지식, 정보, 하이테크기술이 가장 중요한 역할을 하는 요즘, 인터넷 등 컴퓨터 네트워크가 날이 갈수록 급증하고 있습니다. 현재 인터넷은 지식재산권을 다루는 실무자 또는 관리자들의 관심을 끄는 정보들이 나날이 증가하여 그 유용성에 많은 관이 집중되고 있습니다. 인터넷에 공개된 각종 기능적 도구로 세계의 정보를 언제 어디서나 제공받기가 더욱 용이해지고습니다. 따라서 식품과 관련된 최신 국내•외 법령을 조회해 본 다든지, 최근 기술동향, 산업재산권을 조사해 보는 경우 정확한 인터넷상의 주소를 클릭한다면 신속 간편하게 정보를 획득 할 수 있습니다. 또한 정보제공자들이 인터넷을 점차 마케팅으로 인식하여 꾸준하게 폭넓은 영역의 유용한 기술적 정보를 양산해 내고 있기 때문에 향후 인터넷에 지속적인 관심을 쏟아야 합니다. 기술정보팀에서는 이러한 인터넷의 적절한 이용을 위하여 국내를 비롯한 전세계 식품관련 유용한 WEB site를 찾아 소개하고자 합니다. 본 호에서는 정부, 대학, 연구소, 단체, 기구 등의 공통적인 정보가 포함된 site와 식품 중에서 일부 품목을 게재합니다. 앞으로도 식품전문가를 위한 분야별.품목별 심층 정보를 엄선하여 지속적으로 공개하고자 하오니 많은 활용바랍니다.

IP reuse technology, for the sake of out-performance and the reduction of development period of IT-SoC is the most essential factor for the sound growth of SoC industry. As for this IP reuse technology, it is very important to decide the proper specification and the standardization of the requirement from the companies, as well as to develop our own domestic technological know-how which does not depend on import. In this study, we propose to analyze a security core IP with pure domestic technological know-how, mentioning an example from $CAST_{TM}$, which presently is an American company costing royalty.

최근 세계적인 경제 불황에 대처하기 위해 우리나라와 중국, 그리고 일본의 특허청장들이 모여 지식재산권 정책 방향의 조율과 함께 특허심사 효율성 제고 및 출원인 비용절감을 위한 공동 프로젝트를 추진키로 합의했다고 한다. 오늘날과 같은 지식정보사회에서는 첨단기술이 집약된 고부가가치의 상품이나 문화 예술작품을 만들어내는 것 못지않게 지적 창조자의 권익을 보호하는 것 또한 매우 중요하므로, 어떤 절차와 방법을 통해 권리를 보호받을 수 있는지 알아둘 필요가 있다.

Every country of the world in the 21st century is going to push forward the policy protecting their intellectual property right, and international movement to protect their intellectual right is still more strengthened. Under these situations, the firm is required to seek for more efficient methods of technology security and business management while the existence of business itself is at risk. The control of intellectual properties in business should be considered in the patent management. In the company, the industrial property right should be into one of the management resource, and its importance has great influence on the existence of the company. The information in patent data can be used for strategic planning purposes. This study systematically evaluates the patenting behaviour of sample of 27 business firms within the Korean metal industry. Utilizing the patent application data between 2000 and 2005, the relationship between these patenting management and company performance is analysed. This study showed that patent activity per employee and labor productivity are positive relationship, but patent activity per employee and firm size are negative relationship. Since a positive relationship between patenting and company performance could be shown, patent activity gains important as a instrument for R&D planning.

It requires professional knowledge and much time to judge intellectual property rights infringement. The duties of customs administration are the balance between the propositon of trade facilitation through rapid clearance and the thesis of social security through exact examination. There is a view that the criminal procedure law control is necessary to the goods inspection of clearnce procedure if it is related to crimianl investigation. However, it seems that the customs law does not consider the goods inspection investigation as the investigation under judicial control, but only the mere administrative investigation. It can be said that the inspection of goods by customs law functioning as a clue of investigation is confined to the ordinary goods inspection, including the screening test. Searching for specific articles by specific informaition should be under the control of criminal procedure law because it constitutes the commencement of criminal investigation in criminal cases. This interpretation could be an opportunity as a harmonious operation between the goods inspection of customs clearance and the search and seizure of criminal procedure.

This study explored the Dis-Functional(DF) factors associated with the information and utilization of the R&D outcomes which has been left behind in the environmental & energy science research field. Of the total of 225 sample surveyed, exactly 66.2% responded to the questions about DF factors. The major factors that have been experienced by the respondents included the followings : the shortage of manpower and budget, inadequate network utilities of resource sharing, unstable policies of digitalization of R&D databases and of presenting a specimen copy(not only report itself but also experimental data), deficient knowledge resource system for the specialized sub-research areas, absence of the process of TLO and commercialization of R&D results, and underestimation of the significance of quality control (evaluation) of academic and research information. Some recommendations for utilization of the R&D outcomes were suggested according to the DF factors investigated.

Research and Development projects sponsored by the government are one of the main production sectors of academic and research information in domestic area. The access control and information service of R&D outcomes should be considered as a critical factor of nation-wide knowledge-based IS management. This study focused on the practical utilities of three IPR legislations of the government projects and analyzed if they are good enough to support the information service in recent digital network environment. Some suggestions in different perspectives were provided for the improvement of the existed IPR legislation.

Recently the portion of international collaborative research in national R&D is being on the increase. But the management system of products from the international collaborative research is not sufficient. Not only the internal management system of public research institute, universities or government support R&D centers, are not enough, but also the legislations in government level are not established. In this paper, the problems and situations of product management system in international collaborative research are investigated and analyzed, and the methodology of improvement of them are presented.

정보통신 표준화가 미래 시장 선점을 위한 도구로 부상하면서, 선진국들은 국제표준화를 선도하기 위하여 국제표준화 기구에 대한 체계적인 대응 및 국제 표준화 추진전략을 수립하여 범 국가적으로 추진하고 있다. 따라서 우리나라도 이러한 치열한 국제 표준화 경쟁에서 선진국과 경쟁하여 국제표준화를 선도하기 위하여, 국제표준화 추진을 위한 국가적인 전략 및 추진 체계 구축이 필요하다. 본 논문은 주요 국제 표준화 기구의 지식재산권 정책을 분석하여, 이에 대응하여 우리 기술로 국제 표준화를 선도하기 위한 전략 및 대응체계 구축을 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

This study is to present practical plan to stimulate Parallel Import Policies, Which is one of the government policies to drop import prices of imported goods. Although, preliminary studies focused on legal aspects related to Intellectual Property Right, from the perspective of trade, we conducted a study on economic aspects through parallel import, consumer welfare, etc. For this study, the parallel import system of the United States and Japan was compared with Korea and the domestic parallel import market status was analyzed by comparing market price. According to the study, the current parallel import system lacked the limits of government regulation and distribution market structure. It proposed practical plans such as political suggestions and changes in distribution structure. This study is meaningful in analyzing the problem of parallel imports that currently occur in the Korea market based on data concerning parallel imports in practical terms
