현재 지식공유를 목적으로 한 많은 정보시스템이 도입되어 있는 상황이지만 그 기반을 마련했음에도 그만큼 지식공유가 활발하게 이루어지고 있지 못하다. 본 연구에서는 전자적 네트워크에서 지식공유에 기여하는 영향요인을 규명하여 효과적인 지식공유 활성화 방안을 도출하려고 한다.

금융기관의 경쟁력을 창출하기 위해서는 전 임직원들의 경쟁력 마인드와 업무현장의 실제적인 경험에서 우러나온 노하우, 은행내외에서 생산되어 유통되고 있는 명시적 지식정보 등을 서로 공유할 수 있는 조직문화가 갖추어져야 한다. 여기에 지식정보관리의 중요성에 대한 인식과 발상전환이 이루어져야 한다. 이 연구는 지식정보관리에 대한 중요성을 중심으로 국내 은행들의 지식정보공유에 대한 영향과 그 인식수준의 다양성을 조사하고 분석하여 은행에서의 바람직한 지식정보공유의 당위성을 은행의 역할과 개선방안 측면에서 모색해 보고자 한다.

이 연구에서는 기존 연구에서 지식공유의 영향 요인을 살펴보고, 업무특성에 따라 영향요인이 지식공유에 미치는 영향을 검증해 보고자 한다. 구체적으로 개인적 요인, 관계적 요인, 구조적 요인이 지식공유의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하며, 공유지식의 형태를 업무적 지식과 비업무적 지식으로 나누고 이들이 지식공유에 미치는 영향에 대하여 실증적으로 연구하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 지식경영을 도입해서 활용하고 있는 국내기업의 조직구성원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고자 한다.

근로자의 이직은 기업이 외부의 지식을 기업 내부로 가져와 공유하도록 함으로써 혁신을 이끌어내는데에 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 그러나 이직은 기업에 직접, 간접적으로 지식 공유 주체들의 지식 공유에 대한 지연(Delay)을 야기한다. 본 연구에서는 March의 연구를 바탕으로 지식 공유 지연을 반영한 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통해 이직이 지식 공유에 미치는 영향에 대하여 연구하였다. 분석 결과, 지식 공유 지연을 반영하지 않았을 때보다 높은 수준의 지식 공유에 이르는 이직률은 감소하였으며, 지식 평형 상태에 이르기까지 걸리는 시간은 증가하였다. 본 연구는 March의 논문을 확장하여 결과를 비교 분석하였고, 지식 공유 지연을 고려한 후에도 적절한 이직은 지식 공유에 필요하다는 결과를 도출하였다. 따라서 기업은 이직자가 새로운 조직에 빠르게 적응할 수 있도록 기업 문화와 시스템을 제공하여야 할 것이다.

This study examines the concept of knowledge management and knowledge sharing. Then, it identifies obstacles and um factors for knowledge sharing. Finally, this stud, analyzes knowledge sharing behaviors in terms of knowledge necessity, knowledge sharing, reward system, and communication channels. The suggestions of the study can be used to establish knowledge sharing in organizations.

정보 공유에 있어서 가장 기본이 되는, 정보를 공유하고자 하는 의지에 영향을 미치는 정보 소유감의 구성 요소와 소유감의 정도에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지를 분석하고, 정보 소유감이 정보를 주고 받는 환경과 대상의 어떠한 측면에 영향을 받고, 정보 공유를 통한 업무 성과에 어떠한 결과를 초래하는지 살펴본다.

기존의 지식공유에 관한 연구들은 KMS를 중심으로 연구를 진행하였다. 그러나 최근에는 폐쇄적 성격을 가진 KMS 뿐만 아니라 개방적인 성격의 인터넷 공간에서도 지식 공유활동이 활발하게 일어나고 있다. 네이버의 지식인, 포털 사이트들의 지식공유 공간들은 그 중요한 예가 될 것이다. 이런 인터넷 공간에서의 지식공유에 행동에 대한 연구는 미비하기 때문에 이에 대한 연구가 필요한다. 본 연구에서는 이런 상황들은 고찰하여 사회적자본 이론(Social Capital Theory)과 자기표현 개념을 중심으로, 인터넷 지식공유에 미치는 영향 요인들을 밝히고자 시도하였다. 실증분석을 위해서 구조모형을 제안하였으며 PLS를 사용하여 분석하였다. 결과적으로 사회적자본과 자기표현은 지식공유의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The knowledge sharing in a knowledge management process is much affecting generation and distribution of knowledge. Especially, the knowledge distribution is being revitalized with the center of social media service like twitter and library service 2.0 in the knowledge-based IT (Information Technology) environment. The present research analyzed the structure and characteristics of a social network inside an organization that is growing like an organism through self-organization through tools for SNA (Social Network Analysis) and multiple regression analysis of independent variables such as 1) a relationship between social network's structure and knowledge sharing, 2) a relationship between structural holes and knowledge sharing influence of centrality, 3) a relationship between individual ability and knowledge sharing of information technology and work recognition.

Information center represents an important source which seems very well suited for knowledge management investigation. Information center is knowledge intensive and the use of advanced technology may transform the knowledge of business processes for delivering an unique capabilities in an organization. To exam knowledge management, organization culture, importance of knowledge, and support of information technology were identified as potential predictors of knowledge management support in information center. Three hypotheses have been tested with 43 database management specialist surveys. This study presents that the level of information sharing and knowledge exchange is significantly influenced by the extent support of information technology.
