This study analyzed the influencing factors for knowledge sharing at GKMC, and then tried to illuminate the policy meanings implied in the results. To build a framework of analysis, reviewing the KM-related studies, the author selected five influencing factors for knowledge sharing, such as CMC quality, community commitment, structural social capital, cognitive social capital, and relational capital, and actors, and identified the fact that all the factors have a positive effect on knowledge sharing. In the case of Kwang-ju metropolitan city, the first factor that affects knowledge sharing is community commitment, the second one is CMC quality, and the third one is structural social capital. This result means that to succeed in knowledge sharing, the local government managers should try to shape the bonding among members, and then to get rid of the causes of complaints. In addition, local government also needs to predict problems claims and take proper actions for GKMC to be used conveniently through monitoring their work continuously. Furthermore, they should make a free and happy working environment, closely examining the change of the relationship among social capitals.

In the knowledge society, the importance of sharing knowledge, technology, and information has been increasing. Due to the different characteristics of information itself, information marketing is a newly emerging perspective. This study aims to identify the factors which effect information customer value and satisfaction of the national R&D information service. The results show that information quality and service quality have a significant influence on customer value. In addition, the information quality, service quality and the information customer value have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. However, customer value of information acts as an intermediary between information quality and customer satisfaction. The indirect effects of information quality on the satisfaction are higher than the direct effect. On the other hand, the difference between the direct and indirect effect of service quality was not significant. After an analysis of research result, we discussed implications and limits of the study as well as future result direction.

The purposes of this study are to find factors that have influences on the knowledge contribution activities, and to offer some suggestions to improve the knowledge contribution. Especially this study suggests to improve knowledge contribution by analyzing both on-line and off-line knowledge contribution activities in the public sector. The results of data analysis by structured equation model(SEM) indicate that leadership, intrinsic motivation, and knowledge quality significantly influence on-line and off-line knowledge contribution. Based on the results, the potential implications for the strategy of effective knowledge contribution are discussed.

급격한 경영환경의 변화로 인하여 고객만족을 최우선시하게 됨에 따라, 고객의 다양한 품질 요구를 신속 정확히 만족시키는 것이 주요 경영과제가 되었다. 이러한 상황에 대처 가능한 품질관리가 이루어지기 위해서는 품질기준에 대한 객관적 검증 및 지속적인 보완이 필요하며, 품질설계에 관련된 지식들을 체계적으로 수집하여 공유할 수 있는 체제가 갖추어져야 한다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위해 인공지능 기법들을 이용한 지능형 품질시스템(Intelligent Quality System, IQS)이 많은 관심을 모으고 있다. 본 연구에서는 일관 제철소의 품질관리를 위해 개발된 IQS중 품질설계 시뮬레이션 지원시스템(Quality Design Simulation Support System, QDSim)에 대해 설명한다. QDSim은 신경망을 기반으로 설계 구현되었는데, 품질설계 시뮬레이션을 지원하기 위해 크게 두가지 기능을 수행한다. 첫째 기능은 주어진 원재료의 구성비와 조업조건에 의해 생산될 제품의 최종 품질특성을 예측하는 것이며, 두 번째는 품질예측치가 고객의 요구 품질, 즉 목표품질을 만족시키는 입력 조건을 찾아가는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 QDSim의 이론적 근거 및 구현내용을 설명한 후, IQS내의 타 시스템과의 관계를 설명한다.

국내 대부분의 중소기업에서 품질관리 활동을 실시하고 있지만 품질관리 활동으로부터 제공되는 품질데이터를 체계적으로 수집하여 활용하는 중소기업은 많지 않은 것이 현실이다. 본 연구는 중소기업의 품질정보를 체계적으로 관리하고 활용하기 위한 품질정보시스템 개발사례를 제시하고자 한다. 먼저 수입, 공정, 완제품 검사 단계별로 품질정보를 모듈화하여 품질정보의 흐름을 파악하고, 두 번째로 통계적 공정관리 모듈을 추가하여 하나의 거시적 품질정보시스템으로 완성하였으며, 마지막으로 현재 개발된 거시적 품질정보시스템의 완성도를 높이기 위해 지식 기반에 근거하여 품질문제를 해결하기 위한 미시적 품질 정보시스템을 결합시킨 종합적 품질정보시스템 구축하기 위한 의견을 제시하였다.

지식정보사회의 핵심 키워드인 e-learning은 많은 발전을 하고 있다. e-learning은 오프라인 교육에 비해 시간과 공간의 제약을 받지 아니하고, 비용이 저렴하며 반복 학습과 개인화된 서비스가 가능하다는 장점이 있는 반면에 아직도 파급 효과는 크지 못한 실정이다. 또한 국가적인 차원에서 많은 지원을 하고 있고 시장의 급속한 성장과 확산에 비해, 중${\cdot}$고생들을 대상으로 하는 e-learning사이트의 컨텐츠 품질에 대한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 중${\cdot}$고생 시절에e-learning의 경험이 있는 대학생들을 중심으로 실증연구를 수행하였다.

철강제품의 품질설계란 제품의 주문요구조건을 만족시키기 위해 제품의 성분 및 생산공정을 결정하는 과정을 의미한다. 본 연구에서는 품질설계업무를 지원하기 위한 시스템을 개발하였다. 설계업무의 특성을 고려하여 과거사례를 설계에 이용하기 위해, 사례기반추론(Case-based Reasoning)접근방법을 이용하였다. 본 연구에서는 또한 유사사례의 효율적 검색을 위해 품질설계 문제에 적합한 유사성척도를 제안하고 있으며, 문제에 적합한 유사성척도를 제안하고 있으며, 문제에 적합한 지식관리 방법 및 설계조정 방법을 개발하였다.

가상학습은 지식 정보화시대를 맞이하여 국내외으로 새로운 교육훈련 패러다임으로서 시간과 공간을 초월한 얼린 학습공간으로 부각되고 있다. 특히 정보처리 기술의 급속한 발전으로 국내외 각종 정규·사회 교육기관에서는 인터넷을 이용한 가상학습 교육훈련을 전극 도입하고 있는 추세이다. 가상학습을 기반으로 하는 코스웨어 개발이냐 학습평가에 관한 연구는 많으나 품질평가에 관한 연구는 아직까지 미비하여 본 논문에서는 가상학습 지원시스템의 품질평가 모델을 제시하여 교육 현장에서 가상학습 지원시스템 구축 시 품질평가 기준으로 활용하고자 한다.

본 연구는 산란계의 주령 및 난강의 이상 및 이상 정도가 내부품질에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위해 실시되었다. 정상란과 이상란은 각각 81.22%, 18.78%의 출현율을 보였다. 난백높이와 호우유닛은 이상란이 낮고 또한 이상의 정도가 심한 경우 더 낮게 측정되는 결과를 보였다(p < 0.05). 특히 이상란 중에서도 기형란의 내부품질에 미치는 영향이 가장 큰 것으로 나타났다. 결과를 종합해 보면 계란의 외형적 이상은 내부품질의 저하와 밀접하게 상관한다고 볼 수 있다.

본 연구는 국내 의료 서비스 산업에 적합한 한국형 의료서비스 품질상 모형을 개발하고 이의 타당도를 검증하는데 있다. 이를 위해 미국의 말콤볼드리지 국가품질상(The Malcolm Bladrige National Quality Award)의 평가기준인 리더십, 전략계획, 환자 고객 시장 중시, 측정 분석 지식관리, 인적자원 중시, 프로세스 관리, 사업성과의 7개 항목을 이용하였다.
