This paper is to explore critically environmentalism, especially in terms of environmental justice, suggested or implied in theory of liberalism which has been the ideological foundation of contemporary society. It begins with a brief look at liberal perspective in a broad sense, then interprets in-depth the classical liberalism of J. Locke, libertarianism (esp. R. Nozick) and utilitarianism (including cost-benefit analysis) from the environmental point of view. And finally it considers liberal pluralism and other alternative theories of pluralism, especially communitarianism (esp M. Walzer), postmodern pluralism (esp. I. Young), and cultural pluralism (esp. C. Taylor) in order to overcome limitations of liberal environmentalism and to find out some clues for theory of environmental justice. In conclusion, this paper argues that we need to transfer from liberalism (including liberal pluralism) to critical pluralism in oder to develop a proper understanding of environmental problems and to conceptualize a desirable theory of environmental justice.

This study ascertained violence regulation of television program. Television programs that infringed the standards of violence and were sanctioned, were analyzed in terms of physical and contextual violence. In order to get data, content analysis was adopted. The results shows that violent behavior in terms of physical and violence motivations in terms of contextual were most frequently regulated. There were different results of the level of imposed sanction in terms of physical and contextual violence between network and cableTV. The regulation of television violence could be confirmed with these results.

In order to produce young leaf of butterbur(Petasites japoflicus MAX.) in early spring, the planting date and relationship between abscisic acid(ABA) content and dormancy were investigated. Under open field condition, the dormancy of rootstock was initiated in the beginning of October, was the deepest in the middle of November and was completely broken in the end of December. When those periods were converted by the low accumulation hour below 5$^{\circ}C$, 900 hours were required approximately. This means that the rootstock needs for dormant breaking necessitates under the low temperature. In relationship between growing period and ABA content, the ABA in root-stock did not exist during maximum growing period, from April to September. This means that the ABA together with other substances in rootstock can be transferred to the shoot part with sprouting. While shoot part withered by decreacing the open field temperature since October, the ABA intiated to exist in rootstock. This means that the ABA in the shoot part can be transferred to the rootstock part. Therefore, it was concluded that the ABA which has been known that inhibiting growth and inducing dormancy was closely related with dormancy of rootstock.

성공을 거두는 비결은 올바른 정보를 잘 활용하는데 달려있다. 우리가 건강한 생활을 유지하기 위해선 식생활이 중요한데 앞으로는 입으로 음식을 먹지 말고 머리를 써서 건강지향적인 식생활을 해야한다. 과식, 결식, 편식 등 잘못된 식습관은 버려야 하고 학교 교육을 무시한 생식 지상주의 등 잘못된 정보는 하루속히 바로 잡아야 하겠다.

IMF 시기를 지나오면서 우리 사회에서 혁신, 개혁이라는 단어가 일상용어로 자리잡았다. 때로는 성과 지상주의나 업무의 수치화라는 부정적인 측면도 있기는 하지만, 성과 중심, 업무 프로세스의 변화, 발상의 전환을 요구하는 기업이나 조직이 더 이상 낯설지 않게 됐다는 사실은 분명하다. 시쳇말로 평생직장이라고 불리는 정부기관이나 공공기관도 이런 사회적 변화에 무풍지대일 수 없고, KISA 역시 예외가 아니다. 그래서 찾았다. KISA를 이노베이션(Innovation)하는 팀. 혁신기획팀이 그들이다.

The article considers the problems of envisaging a paradise on earth, with special reference to Jehovah's Witnesses. After an explanation of their relationship to the Christian Protestant tradition, particularly Adventism and American fundamentalism, some key doctrines of the Watch Tower organisation are identified, with particular reference to their belief in a coming earthly paradise. Jehovah's Witnesses are a restorationist movement, seeking a restored paradise on earth, and endeavouring to restore authentic Christianity in what they take to be its original form. Discussion is given to the possibility of physical accommodation on the earth, the position of animals, family life, language, and technology. Finally, brief comparison is made with the expected paradise of the Daesoon Jinrihoe, which is based on a radically different worldview. It is concluded that such differences help to explain why Jehovah's Witnesses have limited success in Korea, as compared with indigenous Korean new religions such as Daesoon Jinrihoe.

최근 태양흑점 폭발로 인해 지구자기장이 교란되어 통신장애가 발생하는 등 GNSS을 이용하는 산업 기반에 크고 작은 피해사례가 증가하고 있다. 2012년 3월과 2013년 6월 중에 태양흑점 폭발로 우주전파경보 발령(3단계"주의) 됨에 따라 해양수산부 위성항법 중앙사무소에서 운영하고 있는 위성항법보정시스템(DGPS)과 지상 전파항법시스템(Loran-C) 데이타를 분석하였다. 비의도적인 전파 교란 등으로 인한 GNSS 취약성 대비 대체 항법 효율성 확보 방안에 대한 eLoran으로 지상 항법시스템 인프라 구축 필요성을 제안하였다.

국제통화기금(IMF ; International monetary Fund)관리시대를 겪으면서 우리나라는 모든분야에서 실적 및 성과지상주의를 도입하여 모든 것은 효율성과 유연성 위주로 제도를 바꾸었고, 동양의 전통사상인 충효와 신의는 실적과 평가라는 목적과 수단으로 대체되었다. 본 논문에서는 국민의 정부에서 시작되어 참여정부에 이르기까지 동 시기에 우리나라에서 주로 사용해 왔던 성과지상주의와 이에 편승하여 정부가 그동안 만들어 시행해 온 각종 평가 중에서 국가연구개발 평가에 대해 집중적으로 살펴보았다. 평가시스템들이 양산된 배경에는 외국계 상공인들의 요구와 우리나라 시장 확대를 통해 이익을 극대화 하려는 외교적 압력 외에도 평가시스템을 활용함으로써 얻게되는 특정정부부처 등 평가기관들의 권력상승작용에 대한 기대감등으로 경쟁적으로 평가시스템을 도입하였고, 평가시스템에 평가위원 등으로 참여하는 각 대학의 교수 등 평가자들 또한 평가자로서의 권한을 향유하는데 따른 평가집단으로서의 역할을 하면서 냉철한 검토와 준비없이 평가가 진행되고 있다. 따라서 피평가기관이 업무추진보다 평가준비에 더욱 많은 시간을 소비한다면 국가경제에 큰부담으로 작용할 것이므로 사업에 대한 각종평가는 년2회를 넘지 않도록 평가를 제한해야 한다.
