드의 미성숙으로 인하여 적극적인 대처가 불가능한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 건설업체, 설계사무소, 감리업체 등이 안고 있는 제반 현황을 고찰하여 건설지식관리시스템 구현방안을 제시 이를 건설지식관리시스템에 적용하여 국내 건설분야 건설지식 맵을 도출하고 환용 실태를 파악하고, 해외 파국에서 지식관리의 활용관련 자료를 분석하여 국제기준 및 국내 건설환경에 적합한 지식 맵 및 분류체계 적용한 시스템 개발 건설업체에 적용하였다.

기술로드맵의 가장 큰 가치는 기술로드맵 자체보다는 그것을 작성하기 위한 일련의 활동과정이라 할 수 있다. 기술전략의 실제적 Tool로서 효과를 발휘, 기술전략수립에 활용되기 위하여, 국가적으로 산업별 로드맵 작성에 적극 나서서 각 산업별, 기술별 발전방향을 제시하기 위하여. 올해 지식경제부는 "지식경제 통합기술청사진"을 발표하였다. 본 논문에서는 "지식경제 통합기술청사진"에 관하여 전반적인 사항들에 관하여 집어보고, 국가 정보 자원관리 차원에서 통합기술청사진을 IT서비스 차원에서의 체계화를 통하여, 관리 및 운영방안에 대한 전략적인 접근을 하고자 한다. 통합 TRM 기반의 IT서비스 관리 및 운영방안에 관련된 부분들을 분석하여 효율적으로 관리 및 활용할 수 있는 운영 방안을 제안한다.

키워드의 모호성으로 인한 검색 결과가 부정확하게 되는 문제를 해결하기 위한 질의기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 질의 기법은 TMDR을 이용한다. TMDR은 로컬 데이터베이스를 통합하기 위한 스키마 정보의 통합 관리하기위한 MDR과 데이터 접근을 위해 온톨로지 지식 저장소로 토픽맵으로 구성된다. 토픽맵은 연관관계 분석을 통한 데이터 모호성 해결을 지원한다. 이를 이용하여 기존 시스템의 이질적 문제를 해결한다. 토픽맵은 지식을 제공하고, 지식 간의 관계성을 제공하므로 키워드의 모호성을 해결할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 TMDR을 이용하여 키워드의 모호성과 기존 시스템의 이질적 환경을 적응하기 위한 질의기법을 제안한다.

과학 기술과 의학 기술의 발달로 전 세계적인 고령화 인구 비율도 해마다 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 고령화 인구 증가 현상에 대한 대책 방안의 하나로 U-HealthCare 시스템에 구글맵(Google Map) 3D 기반의 실시간 위치 추적기법을 적용 시켜 노약자들이 이동하는 중간에 실시간 위치 추적을 실시하여 추후 발생 할 수 있는 위험 사태에 대비하고자 한다. 제안 방식은 구글 맵 3D 서비스 방식이기에 2D 서비스나 문자 서비스 방식보다 시각적으로 건물의 생김새나 주변의 건물에 대한 정확한 파악이 가능하여 노약자들의 위치 정보에 대한 신속한 대체가 가능하다.

Topic map typically provide information to user through the selection of topics, that is using only topic, association, occurrence on the first topicmap which is made by domain expert without regard to individual interests or context, for the purpose of supplementation for the weakness which is providing personalized topic map information, personalization has been studied for supporting user preference through preseting of customize, filtering, scope, etc in topic map. Nevertheless, personalization in current topicmap is not enough to user so far. In this paper, we propose a design of PTRS(personalized topicmap ranking system) & algorithm, using both user profile(click through data) and basic element of topic map(topic, association) on knowledge layer in specific domain topicmap, therefore User has strong point that is improvement of personal facilities to user through representation of ranked topicmap information in consideration of user preference using PTRS.

국가나 기업이 보유한 기술을 국제 표준에 반영하기 위한 표준화 활동은 국가의 산업 발전은 물론 기업의 생존이 걸린 중요한 문제라고 할 수 있다. 그리고 21세기 지식정보사회에서 우리나라가 정보화를 조기에 실현하여 지식정보강국으로 도약하고, 세계 정보통신 시장에서 주도적인 위치를 확보하기 위해서는 정보통신시장을 주도할 핵심기술에 대한 국제 표준화를 추진하는 정보통신 표준화 전략 수립 및 체계적인 추진이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존의 기술로드맵 체계 및 표준화 로드맵 수립 사례를 분석하여 기술개발과 연계한 표준화 로드맵을 수립하기 위한 체계적인 접근방법과 체계(framework)를 제시하여 국내 개발기술의 국제 표준화를 촉진하고 표준화 활동의 초석을 마련하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

The purpose of this research is to schematize and suggest the new trends of study and changing aspects of science and technology hidden in a bibliographical phenomenon of documentation to researchers and policy-makers all through the Knowledge Map. The field of study to be analyzed in this research is the Access Network field. The reason why this field has been selected as the main target of study is that the Access Network field is economically important and characterized by its wide sphere where a variety of fields are interconnected. In addition, it is important to measure the applied as well as fundamental aspects of technology by using bibliographical method and technique. Knowledge Map successfully visualizes the inter-relations of the keywords and sub-fields of Access Network. The importance of visualizing methods in the convincing presentation of results has not been sufficiently understood in the past. Knowledge Map opens a new opportunity for cartography of science and information visualization. The Knowledge Map results have produced a great deal more than statistical artifact. We aimed to exploit the visualization effect of the Knowledge Maps to the aid of searchers in Access Network domain, and the results are quite encourging.

본 논문에서는 과학기술 정보분석을 위한 방법론 중의 하나인 지식맵을 기반으로 유망연구영역을 탐색하는 방법론을 다룬다. 이를 위해 정보보안 분야를 대상으로 지식맵을 작성하고, 또한 허브탐색을 통한 정보보안 분야의 유망연구영역을 제안하였다.
