In this study, the effect of a sustainable energy design project on academic achievement for engineering freshmen at Virginia Tech in fall semester 2006 in the United States was examined by experimental method. The department of engineering education at Virginia Tech was opened in 2004. In this experiment the population was approximately 1200 freshmen, and 5 classes were sampled. Subject name is engineering exploration, a theme of the instruction is sustainable energy design, the project was performed throughout a 6 weeks period with one by 50 minutes lecture conducted by faculty and one 90 minutes workshop conducted by GTAs (Graduate Teaching Assistants) every week. The statistical results using SPSS (ver. 15.0) are as follows: A paired-samples t test analysis was run on the pre- and posttest to determine academic achievement, the results indicated a significant increase in 4 classes of mixed gender at .05 significance level, but there was no significance at 1 group of female class. A paired-samples t test analysis was run on the pre- and posttest to get an attitude score, the results showed, the posttest scores decreased for 5 groups even though it was not statistically significant. Finally, in responses to an open-ended question about students' perceptions of their improvement in skills, the 3 most frequently identified skills were teamwork, design process, knowledge.

소프트웨어 개발 조직은 구성원들로 하여금 자발적이고 지속적인 개발방법론 활용 및 개선을 유도하기 위하여 효율적인 개발방법론 정의, 조정, 참조에 대한 지원뿐 만 아니라 보다 적극적인 개발방법론의 프로젝트 적용, 프로젝트 수행 경험(수행사례)의 지식화로 전사적인 지식 자산을 공유할 수 있는 환경을 지원해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 프로젝트 경험의 지식화를 위해 종료된 프로젝트에 적용되었던 방법론 내역과 프로젝트 산출물에 대한 재사용을 위한 자산화가 가능하도록 지원하는 Eclipse 기반의 플러그인을 설계하고자 한다.

Defining sustainable development as the challenge of continuously balanving economic, social and ecological values, a European research project sought lessons from experiences of a forty year period to frame criteria of appropriate scale for contextually-sensitive environmental policy. A network of case studies conducted by partner teams in Gemany, lreland, the Netherlands and Sweden examined changes of scale in the territorial, functional and socio-political contexts of life and landscape between 1950-1990. Themes central to the project included landscape transformations, tensions among area-and sector-based ways of life [genres de vie], and changing horizons of discretionary reach. With illustrations drawn mainly from the lrish case studies in Tipperary, this lecture outlines some regional differences in response to externa-policy and market-driven-influences. Implications for cross-cultural research and the framing of contextually-sensitive environmental policy are outlined, and suggestions made for their modulation through European Union, national, regional, and local levels.

IT 융 복합 산업에서 소프트웨어가 차지하는 비중이 높아짐에 따라 프로젝트 관리는 점차 중요해지고 IT기업의 경쟁력을 결정하는 중요 요소가 되고 있다. 프로젝트 관리 중 일정 관리는 가장 기초적이고 관리적 요소가 가장 많이 들어있으며 일정 관리의 실패는 Time-To-Market을 맞추지 못한다. 일정 관리를 위해 고려해야할 문제점들은 겉으로 확인되는 진척율과 실제로 개발된 진척율의 차이, 팀원의 낭비되는 시간을 지속적 관리 등이 있음에도 현장에서는 도구 또는 파일을 통해 진행 사항을 관리하지만 세부 작업별 활동까지 연계가 되지 않아 일정 관리의 진행 상황이 명확히 드러나지 않는다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 소스코드 기반의 실시간 프로젝트 일정 관리 도구를 제안한다. 프로젝트 계획 단계에서 작업을 컴포넌트 별로 세분화되어 있을 때 이 도구를 사용하여 컴포넌트 내부 메서드의 소스코드 작성을 통해 소프트웨어 개발 진척도를 명확하게 파악하고 해당 소스 코드의 테스트를 통해 의도대로 개발이 이루어졌는지를 확인 가능하다. 그리고 피드백을 통해 개발자에게 개발 일정 및 계획 수정에 대한 알림으로 지연되는 시간 없이 수정 가능하다.

The Korean government has been encouraging 'continuous' post-pump priming project management through relevant local personnel planning, action, and management, upon the selection of 68 sites for urban regeneration as part of the New Deal Project. This study assessed the utilization characteristics of containers, the socio-experimental temporary occupation facilities, as a tool for 'sustainable' urban regeneration. This is to identify the potential limitations of urban regeneration by the utilization of containers as public sector temporary occupation facilities and to provide adequate directions based on its efficacy. By comparing three Korean cases with the Japanese WaiWai project, in terms of 10 elements, the preoccupations with the social trend and scenery, and undifferentiated functions of the facilities focusing on the commercial or working aspects have been identified as limitations of Korean cases. Based on the analyses, the following are suggested as plausible approaches to utilize socio-experimental containers for sustainable urban regeneration: 1. Planning and management should be done by the same organization because the absence of the planning party's participation in the management likely leads to the pursuit of only profits. 2. Diversification and combinations of different utilization purposes of a single site and numerous planning of experimental container uses are in need. 3. Accommodations of heavy commercial uses lead to a decline in the continuity of follow-up projects and a change in the urban regeneration directions. Therefore, it is important to include a public socio-experimental program rather than a simple commercial or promotion program for the following urban renewal project.

일본은 우리의 농촌보다 먼저 고령농이 먼저 진행되었다. 이에 고령농에 대한 각종 지원을 통하여 지속가능한 영농을 통하여 고령농의 삶의 질을 높이고자 많은 지원을 하고 있다. 그중에서 영농을 지속적으로 할 수 있는 "즐거운 농법"을 통하여 건강한 삶의 이어갈 수 있도록 하고 있다. 봄이 되면 벚꽃으로 유명한 나라(奈良)현 요시노(吉野)산의 주변에는 일본에서도 유영한 감의 산지이다. 가을이 되면 산전체가 감색으로 물들 정도로 산전체가 장관을 이루지만, 대부분이 경사지로 이루어져 고령농들이 작업을 하기에는 많은 어려움이 있다. 때문에 요시노(吉野)군 시모이치쵸(下市町) 토치바라(?原)지구의 지역민들과 함께 "고령자의 영농을 지원하는 "즐거운 농법"의 개발"이라는 프로젝트를 진행하고 있다.

Sustainability has already become one of the most important innovation policy agendas in many countries. Korea has tried to emulate this global trend in various forms, unfortunately with little success. A very strong tradition of centralized administration in Korea has meant that local communities and municipalities have remained more or less passive in tackling their own sustainability issues and problems. In recent years, with the impetus of huge democratization attempts in Korea since the late 1980s, there have been some local attempts to remedy these imbalances since the early 2000s. A series of local experiments to try and test green alternatives against the very hostile environment have been implemented, with varying degrees of success. This study analyzed cases of transition experiment to sustainable socio-technical system such as MUSIC project, Low Carbon Green Village and Citizens' Sunlight Power Stations. To draw politic meanings for sustainable socio-technical system, these content, process of conversion and feature were examined.

Information system gradually increases the complexity and scale of the project, while if the project fails to occur. To analyze the causes of failure of the project a lack of understanding of your project, unclear requirements and requirements change, etc. of the software development life cycle from requirements analysis phase is to find the source of most. In this paper, a software development project needs analysis derived from the traceability between features and functionality, and development needs throughout the life cycle requirements during the ongoing change management tool was designed to allow. And among those related to the project through consultation with a sufficient consensus to build a common understanding of effective communication will discuss the features required to support.

Many people think, in common that An expansion toward outer city is a development, and it can be a general trends in a new development in a growing city. But We can see many case which moving of a public building are considerate as a core element to promote the new development towards outer city, and that is a negative element of slum in central area and community making. There are many aspects to pursue sustainable urban structure of in a city, and public building is a very important element to manage deteriorate central area from social slum in a old town. In this presentation, three project, Local Authority office of Chonnam province, Kwangju Station, and Hyper Urbanity, and it shows sustainable concept of the public building as a core in a city development. The effect of the projects are expected sustainable development and community in terms of social, cultural and historical aspects.

본 연구는 SI 프로젝트 현장에서 시스템의 주요 이슈를 최소화하기 위한 진단 Framework를 구축하는 방안에 대해 고찰한 것이다. SI 프로젝트에서 심각한 Risk로 발전할 가능성이 있는 시스템 이슈들을 효과적으로 관리하기 위해서는, 사전에 (1) 시스템 이슈 점검을 위한 조직에서 이슈 식별을 위한 방법과 절차를 확립해야 하고, (2) 프로젝트 수행 조직의 구성원이 담당 업무 별로 이슈 식별을 할 수 있도록 역할을 설정해야 한다. 더불어 (3) 식별된 이슈들은 올바른 절차에 따라 시정 조치가 취해져야 하고, (4) 시정 조치가 합당한지에 대한 영향 분석 및 평가를 거쳐 시스템 오픈 여부를 결정할 수 있어야 한다. 뿐만 아니라 (5) 유사한 SI 프로젝트에서 발생 가능한 시스템 이슈들은 발생 원인과 해결 방법이 정리되어 시행착오를 줄일 수 있도록 진단 방법론이 지속적으로 보강되어야 한다.
