The types of cartoon market are classified with publishing cartoon(a cartoon magazine & comics) and webtoon. The revitalization of the cartoon market makes cartoonist create many cartoons. By studying many methods for the revitalization of the cartoon market, this paper argues the expanded methods of comics market which is a sort of publishing cartoon market. The expanded methods of comics market are two kinds, one is the revitalization of the comics market and the other is the creation of the comics market. This paper focuses on Genre-mixed Knowledge-Cartoon in order to extend the cartoon market. Also, After studying the Creation Proceed of cartoon market through Genre-mixed Knowledge-Cartoon, we would like to develope the New Creation Model of Cartoon Market. We selected three case(the Real Estate Agency expressed as Cartoon, Let's find an answer in sided figure blank, miraculous English grammar) for this study. With this, we analyzed the case that the matters for analysis is the essential particulars of plan-publishing-distribution's proceed. As a result, we found out the possibility of new cartoon market's creation through Genre-mixed Knowledge-Cartoon. For that reason, we was able to develop 'the New Creation Model of Cartoon Market through Genre-mixed Knowledge-Cartoon'. This paper provides the possibility about the New Creation Model of Cartoon Market through Genre-mixed Knowledge-Cartoon. With this, we will make many plans for creation of Genre-mixed Knowledge-Cartoons. Therefore, This plans will help cartoonists to create the Genre-mixed cartoons.

This study aims to measure the oral health literacy of foreign women and to find out the association between oral health knowledge, oral health behavior and oral health literacy. The subjects of the study were surveyed by 248 foreign women in some areas of Gyeongbuk from June 2018 to September 2018. The results of the study showed that the verbal oral health literacy was significantly different in age, education level, and korean residence period, and functional oral health literacy in marriage, education level, and length of residence in korea. In order to promote oral health literacy of foreign women, an effective oral health program has been developed to change oral health knowledge and oral health behavior

본고에서는 디지털 융합시대의 국가 미래 IT 인프라 전략으로 지능형 광대역 인프라를 제시하였다. 지능형 광대역 인프라는 광대역 네트워크 인프라, 정보통신 서비스 인프라, 기반체계 인프라로 구성되는 디지털 사회간접자본으로서 전통적인 사회간접자본과 융합되어 신(新)지식기반 SOC를 구축함으로써 국가 지식인프라의 하부구조를 이루게 된다. 초고속정보통신망 정책 성공요인에 대한 고찰을 기반으로 지능형 광대역 인프라의 성공적 구축을 위한 정책과제를 제시한다.

Researchers are persons who are destined to produce improved knowledge, with duty, responsibility and desire for overcoming limits of the existing knowledge in continuously changing natural and social environments. In addition, both drawing research outcomes 'contributing to the society' by tapping on 'researches convergent with other disciplines', to 'deducing meaningful research outcomes' and 'operating laboratories for fostering convergence talents', for the consistency of incessant researches are the momentum for convergence researchers to continue convergence researches. However, an irony fact is that 53.1% of convergence researchers respond that they began convergence researches from happenstantial momentum (a happenstantial talk with other majors)'. This study examined what was the momentum from which convergence researches began and what was the motive with which they have been consistently conducted and suggested how to continue convergence researches.

This cross-sectional descriptive study about convergence study was conducted to identify nursing students' level of knowledge, attitude, and confidence and their relationship with infant cardiopulmonary resuscitation. To measure nursing students' level of knowledge, attitude, and confidence in infant CPR, a structured questionnaire survey was used. The number of participants was 151 nursing students from 3 universities in Korea. To analyse the data, t-test, ANOVA and Peason's correlation coefficients were applied on SPSS 21.0. This research results showed a positive correlation between Nursing Students' Knowledge, Attitude, and Confidence to Infant Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation. Therefore, it is suggested to develop a regular and repetitive education program for nursing students' infant CPR.

The purpose of this study was to provide basic data for related researches on knowledge, attitude, and health belief related to hepatitis B and development of a preventive education program for the rise of its vaccination on college students of dental hygienics and dental laboratory technology majors. The questionnaires were distributed to a total of 252 students from April 26 to 30, 2018. The mean knowledge score of hepatitis B was 11.60 out of 20.0. The mean scores for their attitude and health belief on hepatitis B were 3.51 and 3.10 out of 4.0, respectively. Only 38.9% of the subjects were vaccinated and 53.6% of them were not educated. The factors affecting the vaccination were clinical training experience and prevention education. It is essential to provide healthcare education on knowledge, attitude, and health belief related to hepatitis B and to develop a convergent education program because the students may be manpower for healthcare institutions in the future.

This study compares and analyzes the national competitiveness in IP finance using the diamond model. The main findings of our analysis are as follows. First, assuming Korea's competitiveness in IP finance to be 1, USA with 1.63 has the highest competitiveness of all countries compared, and Israel is 1.49 followed by Japan with 1.37. Second, Korea and other countries compared show large differences in the areas of demand conditions, strategic structure, and competition. Third, Korea is inferior compared to other countries considered in terms of the factors including the protection of investors and IPR, and government policies. Since most of the factors in which Korea shows inferiority can be managed by public policies, to strengthen the competitiveness of IP finance, the government's active support to build industrial foundation are required.

In the society where the paradigm of knowledge is rapidly changing and developing, convergence emphasizing the connection between knowledge and technology in various fields is significant. In order to cultivate these creative-convergent talents, STEAM(Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) is being considered important to make them equipped with creative thinking ability and core competence required in the future society and help them devise new ideas escaping from the branches of study. This study is about convergence instructional design of computer with marketing subject, which aims to foster talent. The results of this study are as follows. First, the structured process of convergence lessons. Second, the convergence lesson was based on a cyclic process with steps : selection of the subject concerned, selection of a topic, designing the lesson, mapping out the lesson plan and developing problems, having a final discussion on the whole lesson, performing the lesson and evaluating the lesson. Third, the development of the problems about the introduction of computer engineering and Internet marketing subject for convergence lessons. To make an effect of this model, studies applying this instructional design to many lectures should be implemented.

The purpose of this study is to compare the menstrual knowledge, menstrual attitude and education needs of male and female university students. A total of 385 students in a university were surveyed. The results of the study showed that male students had lower menstrual knowledge than female students and female students had a negative attitude toward menstruation. In addition, Male students were found to have insufficient understanding of menstrual education and perceived that menstruation education was not enough. Educational needs about menstruation is also different between men and women. In conclusion, it is necessary to develop curriculum and comparative programs to enhance the knowledge and attitudes of menstrual college students and to enhance their mutual understanding.

The purpose of this study is to find out impact of level of awareness about old age, knowledge of the elderly and preparing for later life on college students in Korea. The study was composed of 133 students who were studying in 4-year system at colleges. Data were collected from October 1st to November 31st, 2019. Data analysis included an independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients and multiple regression using the SPSS 19.0 program. As a result of this study, factors influencing the subject's preparing for later life included knowledge of the elderly (β = 0.21, p = .012), men (β = 0.28, p = .001), and level of awareness about old age (β = 0.23, p =. 005), and the accounting power of these factors was 18% in total (F=9.14, p<.001). The results of this study suggest that understanding of the elderly must be improved in order to effectively prepare for later life and gender should be taken into account when planning for intervention.
