This study is intended to identify the relationship between antecedents and performance factors that affect the knowledge-sharing of financial professionals. In order to accomplish the objective, antecedents were established as 'disposition to trust', 'subjective norm', and 'knowledge-sharing willingness' in the personal aspect, and 'trust in peers' and 'management support' in the organizational aspect. As performance factors, 'job satisfaction' and 'firm innovation' were established, and a research model was presented. Empirical analysis was done on the research model using collected questionnaires from 185 financial professionals. The research findings are as follows. First, disposition to trust of financial professionals has a positive effect on their knowledge-sharing. Second, trust in peers and management support have a positive effect on their knowledge-sharing. Among the antecedents, trust in peers has the strongest effect on their knowledge-sharing. Third, knowledge-sharing of financial professionals has a positive effect on their job satisfaction and firm innovation.

The emergence of knowledge-sharing live streamers provides more diversified content to the live streaming platform. Analysis of the factors affecting the intention to use knowledge sharing live streaming users can allow the live streaming platform to understand better the adoption characteristics of users who follow this type of content. Help platform operators provide better services and help live streaming platforms innovate. Based on the TAM model, this research uses questionnaire surveys and structural equation models to construct a conceptual model of the influencing factors of users' intentions in the knowledge sharing live streaming and conduct an empirical analysis on the influencing factor models. The results of data analysis show that a significant influence of users' attitudes of knowledge sharing live streaming is perceived usefulness, followed by flow experience; perceived value has a positive impact on users' attitudes and intention to use, and the positive influence of users attitude significantly affect the user's intention.

When using computer-supported collaborative learning(CSCL) tool where learners with different perspective are discussing in the same place, it is difficult to catch connection between specific position of learning content and written message by learners, share each other knowledge and opinion. This study investigated the phenomena responsible for causing "Un-shared knowledge" by literature research and designed collaborative representation tool based on described principle. A version of the Mediated annotation tool was developed for each problem identified and was subsequently tested by software evaluation standard and F.G.I. Final mediated tool will contribute to overcome knowledge sharing barriers, facilitate communication among students and describe high quality solution.

This paper explores the relationship between senior workforce's education & training and job satisfaction. Further, the mediating effect of knowledge-sharing practice is also analyzed. We used 970 senior workforce's survey data from Human Capital Corporate Panel. Using structural equation modeling, the results suggest as follows. First, senior workforce's education & training had a positive effect on job satisfaction. Second, senior workforce's knowledge-sharing practice had a positive effect on job satisfaction. Third, a mediation analysis reveals that knowledge-sharing practice significantly mediates the relationship between education & training and job satisfaction. Several theoretical and managerial implications are discussed.

본 연구는 인터넷 환경에 따른 정보의 지식화현상과 지식경영 추세에 따라 새롭게 등장한 웹 검색엔진의 지식검색커뮤니티 기반 지식관리에 관한 연구이다. 아직까지 지식검색커뮤니티에 대한 연구를 거의 찾아볼 수 없는 상황에서, 본 연구는 네이버의 ‘지식 iN’, 야후의 ‘지식검색’, 엠파스의 ‘지식거래소’를 대상으로 웹 검색엔진의 지식검색커뮤니티를 살펴보았다. 지식의 개념을 통해 지식 순환과정을 고찰하였고, 순환과정의 각 단계별로 지식관리를 연구하였다. 더불어 커뮤니티 기반의 지식창출과 지식공유단계에 대한 이용자연구를 하고자 한다. 이를 바탕으로 보다 건전하고 활발한 지식공유문화조성을 위한 지식검색커뮤니티의 활성화 방안을 제안하고자 한다.

본 논문은 연구조직의 창조성을 극대화시키고 창출된 창조지식의 공유도를 전사차원으로 확대시켜, 지속적인 창조적 혁신이 가능하도록 하는 "창조지식 경영시스템"의 개념적 설계를 목적으로 한다. 본 연구에서는 우선, R&D활동 시 발생하는 기술적 문제의 해결뿐만 아니라, 새로운 혁신의 시즈탐색을 위한 연구조직의 창조성을 향상시키고, 그 창조지식을 획득, 처리, 공유하는 "창조경영시스템"을 설계한다. 그리고 이렇게 발현된 창조지식을 전사적으로 공유시킬 뿐만 아니라, "창조경영시스템"에 다양한 정보를 지원하는 "지식경영시스템"을 설계한 후, 이 두 시스템의 유기적 통합을 행한다.

지식기반 사회에서 교육은 장기적인 발전을 위한 필수 요소이다. 교육을 위해서는 말하기, 듣기, 쓰기, 읽기 능력이 필요하다. 이 중 하나라도 충족하지 못한다면 제대로 된 교육을 받을 수 없다. 하지만 전 세계에 존재하는 약 6900여종의 언어 중 6600여종의 언어는 표기할 수 있는 고유 문자가 없다. 읽기 능력과 쓰기 능력을 기르기 위한 최소 조건조차 마련되어 있지 않은 것이다. 그래서 말은 있지만 문자는 없는 국가에 말을 표기할 수 있는 문자를 보급하여 지식기반 발전의 기반을 마련해 주는 소울(SOUL) 시스템을 제안한다. 소울(SOUL)은 두 가지 기능을 가지고 있다. 문자 교육 기능과, 지식 공유 공간 기능이다. 문자 교육 기능에서는 각 문자가 내는 소리와 조합방법, 그리고 각 문자의 표기법, 표기 순서 등을 익힘으로써 문자를 쉽게 익힐 수 있도록 하였다. SOUL은 말을 표기할 문자로 비교적 익히기 쉬운 언문인 한글을 채택하였다. 그리고 지식 공유 공간 기능에서는 문자를 익힌 사용자가 마치 위키피디아처럼 지식을 기록하고 공유할 수 있어 지식을 축적하도록 도와주도록 설계하였다. 여기서는 소울(SOUL) 시스템의 구조 및 구현을 보인다.

Sharing knowledge is an important factor in the discourses on the knowledge management on the campus. This article analyzed the impact of organizational context on faculty's perceptions of knowledge-sharing capabilities in the university. As a result, perceptions of knowledge-sharing capabilities and performance-based reward systems were found to significantly affect faculty knowledge-sharing capabilities in the university studied. Also, results from multivariate analysis showed that the faculty's perception of knowledge-sharing more significantly affected knowledge-sharing than reward system.

본 연구는 사회적자본 이론(Social Capital Theory)과 자기표현 이론(Self Expression Theory)을 중심으로, 인터넷 지식공유에 미치는 영향을 밝히고자 시도하였다. 전체 108명의 표본을 AMOS 7.0을 사용하여 구조모형 분석을 실시하였으며, 분석한 결과, 혁신성은 자기표현에 유의한 영향을 주었고, 자기효능감은 사회적자본과 자기표현에 유의한 영향을 주었다. 또한 사회적자본과 자기표현은 지식공유에 유의한 영향을 주고 있다.

본 논문에서는 위치 기반의 지식 공유 서비스를 제안한다. 이 서비스는 사용자의 위치를 기반으로 온라인에서 오프라인까지 효과적인 지식 공유를 가능하게 한다. 또한 위치 기반 서비스의 고질적인 문제인 위치정보의 노출을 방지하고, 서비스의 사용자를 판단하여 응답후보자를 고려하는 알고리즘이 적용되었다. 본 서비스는 실제환경에서 국내외 서버로부터 질의를 요청하였고 콜백시간이 최대 2.6초로 좋은 성능을 보였다.
