새로운 경영 패러다잉의 전환과 지식경제시대에 도래하고 있는 현재, 기업들은 기업의 생존을 위한 경영방식의 일환으로 지식경영을 도입하고 있다. 지식경영은 지식의 창조, 공유 및 활용을 포함한 개념으로서, 지식의 효율적인 공유 및 활용을 위해 지식경영을 응용한 지식관리시스템이 활발히 도입 중에 있다. 본 논문의 목적은 지식관리시스템의 도입현황(배경, 도입내용, 효과)의 사례률 비교, 분석하여 도입관련 시사점을 제시한다. 지식관리시스템의 배경은 지식공유를 통하여 핵심역량을 강화하고, 경영목표를 달성하기 위해 지식을 통합, 광리할 필요성으로 도입하였고, 도입 내용은 조직의 산재된 지식을 통합, 분류하여 지식데이터베이스를 구촉하였고 지식경영 중심의 기업문화률 이루고, 평가와 보상 체제를 구축하였다. 지식관리시스템의 도입 효과는 지식이 차별화 된 경쟁도구로 인식되면서, 개인의 지식이 조직의 지식으로 전환되면서 지식의 자본화가 이루어졌고, 조직구성원들의 업무효율성 또한 증대되었다. 사례분석결과 성공적인 지식경영을 위해, 지식경영을 위한 가치관 및 기업문화를 정착하고 기업특성에 맞는 방식을 고안해 지식경영을 실천하고, 파일럿 프로젝트를 실행한 후 단계적으로 확산해야한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 전략적, 문화적, 조직적, 기술적 측면의 구체적인 시사점이 제시되었다.

최근 전문가의 지식과 경험정보가 데이터베이스로 구축된 전문가 시스템의 지식 정보를 이용하여 안전하고 효율적인 선박운항이 가능한 지능형 선박 시스템에 관한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 인공지능기법을 이용하여 보다 인간 친화적인 시스템을 구현하고, 음성인식기술을 이용하여 원격으로 선박 조타기를 제어하여 조업자의 부담경감 및 인원절감의 효과를 가져올 수 있는 선박 조종시스템의 개발이 절실하다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 PC를 기반으로 하여 일격으로 모형 선박의 조타기를 제어하는 시스템을 구축한다. 구체적인 연구방법으로는, 음성인식기술과 지능형 학습 기법을 바탕으로 음성지시기반학습 시스템을 구축하고, 퍼지 조타수 조작모델을 구현하여 PC 기반 원격 제어시스템을 구축한다. 또한, 구축된 원격 조타제어시스템을 축소된 선박모형(Miniature Ship) 시스템에 적용하여 그 효용성을 확인하였다.

본 논문의 대화시스템 구축도구는 태스크 기반 대화 시스템을 구축하는데 필요한 대화 시나리오 지식과 이를 처리하는 태스크 그래프, 슬롯 체계, 대화 라이브러리 등을 생성하고 관리할 수 있는 웹기반 대화 시스템 구축 도구이다. 이 도구는 태스크 그래프를 시각적으로 대화 모델 설계자에게 표시하고, 대화 모델 설계자는 시각적으로 표시된 태스크 그래프를 보며 태스크의 흐름을 한눈에 파악하고 대화 시스템의 시나리오 흐름을 생성하고 편집할 수 있도록 한 것이 특징이다. 또한 대화 모델 설계자와 시나리오 태깅 작업자들 모두는 자신이 구축한 지식이나 대화 태스크를 시스템에 직접 반영하고 실시간으로 대화 시스템에 적용해 봄으로써 대화 시스템의 이해를 높이고 고품질의 대화 시스템을 구축할 수 있다.

The main thrust of our talk will be based on our experience in developing and applying an attribute-based classification technique in the context of an operational answer set driven retrieval system. To alleviate the difficulty and reduce the cost of manually constructing and maintaining answer sets, i.e., knowledge base, we have devised a new method of automating the answer document selection process by using the notion of attribute-based classification, which is in and of itself novel. We attempt to explain through experiments how helpful the proposed method is for the knowledge base construction process.

A number of research issues such as knowledge acquisition, inferencing techniques, and knowledge refinement methodologies have been involved in the development of expert systems. Since each issue is considered very com- plicated, there has been little effort to take all the issues into account collectively at once. However, knowledge acquisition and inferencing are closely reated because the knowledge is extracted by human experts from the inferencing process for solving a specific task or problem. Knowledge refinement is also accomplished by hand-ling problems caused during the inferencing process of the system due to incompleteness and inconsistency of the knowledge base. From this perspecitive, we present a method by which software platform is established in which those issues are integrated in the development of expert systems, especially in the domain where the domain models and concepts are hard to be constructed because of inherent fuzziness of the domain. We apply a machine learning technique,technique, conceptual clustering,to build a knowledge base and rual models by which an efficient inferencing,incermental knp\owledge acquisition and refinment are possible.

The world has rushed into knowledge information society. Information technology is one of the causes to show up knowledge management and one of the motives to accelerate knowledge management. And, these days information technology and internet have made staffing progress. Therefore, the objective of this study is to take out latent knowledge of customers through web data mining in a vast amount of data on the internet in rapidly developing digital environments, to develop the knowledge-based design paradigm applied to knowledge management framework, and finally to develop design which satisfies customers' needs. To reach the objective, knowledge management process and varied previous studies related to web data mining are reviewed on a theoretical basis, and then a new knowledge-based design paradigm (in this study, eCRM in a true sense which combines web data mining with knowledge management process is called knowledge-based design paradigm) combining knowledge management process with web data mining is suggested.

최근 정보와 지식의 폭발적인 증가, 인터넷과 IT 기술의 발달로 어떻게 하면 핵심적인 정보를 찾아내고 그러한 지식이 어떻게 발전할 것인지에 대한 연구의 일환으로 semantic web, DB mining 등의 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 이를 위해서 ontology 등 지식의 구조화작업 등이 큰 관심을 끌고 있다. 또 이러한 지식을 디지털 화하고 계량화해서 새로운 지식을 창출하는 방법들인 informatics, informetrics 등의 분야도 급속히 관심을 끌고 있다.

지식경영(KM)은 기존의 여타 혁신활동과는 달리 조직문화 및 제도의 변화를 기반으로 하여 새로운 지식이 창출, 공유, 활용되도록 하자는 한 차원 발전된 개념임. 따라서, 지식경영의 추진은 필연적으로 기업의 총체적 변화를 요구하게 되고 이것을 뒷받침하기 위한 프로세스의 변화 및 정보시스템의 구축, 변화관리 등이 필요하게 됨. 금일 강의에서는 LG-EDS시스템이 지식경영 도입과 실행을 위해 구체적으로 어떤 활동을 전개하였고 이를 통해 어떤 변화를 이루었는지에 대해 소개하고 그간의 경험으로부터 얻게 된 know-how 등의 암묵적 지식(Tacit Knowledge)\`을 공유코자 함.

대학도서관이 수행해야 할 보다 적극적이고 활동적인 서비스 형태로 이용자 학술지원을 위한 지식관리시스템의 모형, 즉 T 대학의 특수교육분야 중에서 장애인의 전환교육에 관련한 지식관리시스템 모형을 설계하였다. 이러한 지식관리시스템은 기존의 도서관 서비스의 확장된 영역으로 T 대학의 특성화를 달성할 수 있는 전문화된 서비스를 제공할 수 있고 전환교육에 대한 형식적 지식과 함께 조직구성원의 암묵적 지식을 축적함으로써 최신성 있는 데이터베이스를 유지할 수 있다.
