재난방재시스템은 재난에 대하여 예방, 대비, 대응, 복구 단계별 활동을 지원하기 위한 정보시스템이다. 재난방재시스템은 여러 형태의 재난에 대하여 여러 수준의 다양한 정보자원을 이용해야 하고 여러 임무를 맡고 있는 다양한 인적자원과 다양한 물적 자원을 활용하여 준비하고 빠르게 대응해야 한다. 기존의 재난방재시스템은 통합적인 상황분석이 부족하고, 지역재난상황에 따라 표준행동에 의한 자동적 실시간 임무부여와 실시간 보고의 처리, 재난관리자의 경험적 지식을 활용될 수 있는 정보시스템화는 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 주로 국방, 경찰, 보안 분야에 적용되어온 정보융합(Information fusion)기술과 비즈니스 룰(BRMS)의 규칙기반 지능형 기술을 활용하여 여러 수준의 다양한 정보를 종합 분석하여 통합적인 상황정보를 제공하고, 표준행동 요령과 지역 재난관리자의 지식을 활용하여 인적자원과 물적 자원에 대한 대응계획을 제시하여 대응조치를 선택할 수 있도록 하며, 현장 상황에 따른 실시간 임무 부여와 상황 보고를 처리할 수 있는 정보융합기반 지능형 재난방재 프레임워크를 제안한다. 본 연구의 프레임워크는 지역단위 재난방재에 적용을 고려하고 있으며 오픈소스 소프트웨어를 같이 활용하는 프로토타입 구현을 계획하고 있다.

정보통신의 모든 분야에 걸쳐 활용될 수 있는 차세대 핵심기술이라고 할 수 있는 에이전트는 자율성, 지능성, 반응성, 협동성을 갖는 독립된 프로그램으로 지식과 추론 능력을 가진다. 본 논문은 동적환경에서 환경에서 지능적인 행위와 반작용적인 행위도 가능한 혼합형 에이전트를 재난관리 에이전트 시스템에 도입 설계한다. 이를 위하여, 재난관리를 위한 에이전트를 재난 발생시 즉각적인 반응을 하는 반응 요소(reflexive component)와 플랜라이브러리에 저장된 여러 가지 사례들을 탐색해 문제를 해결하는 인지 요소(cognitive component)로 구성된 혼합형 에이전트(hybrid agent)기술을 재난관리에 적용한다. 인지요소에서 행동계획을 탐색하고, 조건에 맞는 계획을 결정하는 과정을 살펴본다. 탐색 방법은 계획-기반 탐색(plan based search)이며, 계획기의 지식 요소들은 슬롯을 가진 프레임구조를 하고 있다.

본 논문에서는 SEEN 보안운영체제 시스템에서 접근통제 정책관리 도구의 설계 및 구현한 내용을 설명한다. 보안운영체제에 대한 지식이 부족한 보안 관리자가 정책을 설정하고 적용하는 데에 많은 어려움이 따른다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 정책 적용 및 정책 설정의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 접근통제 정책관리 처리에 대한 것을 사용자가 쉽게 파악 할 수 있고 친숙한 그래픽 기반의 형태로 특별한 지식이 없는 사용자와 보안 관리자들에게 시스템을 효율적이고 편리하게 사용할 수 있도록 한다.

Drawings in construction industry are an aggregation of knowledge containing various information generated in a number of projects. Finish details are generated by architects when they select details and methods of construction by spaces or elements. However it is so difficult to re-use details in existing drawing management systems because there are so many details in a sheet and there are several many kinds of sheets in a file. In this paper, a drawing segmentation algorithm is suggested for managing building finish details individually. Based on this algorithm, a system module for making detail blocks from files of finish details is developed. Using the drawing segmentation module, interfaces of drawing management system are suggested in the paper. Management of individual detail blocks helps to reduce of the time for searching and increases productivity of designed drawings. Also it would contribute to increase quality of designed drawings by reusing of knowledge in detail blocks.

가속화되는 정보기술의 발전으로 조직내의 신속하고 효율적인 연구 개발 및 행정업무 지원을 통한 경쟁력 확보가 요구된다. 효율적이고 신속한 연구업무지원을 위해서는 산재해 있는 연구관리 정보, 경영정보 등의 통합관리를 통해 지식기반의 정보인프라 구축이 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 과학기술 지식 및 연구 개발 관련 업무활동을 지원하는 조직운영시스템 구현을 통한 실현방안을 제시하고 향후 발전방향에 대해서 논의한다.

데이터베이스는 인터넷 사이버 공간에서 사용자 개인 정보와 활용 정보 등을 저장, 관리 하고 있다. 저장된 불필요한 많은 양의 데이터를 삭제 하거나 혹은 올바른 정보로 수정하여 데이터베이스를 운영한다면 데이터베이스의 유지 보수에 필요한 비용을 감소 시킬 수 있으며, 데이터의 오류로 발생할 수 있는 우편 발송이나 기타 사용자 관리 등에서의 부차적인 손실 또한 막을 수 있는 이점이 있다. 이를 위하여 본 논문에서는 데이터베이스에서 사용자 주소를 올바른 주소로 정제해 줄 수 있도록 지식기반을 이용한 다단계 정제방안에 대해 제안한다.

By the development of the network technology, the types and amount of information that users keep in contact with have been dramatically increased. As a result, users are consuming a lot of time and energy to find needed information. On this, this article presents a new methodology that can efficiently manage their information within small cost by using content-based recommendation method and keyword affinity method. By using keyword affinity method, this methodology solves the content-based recommendation method's weak point that the performance is not good within the environment that the preferences of users are rapidly changing and new contents are created continuously and the accuracy level is low until the information of preferences are sufficiently gathered. This article carried out research on the personal e-mail environment where new information is frequently created and disappeared. Also this article assists folder recommendation for the efficient management of e-mail and verified the methodology mentioned above by an experiment to compare the performance of existing folder recommendation methods with the performance of this new method.

In domestic university libraries, the difference between the knowledge resource collection activities on campus is depending on the size of the university, and their collection is concentrated on some types of digital resources. In recent years, the main universities in developed countries has developed actively in social openness and share activities of their knowledge resources, through the OA-based institutional repository, for the purpose of image improvement and competitiveness as a knowledge production base. This study examined ways to improve the relevant regulations in order to effectively collect and systematically manage the knowledge resources from graduate school, research institutes, center for teaching and learning, e-learning center, museum, press, a variety of campus organizations, so as to enhance the role of the library as the right manager of knowledge resources on campus. To this end, this study, considering the improvement of relevant regulations, investigates the operating situation of the library regulations of 176 universities and suggests necessary improvement methods in order to facilitate the digital legal deposit and expand its scope.

본 논문에서는 2015년도 이용 고객의 변화를 3년간 분석하여 이용행태를 모니터링하고 기관의 고객만족 개선 활동에 대한 고객의 의견을 분석하기 위함이다. 한국과학기술정보연구원의 국가과학기술지식정보서비스 (NTIS : National Science & Technology Information Service)는 사업, 과제, 인력, 연구시설 장비, 성과 등 국가연구개발 사업에 대한 정보를 한 곳에서 서비스하는 국가과학기술 지식정보 포털입니다. 부처별(기관별)로 개별 관리되고 있는 국가R&D 사업 관련 정보와 과학기술 정보를 공유하고 공동 활용해, 국가R&D 투자 효율성을 높이고 연구 생산성 향상에 기여하는 것이 주목적입니다. 국가과학기술지식정보서비스에 대한 고객만족도를 기반으로 하여 핵심고객을 예측할 수 있는 프레임워크를 구축하는 것이다. 이를 위해 서비스를 경험한 500여명의 의사결정자를 대상으로 국가과학기술지식정보서비스에 대한 고객충성도를 분석하였다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 인터넷 등 정보의 발달로 고객의 긍정적 또는 부정적인 구전이 급속도로 노출되는 환경에서 고객의 만족도를 관리함으로써 핵심고객을 확보하는데 사전 예측자료로 활용될 수 있다.

국내에서 벤토나이트 산업은 환경개선과 관련된 토목분야에서의 수요증대로 앞으로 그 시장이 보다 확장될 것으로 예견된다. 이에 따라 부족한 국내의 부존자원을 효율적으로 관리하는 개발기술의 수립과 제도적 정비가 마련되어야 할 것이다. 또한 날로 증대되는 벤토나이트는 매우 복잡한 광물조성과 광물학적 특성을 갖고 다양한 용도로 사용되기 때문에, 이를 취급하는 데에는 이 광물자원에 대한 광물학적 특성에 대한 전문적 이해가 요구된다. 벤토나이트의 품위는 종래의 간접적 측정 방식 외에 정량적 X-선회절법이 도입되면 보다 효율적으로 평가될 수 있을 것이다. 벤토나이트의 품위와 품질은 상호 연계되지만 별도의 개념으로서, 이를 응용광물학적 지식에 기반하여 효과적으로 평가하는 방안이 마련되어야 할 것이다. 국내에서 벤토나이트가 고령토 범주 내에서 취급되고 있는 것은 이 분야에 대한 산업 발전은 물론 기술개발을 가로막고 있는 큰 장애로 생각되며, 이는 빠른 시일 내에 시정되어야 할 것이다.
