To share knowledge efficiently among our members on the basis of knowledge management system, first of all, we need to systematically design the knowledge classification scheme that we can classify these knowledge well. The objective of this study is to construct the most suitable knowledge classification scheme that all of us can share them in Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute (KAERI). To construct the knowledge classification scheme all over the our organization, we established a few principles to design it and examined related many classification schemes. And I carried out 3 steps to complete the best desirable KAERI's knowledge classification scheme, that is, (1) the step to design a draft of the knowledge classification scheme, (2) the step to revise a draft of the knowledge classification scheme, (3) the step to verify the revised scheme and to decide its scheme. The scheme completed as a results of this study is consisted of total 218 items : sections of 8 items, classes of 43 items and sub-classes of 167 items. I expect that the knowledge classification scheme designed as the results of this study can be played an important role as the frame to efficiently share knowledge among our members when we introduce knowledge management system in our organization. In addition, I expect that steps to design its scheme as well as this scheme itself can be applied when design a knowledge classification scheme at the other R&D institutes and enterprises.

국방정보체계는 종류가 다양하고 대규모로 추진되기 때문에 소프트웨어 개발을 위한 사업관리에 어려움이 많이 따른다. 더구나, 현재 국방정보체계의 사업관리는 자동화시스템을 이용하여 체계적으로 실시하지 않고 수동으로 처리하기 때문에 많은 문제점이 야기되고 있고 현재의 소프트웨어 개발 표준인 ISO 12207을 수정 없이 그대로 대규모 실시간 국방정보체계의 소프트웨어 개발사업에 적용하는 것도 한계가 있다. 따라서 본 논문의 목적은 효율적인 국방정보체계 소프트웨어 개발 사업관리를 위해서 국방정보체계별로 적절한 개발 생명주기 모델을 선정하고, 각 단계별로 사업관리자가 수행할 태스크를 식별하는 등의 도메인 지식을 개발하여 궁극적으로 국방정보체계 사업관리용 전문가 시스템을 개발할 때 활용함과 동시에 국방정보체계 사업관리의 일환으로 최종 산출물에 대한 품질을 높일 수 있도록 체계적인 시험평가 방안에 대한 도메인 지식도 개발하여 사업관리용 전문가 시스템 구축 시에 활용하고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해서 국방정보체계의 소프트웨어 개발 사업관리에 영향을 미치는 요소들을 식별하고 이를 이용하여 국방정보체계 소프트웨어 개발 사업관리를 위한 전문가 시스템을 구축할 수 있도록 생명주기 모델 선정을 위한 도메인 지식, 생명주기 각 단계별 세부활동을 위한 도메인 지식, 시험평가 방안선정을 위한 도메인 지식을 개발하여 제시하였다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 도메인 지식을 전문가 시스템 개발도구에서 지원되는 각종 에디터에 사용되는 형태나 IF A, THEN B 형태로 개발하지 않고 사업관리용 전문가 시스템의 지식베이스에 포함될 지식들을 식별하는 것을 중심으로 개발하였다. 즉, 본 논문에서는 국방정보체계 사업관리용 전문가 시스템 개발의 필요성과 가능성을 검증하는 용역연구과제로써 프로토타입 혹을 완벽한 사업관리용 전문가 시스템을 개발한 것이 아니며, 전문가 시스템 개발 시 가장 어렵고 중요한 지식베이스 모듈속에 포함될 도메인 지식을 개발하는 것이 이 연구의 목적이다. 이러한 연구는 궁극적으로는 이러한 도메인 지식이 국방정보체계의 사업관리를 위한 전문가 시스템의 지식베이스 모듈 구축 시 기초/기반 및 핵심 지식으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

현재 국내 경제는 그 어느 때 보다 심각한 전환기에 처해 있다. 과거 한국이 갖고 있던 장점은 우수한 노동력이었으나 이제는 더 이상 경쟁력의 원천이 될 수 없다 남은 유일한 방법은 인적자원의 창조적 활용이다. 여기서 인적 자원은 산업사회의 단순한 노동력이 아닌 인력의 질, 즉 지식이다. 기업지식체계는 기업의 무형 지적자산을 체계적으로 창출, 축적, 활용하는 기반이며 지식경영의 핵심 기술이다. 본 논문은 지식 생산이 기업경쟁력 제고의 핵심으로 점차 그 중요성이 증대되고 있음을 주목하여 지식 창조적 기업 지식 체계를 위한 개념적 연구 모형을 제안한다 연구모형으로 우선 기업지식 창출과정이 소개되며 기업지식 형태와 연관관계가 파악된다. 이 지식창조과정에 근거하여 지식 사용자환경, 지식마이닝. 지식활용, 지식관리 서브시스템. 지식 리파지토리로 구성된 기업지식체계가 제시된다. 본 연구 모형은 향후 여타 지식경영 연구의 출발점으로 사용될 수 있도록 유연하게 구성되는데 중점이 주어졌다.

According to the increase of digital information, it comes to front to develop the policy about preservation of digital information, regarding it as national heritage. Especially, in recent years, KOREA has invested a lot of m to develop National Knowledge Database. So it is indispensable to preserve it permanently. This study categorizes knowledge information to 4 categories and suggests desirable direction for preservation policy and organization And design $\ulcorner$knowledge Creation$\cdot$Circulation$\cdot$Preservation system$\lrcorner$, which is expanded on current functional flow of Knowledge information.

KM(Knowledge Management) is factor more paradigm of period than survival factor. Stewart, Sveiby etc., a scholar was Present to definition, knowledge classification and measurement method. KMS(Knowledge Management System) was made by scholar theory. But, it is hardly adapt to construction industry. Because it is have property that construction industry have one product, recieve-industry etc. Therefore, we must knowledge classification and measurement method that property of construction industry. So, we can effectively manage to knowledge of construction industry. And, knowledge of construction industry will evaluate according to property. Measure method of construction company will find through benchmarking that measure method of construction company is analyze to case.

This study aims to analyse the necessity of the subject heading construction for the word based classification and to suggest a methodology that uses various knowledge organization systems(KOS). For this purpose, six kinds of KOS were collected for the 20 selected works in each subject. The collected subjects were analysed in terms of constructing a subject heading for the word based classification. The result of the analysis shows that there is a noticeable difference between the library oriented KOS and commercial oriented KOS. In addition, user oriented tags are more similar to the commercial sector's concerning subject categorization than the library oriented ones. However, there is no noticeable difference among the library oriented KOS, commercial sector oriented KOS, and user oriented tags regarding the subject vocabulary. Some practical implications were suggested for the application to the Korean libraries based on the findings of this study.

전문가 시스템의 지식베이스 구축에 필요한 규칙추출에 관련되는 지식공학자의 인력 부족자 전문분야에 적합한 지식공학자 확보에 따른 비용 증가, 지식공학자 수행 프로세스의 비 정형화로 인하여 특정한 전문가 시스템의 개발 때마다 관련된 지식획득 과정의 어려움 발생, 전문가 시스템의 지식베이스 특성이 고려되지 않은 개발 과정 수행에 따른 비현실적인 지식베이스 구축 등의 현존 문제점은 효율적인 전문가 시스템 개발의 장애 요인이 되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 전문가 시스템 개발에 있어서 체계적인 규칙추출을 위하여 지식베이스 구축에 관한 분석단계까지를 5개 단계로 세분화하여 지식획득과정을 강화하였고, 각 단계별로 지식공학자가 수행해야 하는 프로세스와 각 프로세스별로 지식공학자가 실질적인 작업을 통해 결과를 산출하는 태스크를 정형화하였다. 규칙추출 프로세스/태스크를 체계적으로 정형화하는 것은 성공적인 전문가 시스템의 개발에 도움을 줄 것이며, 개발자가 지식공학자의 역할을 대행할 수 있으므로 지식공학자의 확보 문제를 해결할 수 있다. 또한, 전문가 시스템의 적용 분야에 대한 확대 효과가 기대된다.

한국사회는 빠르게 저출산 고령화가 진행되고 있으며 이에 따라 생산가능인구가 감소하고 있는 실정이다. 국가 경쟁력 제고 차원의 새로운 대안으로 다양한 인력 활용 방안을 고려하게 되었다. 이를 적극적이고 효과적으로 지원하기 위하여 정책이 필요하며, 정책과정에 자원으로 정책지식이 동원된다. 정책지식이 생성되고 활용되는 전 과정에 참여하는 개체들을 분석하여 정책지식 생태계 모형으로 나타낼 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 효과적으로 다양한 인력을 관리하기 위해 정책지식생태계 관점에서, 즉 정책지식을 둘러싼 미시체계, 중간체계, 외체계, 거시체계 차원에서 정책지식과 관련된 이슈를 논의하였다.

본 글에서는 업무 종사자에게 실무에서 필요한 지식을 효과적으로 공급하기 위한 목적으로 지식을 실무의 관점에서 작은 모듈로 분해한 뒤 표준화하여 수요자에게 제공하는 체계인 국가직무능력표준(National Competency Standards: NCS)을 소개하였다. 파인세라믹 분야에 대해 개발된 NCS의 구성을 간략히 소개하였으며 활용될 수 있는 분야를 알아보았다. 또한 NCS에 대해 정합성을 갖춘 지식 제공 체계인 학습모듈의 구성을 소개하였다. 이와 같은 NCS 및 학습모듈의 활용을 통하여 지식의 수요와 공급에 대해서도 모듈화의 개념을 적용하고 필요한 지식이 효율적으로 유통되는 체계를 추구하였다.

정보시스템감리의 유용성과 중요성이 날로 점증하고 있는 시점에서 정보시스템감리인이 되고자 할 때 기본적인 공통지식에 대한 세밀한 정의가 부족하여 어려움을 겪는 사례가 많이 발생되고 있다. 본 논문은 정보시스템감리 관련 국내외 체계를 분석하고 국내의 감리 실무를 참조하여, 정보시스템감리의 공통 지식체계를 도출하고자 하였다. 아직까지는 높은 수준에서 분석이 이루어졌으나 추후 좀더 세밀한 연구가 진행되면 정보시스템감리 분야의 전문성 향상에 도움이 되리라 생각된다.
