A Validation Check of Simulation Model with the Model Transformation (모델변환에 의한 시뮬레이션 모델의 타당성 검사)

  • 시뮬레이션(simulation)은 실 시스템(real system)의 효과적이고 효율적인 운영을 도모하기 위하여 실 시스템의 동작을 이해하고 분석, 예측, 평가하는 과학적인 문제해결 접근방법이다. 시뮬레이션 수행단계는 실 시스템의 행위를 정확히 반영하도록 타당한 모델을 구축하는 모델링 단계와 모델에 의도하는 명령어들을 컴퓨터 프로그램으로 작성하는 구현단계로 나누어진다. 시뮬레이션 모델은 시간, 상태, 확률변수, 상호규칙 등의 여러 관점에 따라 다양하게 존재하는데, DEVS(Descrete EVent system Specification) 모델은 연속적인 시간상에서 이산적으로 발생하는 사건에 따라 시스템의 상태를 분석할 수 있고 모델링 및 시뮬레이션 방법론의 형식화를 위한 견고한 이론적 기반을 제공하고 있다. 또한, DEVS 모델은 모듈적, 계층적 특성을 제공하고 집합론에 근거한 수학적 형식구조를 제공하여 실 시스템에 대한 체계적인 분석과정을 수행하게 되어 보다 현실적인 모델링을 가능하게 한다. 그러나 타당하지 못한 DEVS 모델이 구축되면 시뮬레이션을 통한 분석결과의 신뢰성이 떨어져 아무런 효과가 없고 경제적인 손실만이 따른다. DEVS 모델에 대한 기존의 타당성 검사가 많은 시간과 노력이 요구되고, 반복적인 DEVS 모델링 과정으로 인한 전문적이고 경험적인 지식을 요구한다. 또한, 모델설계자에 의해 설정된 실험 프레임하에서 DEVS 모델의 구성요소에 속하는 상태전이함수, 시간진행함수 및 출력함수에 대하여 commutative 성질의 보전성 검사가 어렵다는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여, DEVS 모델에 대한 타당성 검사를 SPN(Stochastic Petri Net) 모델로 변환하여 SPN 모델을 이용하는 간단하고 효과적인 타당성 검사 방법을 제안한다. 먼저, DEVs 모델에 대한 개념과 기존의 DEVS 모델에 대한 타당성 검사 방법을 고찰하고 그 문제점에 대하여 자세히 설명한다. DEVS 모델의 타당성 검사에 이용하는 SPN 모델에 대한 개념과 DEVS 모델과 행위적으로 동등한 SNP 모델로 변환을 위한 관점을 제조명하다. 동일한 관점에서 두 모델의 상태표현이 같도록 DEVS 모델이 SPN 모델로 표현됨을 보이는 변환이론을 제시하고 변환이론을 바탕으로 모델 변환과정을 제시한다. 모델 변환이론과 변환고정을 기본으로 타당성 검사를 위한 새로운 동질함수(homogeneous function)를 정의하고 이와 함께 SPN 모델의 특성을 이용하여 DEVS 모델에 대한 타당성 검사 방법을 새롭게 제안한다.

  • The plant factory represents one of the future agricultural systems into which ubiquitous information technology (U-IT) is incorporated, including sensor networking, and helps minimize the influence of external experimental factors that constrain the use of existing greenhouse cultivation techniques. A plant factory's automated cultivation system does not merely provide convenience for crop cultivation, but also expandability as a platform that helps build a knowledge database based on its acquired information and develop education and other application services using the database. For the expansion of plant factory services, this study designed a plant factory interworking service (PFIS) which allows plant factories to share crop growth-related information efficiently among them and performed a test on the service and its implementation.

A study on basic software education applying a step-by-step blinded programming practice (단계적 블라인드 프로그래밍 실습과정을 적용한 소프트웨어 기초교육에 관한 연구)

  • Recently, universities have been strengthening software basic education to be active in the era of the fourth industrial revolution. Non-majored students need a variety of teaching methods because they have low knowledge of programming or a lack of connectivity with major courses. Therefore, in this paper, a learning model applying the step-by-step blind programming practice based on the Demonstration Modeling Making model was designed and applied to the actual lecture. As a result of analyzing the problem solving ability of the learner, it was confirmed that the learner's self - solving ratio increased as parking progressed. In the following study, it is necessary to analyze the learner's learning results in various aspects and to study effective teaching methods according to the difficulty of the learning contents.

Functions and Characteristics of Public Library Theme Collection: Focusing on the User-centered Classification Perspective (공공도서관 테마 컬렉션의 기능과 특성 - 이용자 중심 분류의 관점에서 -)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the potential use of the theme collection as a new classification method that reflects the interest of users in terms of classification and categorization. For this purpose, the background of the theme collection was identified based on the discussion of the library resource organization and the introduction of the curation service of bookstore. In addition, based on case analysis, which is building the theme collection, concrete concepts and characteristics of theme collection are derived. Based on the above discussion, the classification and categorization characteristics of public library themes collections were analyzed, and the characteristics and functions as a classification were compared with other categories relatively. Finally, the utility and applicability of the theme collection is presented and it is based on the discussions about the user-centered classification system design of the library in the future.

  • As the era of big data, which is the foundation of the fourth industry, has come, most related industries are developing related solutions focusing on the technologies of data storage, statistical analysis and visualization. However, for the diffusion of bigdata technology, it is necessary to develop the prediction analysis technologies using artificial intelligence. But these advanced technologies are only possible by some experts now called data scientists. For big data-related industries to develop, a non-expert, called a citizen data scientist, should be able to easily access the big data analysis process at low cost because they have insight into their own data. In this paper, we propose a system for analyzing bigdata and building business models with the support of easy-to-use analysis system without knowledge of high-level data science. We also define the necessary components and environment for the prediction analysis system and present the overall service plan.

  • Vehicle engineering analysis in the event of an accident caused by a car built on mechanical design has not been investigated in-depth but relies on the subjective experience knowledge of the investigator. This study analyzed the correlation between the speed, progress, steering, and braking before impact, which is consistent with the final stop position, by drawing a site situation chart using the CAD (CAD) program and repeating 250 crashes using the PC-Crash program. The following situations were investigated: lower impact velocity; greater impact speed of the vehicle, which is not affected significantly by the departure angle; higher vehicle speed, such as the effective impact velocity, after the impact; higher vehicle speed; and lower vehicle speed. Please check the changes.)The simulation results of this study identified the process of returning to the magnetic progression lane after recognizing the opposite porter while Mighty was carried out on the uphill left-curve section in a position that crossed the center line, and the collision of the porter's front left side, pushing the porter in the right diagonal direction and making the front stop towards approximately 11 o'clock.

A Study on the Methods of Communication Education based on 'Empathy'; for Example <(500) Days of Summer> ('공감'을 기반으로 한 의사소통교육 방법 모색 ; 영화 <500일의 섬머>를 예로)

  • This paper criticized that online classes during the Covid-19 period were centered on knowledge and information education, and sought ways to improve empathy as a way to improve students' sociality. The teaching-learning process was designed around the movie <(500) Days of Summer> which has the theme and story of parting and growth. On this paper the stage of empathy was divided into three stages, recognize-into, feeling-into, emotional-transaction stage. In particular, considering the process of transitioning from emotional empathy to behavioral empathy as the key to communication education, the class was designed in five stages, with an expression stage between the feeling-into stage and the emotional-transaction stage. This course is possible when learners sympathize with the work itself and reflect on their own narrative, so literary therapeutic was used, and students's response statements were collected to prove that this process is meaningful for improving empathy. In this article, the class was designed for the movie <(500) Days of Summer>, but this teaching-learning model can be applied to other contemporary film texts.

A Compact CPW-fed Antenna with Two Slit Structure for WLAN/WiMAX Operations (WLAN/WiMAX 대역에서 동작하는 두 개의 슬릿 구조를 갖는 CPW 급전방식 소형 안테나)

  • In this paper, we propose a multi-band small antenna with CPW(Coplanar Waveguide) feeding structure WLAN(Wireless Local Area Network) and WiMAX (Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access) bands. The proposed antenna is designed two slit in the modified monopole type radiator and FR-4 substrate, which is thickness 1.0 mm, and the dielectric constant is 4.4. The size of proposed antenna is 15.1 mm⨯16.41 mm, and total size of proposed antenna is 17.5 mm⨯16.4 mm. From the fabrication and measurement results, From the fabrication and measurement results, bandwidths of 439 MHz (2.06 to 2.499 GHz), 840 MHz (3.31 to 4.25) and 1,315 MHz (5.23 to 6.545 GHz) were obtained on the basis of -10 dB impedance bandwidth. Also, 3D radiation pattern characteristics of the proposed antenna are displayed and measured gains 2.24 dBi, 2.83 dBi, and 2.0 dBi shown in the three frequency band, respectively.

  • Conceptual Model of the Mission Spaces(CMMS) is a first abstraction model of the military real world and serves as a knowledge(mission spaces) reference models for development, interoperability and reusability of defense modeling and simulation(M&S) systems, by capturing basic information about entities involved in any mission and their key actions and interactions. Therefore, the completeness of CMMS is the key to success for the quality of M&S systems based on it. To improve quality and credibility of CMMS, the Verification, Validation and Accreditation(VV&A) processes of CMMS is very important. This paper briefly describes the K-CMMS(Korean Conceptual Model of Mission Space) and the VV&A process.

A case study of understanding the embodied metaphors for AI education (인공지능 교육을 위한 체화된 메타포 이해 : 언플러그드 활동을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the educational context including the actual learning process and learner perception using the embodied metaphor in AI education. To this end, a class was designed to utilize the embodied metaphor-based unplugged activity through a qualitative approach. Matrix analysis technique was used to analyze the data collected throughout the course of the class to analyze the experiences and perceptions according to the characteristics of the learner, and the learning context. The results of the study were: First, there was a difference according to the learner's prior experience in the effect on the representative knowledge and the subsequent practice process. Next, the embodied metaphor-based unplugged activity showed soft landing effects on practice and text coding. Finally, the organic integration of unplugged and plugged-in classes helped learners understand the potential of computational thinking.
