Analysis on the Network Formation Process of Wine Industry based on Patents for Technological Innovation in China: Focused on government support-based Shandong region (중국 와인산업의 특허기반 기술창출 네트워크 형성과정 분석: 산동지역의 정부지원 정책을 중심으로)

  • This research aims to identify the network formation process of wine industry based on patents for technological innovation focused on Shandong region. China government initiated supporting policy upbringing wine cluster in Shandong for regional economic development since 2006. First of all, China government focused on upbringing wine industry on the network formation process. Especially, it is evaluated that Shangdong region develops wine industry by research-oriented. Secondly, for the purpose of this research, the formation of network in Shandong region explained the strategy of Chinese government corresponded with growing wine industry. As a implication from the network formation process, this research confirmed that the wine industry grows industry-university-government linkages strategically according to government strategy with government policy integration integrating regional development.

  • The growing emphasis on knowledge management is given to research institutes whose work processes including R&D are mainly focused on knowledge or technology. It is due to the fact that the system integrating, sharing and generating knowledge serves as the growth engine of those institutes. This study creates the knowledge management framework based on the research process which is the key process in research institutes, and applies to POSCO Research Institute(POSRI) who is a leading institute in this domain. Practical framework and methodology are found in POSRI through systematic operation of knowledge management process.

  • Knowledge management strategy has become a one of the most important factors creating and maintaining the business opportunities. In this paper, I present a KM-ePAY typology to investigate the role of knowledge sharing strategy in the electronic payment domain. Specifically, I examine the characteristics of four types of electronic payment systems based on the confidence and efficiency that characterize the feature of electronic payment media and identify appropriate knowledge sharing approaches for each component. In conclusion, my findings indicate that knowledge sharing approaches which are align with the characteristics of electronic payment give a way both to increase relationship commitment and to optimize process over electronic payment transactions.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the knowledge creating pattern of technology catching-up and pioneering phase in the new product development process. This paper first reviews the knowledge conversion, absorptive capability, learning orientation and the trigger of learning. The paper then presents the integrative model of knowledge creating. Based on the integrative model, in-depth case analysis was conducted on the new product development process in Phicom. As a result, the paper discuss that the pattern of absorptive capability building, knowledge conversion and knowledge transfer is different from technology catching-up and pioneering phase. Finally, the implications and limitations of the study are discussed.

  • 정보교과는 컴퓨터과학적 지식과 기술의 탐구와 더불어 실생활의 문제 해결을 위해 새로운 지식과 기술을 창출하고 이를 통합적으로 적용하는 능력과 태도를 함양하는 교과이다. 2015 개정 교육과정에서 정보교과의 교과역량 중 하나가 협력적 문제해결력이다. 정보교육을 통하여 배울 수 있는 프로그래밍 분야에서 강조하는 역량 역시 협력이다. 본 연구는 정보교과의 관점에서 협력적 문제해결력 측정 방식을 깃허브, 스택오버플로우의 사례와 PISA, ATC21S의 평가사례를 비교하고자 한다. 협업을 통한 더 나은 결과물을 도출해내는 프로그래밍의 과정을 통하여 협력적 문제해결력을 살펴볼 수 있는 토대를 마련하는데 의의가 있다.

  • Recently, most corporations in Korea need to construct new management system for overcoming economic crisis. Firstly, this paper suggests “Value Creation system”. Secondly, this paper suggests CALS as strategic substitute to achieve market efficiency, capital efficiency, personal efficiency, and operation efficiency, which are four critical factors of “Value Creation system”. Korean corporations should build new business model founded on cooperation by completing CALS system and reconstruct competitive management system by using knowledge and know-how accumulated in that process. Because most corporations keep exclusive corporate culture and little experience of cooperative relationship among businesses, strategic approaches are essential for construction of CALS. These are vertical integration, organization of CALS construction teams, concurrent development of product/process, CEO's iron will, Precise vision and strategies, and education/training of participant.

초등정보과학 영재교사의 자질에 대한 고찰

  • 21세기는 지식 정보사회이며, 이 지식 정보사회에서 가장 중요한 것은 말 그대로 정보이다. 정보를 수집ㆍ가공하여 새로운 정보를 창출해 낼 수 있는 능력이 있어야만 21세기를 능동적으로 대처할 수 있다. 이러한 지식 정보사회에서 정보과학영재에 대해서도 새롭게 인식되고 있으며 그에 따른 연구도 활발히 전개되고 있지만 타 영역의 영재에 비해 정보과학영재의 연구는 아직 초보적인 수준에 머물고 있다. 그 중에서도 특히 초등정보과학영재교육은 실제적으로 자리 잡을 수 있는 여러 가지 여건이 매우 부족한 실정이다. 초등정보과학영재교육의 활성화를 위해서는 교육과정 개발, 적합한 영재의 선발 등 많은 노력이 필요하겠지만, 더불어 초등정보과학영채의 교육의 실제를 담당하고 있는 영재교사에게 필요한 자질과 소양이 무엇인지에 대한 분명한 논의가 필요하고, 이러한 소양과 자질을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안에 대한 연구도 활발히 전개되어야 할 것이다.

A Study of Knowledge Creating Organizational Memory (지식 창조적 조직메모리에 관한 연구)

  • For the purpose of new‘organizational knowledge centric knowledge management’, this paper proposes the knowledge creating organizational memory which shows the knowledge creation in organization according to the dialectical circulation between the domain knowledge and the task knowledge, based on the Yin Yang theory. This paper defines two kinds of organizational knowledge such as the domain knowledge and task knowledge and designs them in the pursuit of its lifecycle. Knowledge creating organizational memory is designed to three knowledge components that circulate through the domain knowledge and the task knowledge according to the object-oriented methodology. Organizational knowledge is designed into the graphical structure of ( i ) knowledge ( ⅱ ) relation between knowledge objects and ( ⅲ ) degree of relation, which receive the legacy of organizational knowledge such as data schema, process model and knowledge base. This design of organizational knowledge can be applied to CBR(Case Based Reasoning), one of knowledge mining tools to create new organizational knowledge.

  • 문제의 정의부터 데이터의 조사, 측정, 수집, 전송, 분석, 지식의 창출, 그리고 최적의 의사결정 및 피드백에 이르는 전체 과정을 다루는 데이터기술은 2000년 전,후에 제안되었다. 아직 이에 대한 폭넓은 연구는 이루어지고 있지 못하지만 기업 비즈니스를 위한 CRM 등의 경영을 위한 효과적인 데이터 마이닝 방법론에 대한 개선을 위한 중요한 역할이 기대된다. 본 논문에서는 현재 연구되고 있는 데이터기술과 정보기술의 창조적인 융합을 제안하고 이를 통하여 효과적인 데이터 마이닝의 수행방안에 대하여 연구한다.
