지식경영(KM)은 기존의 여타 혁신활동과는 달리 조직문화 및 제도의 변화를 기반으로 하여 새로운 지식이 창출, 공유, 활용되도록 하자는 한 차원 발전된 개념임. 따라서, 지식경영의 추진은 필연적으로 기업의 총체적 변화를 요구하게 되고 이것을 뒷받침하기 위한 프로세스의 변화 및 정보시스템의 구축, 변화관리 등이 필요하게 됨. 금일 강의에서는 LG-EDS시스템이 지식경영 도입과 실행을 위해 구체적으로 어떤 활동을 전개하였고 이를 통해 어떤 변화를 이루었는지에 대해 소개하고 그간의 경험으로부터 얻게 된 know-how 등의 암묵적 지식(Tacit Knowledge)\`을 공유코자 함.

최근 지식경영이나 지식기반 경제와 관련된 주제는 IT업계의 뜨거운 감자로 부상하고 있다. 이처럼 지식경영에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있는 이유는 불확실성의 증대, 매우 빠르게 진행되고 있는 기술 변화, 제품의 라이프사이클 단축에 따른 시장 변화, 전세계, 전업종에 걸친 무차별적 경쟁의 진행, 지식에 대한 인식의 변화와 새로운 패러다임의 출현 등을 들 수 있다. 이 글에서는 최근 여러 분야에서 제시하고 있는 성공요인을 모아 새롭게 지식경영을 도입하려는 기업에게 제시하려고 한다.

오늘날 사회는 지식이 부가가치를 산출하는 지식기반사회로, 이러한 지식은 전통적인 교과적 지식과는 달리 신속성, 다양성, 복잡성을 가진 특성을 가지고 있으며, 생산, 저장, 공유 및 재생산의 과정을 거쳐가면서 가치를 더해 가는 것이다. 사회현장의 이러한 변화에 따라 인력을 양성하는 대학에서도 대학경영으로 변화할 것을 요구하고 있다. 즉, 대학은 기존 체제와 운영방식을 유지하는 것보다도, 팀 중심으로 기존의 지식을 공유하고 대화와 토론을 중시하는 학습조직화를 통하여 새로운 대학체제를 창조하는 지식경영적 접근이 요구된다. 이를 위해서 대학은 지역과 구성원의 특성을 살리면서도 미래의 변화에 부응하는 장기적인 통찰과 정책이 필요하다.

The purpose of this study is to verify the educational effect of knowledge about MSG safety and to find evidence of how changes to that knowledge affects attitudes to food safety and MSG seasoning usage intention in the restaurant industry in order to develop efficient marketing strategies. The findings and implications of the research can be summarized as follows. First, there is a significant and positive effect of MSG safety education on regulations and academic research knowledge among MSG safety, but no significant effect on material knowledge. Second, no evidence was found of any effect that changes to MSG safety knowledge may have on attitude to food safety. Third, while the results show a significant and positive effect of regulation knowledge of MSG safety on MSG usage intention, there is no effect resulting from material or academic research knowledge on MSG safety.

우리가 살아가는 21 세기는 산업화시대와는 달리 급격한 경영환경의 변화 기술융합을 통한 끊임없는 신기술의 등장, 가치사슬의 변화, 프로세스(process)의 통합과 자동화로 인한 가격 등이 파괴되면서 생존을 위한 치열한 경쟁의 시대로 접어들고 있다. 이러한 사회환경의 변화에 따라 지식의 창출 못지 않게 지석의 보호도 중요하게 되었다. 그러나 공공기관의 지식은 체계적인 관리 체계가 이루어지지 않아 담당자의 인사.이동 혹은 퇴직 등으로 인하여 축적된 업무지식이 개인과 함께 그 조직에서 사라져 지식경쟁력이 약화되는 현상을 초래하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존의 단위업무시스템을 통합하여 새롭게 구축된 지식관리시스템을 조기에 정착시키고 이를 활용하여 무형자산의 가치를 극대화하기 위한 방안으로 $2002.12.01{\sim}2003.05.31$ 까지 6 개월 동안 지식관리시스템에 등록된 지식을 분석하여 지식경영을 활성화할 수 있는 방안과 미래사회의 핵심이 될 지석근로자를 양성할 수 있는 방안으로 자신의 능력을 극대화할 수 있는 3 가지 원리와 5 차원 전면교육학습법에 대하여 제시하였다.

본 연구는 개인이 이른바 '유비쿼터스 개인지식관리 시스템'을 갖추고 있을 때 발생하게 될 것으로 예상되는 마케팅 메시지로서의 지식의 역할에 대한 개념적 연구를 수행한다. 기존의 마케팅 광고 메시지는 인간의 생물학적인 감각과 인지, 기억 능력에 의존하였기 때문에 반복적이고 자극적이어야만 했다. 그러나 유비쿼터스 환경에서는 UPA(Ubiquitous Personal Assistant)를 활용하여 개인이 소비하는 컨텐트를 이음매 없이(Seamless) 습득, 저장할 수 있게 되며, 이러한 변화는 마케팅과 광고의 방법에도 변화를 가져오게 될 것으로 판단된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 유비쿼터스 환경에서의 개인지식관리를 통하여 변화되는 마케팅과 광고의 모습을 나타내고자 하며, 이를 위해 시나리오를 제시하고 분석한다.

오늘날 세계는 다양한 매체의 발달과 인터넷을 통한 정보의 공개로 기존경영과 조직의 이론들이 소멸 또는 변화되거나 새로운 개념들이 속속 등장하고 있다. 21세기는 새로운 정보기술의 발탁과 더불어 지식이 중심이 되는 경쟁력이 부가가치를 창출하는 시대가 될 것이다. 더군다나, 우리는 국내외적으로 어려운 상황에 있다. 위기일수록 개인이나 조직, 기업이 새롭게 처신을 해야하며 조직의 변화를 가져와야 한다. 그 변화의 방향을 재대로 파악하고 거기에 적절히 대응해야만 생존할 수 있다는 것이다. 그렇다면 그것은 무엇인가. 지식이다. 이 글에서는 조직/기업에서 지식관리가 어떻게 이루어져 있고, 지식관리시스템의 활용사례와 시장동향을 살펴보고 그 비전을 제시하게 될 것이다.

본 논문에서 강조하고 싶은 핵심은 기후 변화 및 그 예측에 관한 과학기술 지식 정보 인프라의 구축이 기후 변화에 대한 국가적 대책으로서 반드시 포함되어야 한다는 점이다. 이 지식 정보 인프라는 순수 과학기술의 목적으로서 귀중한 국가 재산이 될 뿐만 아니라, 기후변화협약의 경제 무기화를 꾀하고 있는 선진강국들에 대해 때로는 국가를 방어하는 지식 무기로서의 역할을 하게 될 것으로 기대한다.

This study is an examination of knowledge-based society's impact on knowledge, it's functions, and it's types in fields of humanities an social sciences. Knowledge-based society does not invalidate the definitive mechanism underpinning social coexistence today, but the importance of knowledge will increase greatly whereas the importance of the productive resources labor and capital will diminish. Therefore, knowledge-based society demands that we enter at this time into a discussion that takes new approaches to the knowledge. This study provides a doorway to a discussion of topics such as : Anticipating and characterizing the knowledge-based society, spectrum of fields of new types of knowledge for which typical differences can be ascertained, the interlinking of various disciplines in the respective field of knowledge, the new roles and types of knowledge in the fields of humanities and social sciences.

The purposes of this study were to examine the general tendency of knowledge and problem solving abilities of children to cope with climate change and to find out whether there is a difference in the ability to cope with climate change based on the gender and age of young children. For this purpose, 129 children aged 5 and 6 who are attended in day care center in Seoul and Gyeonggi area were selected. We used 10 questions to measure climate change response knowledge modified environment conservation knowledge checklist and used five problem solving situations to measure climate change response problem solving ability modified safety problem solving ability test item. The collected data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, two-way ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation coefficient. As a result, 6-year-old children's knowledge of climate change response and ability to solve climate change problems was higher than that of 5-year-olds. There was no gender difference in knowledge of climate change response and ability to solve climate change. The higher the knowledge level of children's response to climate change, the higher their ability to solve climate change response problems. The results of this study confirmed the association between children's knowledge of climate change response and problem solving ability and showed that a more systematic curriculum for improving knowledge and problem solving ability for preventing climate change needs to be provided to children.
