This study aims to identify copyright issues regarding the knowledge content currently circulated through knowledge exchange markets in the Republic of Korea. The content providers of knowledge exchange markets comprise government & public institutions, full-text database companies, publishers and individuals. It is worth noting that commercial trade of copyrighted content or material among academic journals, database companies and knowledge exchange markets essentially exclude individual authors who are the actual copyright holders. In principle, the original author owns the copyright whether it has an explicit notice or not. Unless the author/owner officially agrees to transfer the copyright including the right for so-called "derivative works", content-making based or derived from the copyrighted material, digitalization of the copyrighted work as well as its registration on full-text database and circulation through knowledge markets are illegal.

Upon the growing popularity of knowledge information and paid digital content, the Internet knowledge exchange market had emerged. A Internet knowledge exchange market consists of general characteristics of a market where a wide variety of knowledge is exchanged at market-appropriate prices, the Internet knowledge exchange market is recently gaining momentum with specialized knowledge items such as design, program source, patent information, consulting service, multimedia, or resumes, as it seeks to secure competitive advantage over its peer markets. Considering the immense influence that these Internet markets will exert on the existing system of knowledge circulation including libraries and information centers, this study aims to contribute to a better understanding of Korea's knowledge circulation structure by analyzing the current standing of the Internet knowledge exchange market.

This paper aims to analyze distribution structure of commercial Internet knowledge exchange markets. To that end, it has four specific study goals. First, define the type and volume of information available at the Internet knowledge exchange market as well as that of market users. Second, analyze distribution structure of the Internet knowledge exchange market. Third, identify current issues regarding infringement of intellectual property rights and conduct a survey to understand current standing of Internet knowledge exchange markets' IPR violation. Forth, assess application of Digital Rights Management(DRM) to Internet knowledge exchange markets and DRM's role in controlling unauthorized copying and illegal uses.

블록체인 기술의 발전과 중앙집중형 금융서비스의 취약성과 불신에 대한 우려가 커지면서 탈중앙화 금융(DeFi)과 탈중앙화 거래소(DEX)가 유망한 대안으로 떠올랐다. 본 논문에서는 특히 Uniswap에 초점을 맞춰 DeFi 내의 과제와 문제를 살펴본다. 우리는 DeFi 및 DEX의 현재 상태에 대한 배경 지식을 제공하여 MEV(Maximal Extractable Value) 공격에 대한 취약성을 강조한다. 우리의 접근 방식에는 MEV 공격 패턴을 식별하고 분석하기 위한 Uniswap에 구조 분석이 포함된다. 이 연구는 DEX 보안을 강화하고 MEV 위험을 완화하기 위한 귀중한 지침을 제공하여 DeFi 생태계의 이해관계자에게 필수적인 리소스 역할을 한다.

본 연구는 인터넷 환경에 따른 정보의 지식화현상과 지식경영 추세에 따라 새롭게 등장한 웹 검색엔진의 지식검색커뮤니티 기반 지식관리에 관한 연구이다. 아직까지 지식검색커뮤니티에 대한 연구를 거의 찾아볼 수 없는 상황에서, 본 연구는 네이버의 ‘지식 iN’, 야후의 ‘지식검색’, 엠파스의 ‘지식거래소’를 대상으로 웹 검색엔진의 지식검색커뮤니티를 살펴보았다. 지식의 개념을 통해 지식 순환과정을 고찰하였고, 순환과정의 각 단계별로 지식관리를 연구하였다. 더불어 커뮤니티 기반의 지식창출과 지식공유단계에 대한 이용자연구를 하고자 한다. 이를 바탕으로 보다 건전하고 활발한 지식공유문화조성을 위한 지식검색커뮤니티의 활성화 방안을 제안하고자 한다.

Digital contents market has been drastically increasing under Clouding Computing and Smart Phone environment. The Contents industry is going to be more essential portion than manufacture or service industry in the near future. One good example of high value-added contents is the Harry Potter series which exceeds 10 years' net profit of Hundai automobile company. This one example shows us very well that digital contents market as a core-engine for culture industry development is economically influential and attractive as well. This study focuses on activation of Digital Copyright Exchange in knowledge service convergence era. First, it examines other services like stock exchange, electronic documents and authentication certificate etc. which are similar to DCE service. Then it analyzes what factors make copyright industry have interested in the DCE the through technology acceptance model. Based on the results of the analysis, finally, this study evaluates how the DCE contributes to copyright industry overall including fair utilization of works.

본 연에서는 현재 전력거래소에서 사용하고 있는 단기수요예측 산법을 전력시장 운영환경에 대응 하도록 보다 정확하면서도 공정성이 보장되는 산법으로 개선하였다. 접근방법은 기존의 산법들을 면밀히 분석한 다음 산법의 개선과 매개변수의 튜닝을 통하여 예측정확도를 개선하였으며, 예측과정의 투명성을 확보하기 위하여 예측절차를 출력하는 기능을 포함하였다 예측정확도를 개선하기 위한 주요 방안으로 종합분석모형의 경우는 실적자료가 생길 때 마다 즉시 민감도가 갱신되도록 하였으며, 회귀분석모형은 분석과정에서 의미가 있는 자료만을 선택하도록 하였다. 또한 신경망 모형의 경우는 모의를 통하여 최적의 입력변수를 찾아 설정하였으며, 지식기반모형에서는 최근의 수요특성을 분석하여 새로운 규칙들로 구축하였다. 제안한 산법의 효용성을 평가하기 위하여 2004년도 실계통 자료를 대상으로 모의를 해 본 결과, 모든 산법에서 개선된 예측정확도를 나타내었다.

ERC-20, the standard API for Ethereum token smart contracts, was introduced to ensure compatibility among applications such as wallets and decentralized exchanges. However, many compatibility vulnerability problems have existed because there is no rigorous functional specifications for each API nor conformance review tools for the standard. In this paper, we proposed a new review procedure and a tool to perform the procedure to review if ERC-20 token smart contract programs for the Ethereum blockchain conform to the de facto standards. Based on the knowledge from an analysis on the ERC-20 API functional behavior of the top 100 token smart contract programs in the existing Ethereum blockchain, a new specification for the de facto standard for ERC-20 API was explicitly defined. The new specification enabled us to design a systematic review method for Ethereum smart contract programs. We developed a tool to support this review method and we evaluated a few benchmark programs with the tool.

The export demand for various public services of e-government is growing. This study defines the new services that are required in each step of export processes for public services in order to develop the new services for supporting the commercialization of the export public services. And the study arrives at a conclusion of the main problems and requirements of the current export processes for the public services through the previous literature, the open-ended questions and the focus group interview. The new services are divided into six steps including the general information and consultation of the export public services; specifically, 'evaluation of the export capabilities', 'information of export pubic services', 'network of export companies', 'knowledge exchange of export', 'guide map of export information' and 'place for communication'. Furthermore, the score test about importance of 14 detailed services and the ease of implement is conducted. Based on the results of the test, Portfolio Evaluation Quadrant analysis derives a conclusion that 'the guide map service of export information' in the step 5 is preferentially considered to be in need of implementation.

In this study, we predicted the bitcoin prices of Bithum and Coinbase, a leading exchange in Korea and USA, using ARIMA and Recurrent Neural Networks(RNNs). And we used news articles from each country to suggest a separated RNN model. The suggested model identifies the datasets based on the changing trend of prices in the training data, and then applies time series prediction technique(RNNs) to create multiple models. Then we used daily news data to create a term-based dictionary for each trend change point. We explored trend change points in the test data using the daily news keyword data of testset and term-based dictionary, and apply a matching model to produce prediction results. With this approach we obtained higher accuracy than the model which predicted price by applying just time series prediction technique. This study presents that the limitations of the time series prediction techniques could be overcome by exploring trend change points using news data and various time series prediction techniques with text mining techniques could be applied to improve the performance of the model in the further research.
