The Study of Constructing Method and Management Quality on National Geotechnical Information Database (국토 지반정보 DB 구축방법 및 품질확보 전략)

  • 막대한 비용을 들여 모든 건설공사에서 시행하는 지반조사의 결과물을 현재는 종이문서 형태로 각 관리주체가 개별적으로 보관하고 있어 재활용과 공유가 거의 이루어지고 있지 않은 실정이다. 이를 데이터베이스화하여 웹을 통해 서비스함으로써 효과적인 저장과 활용을 유도할 수 있다. 그 일환으로 현재 웹 기반의 지반정보 통합 D/B 시스템을 구축, 운영 중에 있다. 현재는 지방국토관리청이나 공사현장과 같이 지반정보가 발생하는 기관 및 현장을 직접 방문하여 지반조사 결과물을 수집한 후 이를 전산화와 검수를 실시해 시스템에 반영을 하는 방식으로 지반정보를 데이터베이스화하고 있지만, 많은 시간과 비용이 소요되고 수집에 한계가 있어 이를 개선하기 위한 자동화시스템의 도입이 검토되고 있다. 지반정보의 수집, 전산화, 검수, 웹서비스의 일련 과정을 보다 자동화시키고, 효과적이며, 수집범위를 획기적으로 넓힐 수 있는 방안으로 웹 기반의 입력자동화 시스템 도입, 지반정보 관리 주체의 직접 입력 지침 마련, 입력 실무자에 대한 권한 부여와 사용자 교육 등에 대한 전략을 본 연구를 통해 모색해 보았다.

Analysis of the subsidence ares with 3D-GIS and clustering (3차원 GIS와 클러스터링 기법을 이용한 지반침하지역에 대한 지반분석)

  • An integrated 3D GIS-based approach for understanding underground environment is proposed and applied to a land subsidence in densely populated region. Bedrock and geological discontinues were treated as main factors in this study. Because land subsidence in this study area was caused by cavity owing to dissolved limestone in percolating ground water. Ground was classified according to bedrock types using a clustering method and geological information, N value, and RQD value of boreholes were visualized and integrated by 3D-GIS. Therefore it was possible to recognize underground space easily and analyze the ground information effectively.

Geotechnical Information Application System Using 3D Geo-Spatial Information Technique (3차원 공간정보 기술을 활용한 지반정보 활용시스템 개발)

  • Geotechnical Information which had been constructing and offering by Minister of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs (MLTM) has been target on the whole of country. Today, the 100,000 number of geotechnical data has been managed as 2d GIS database. But, it is difficult to apply this database for analyzing and designing geotechnical works. In this paper, we have developed Geotechnical Information Application System (GIAS) based 3d geo-spatial information technique for the effective uses. First, GIAS based on GIS framework was implemented to effectively find out spatial geologic structure of study area. Second, we invited some experts from each field and listened their opinions. According to the surveying on the applicability-ratio, the experts showed higher interest in this system. In this study, it was verified that the 3d GIS-based system was very useful for the usability-ratio.

Time-series Analysis of Precision the Domestic Boring Investigation Data (국내 시추조사 자료 정밀도 시계열 분석)

  • Since the introduction of 'the rule for computerizing subsoil investigation results and its application' in 2007, the DB construction of the national geotechnical information by Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs (MOLTMA) has been performed. According to the Integrated DB Center of National Geotechnical Information, there have been 180 thousands borehole information stored in the system. In this study, the time-series analyses of precision on the most used information, the depth of stratum and ground water level, were performed to evaluate the effect of the initiation of the rule established in 2007. The precisions were evaluated based on the statistical analyses using kurtosis and normal distribution. Based on the results, the increase of precision after 2007 and the affirmative effects of the rule established in 2007 are confirmed. Furthermore, the precision of the regional information can be achieved with the precision analyses on the information from various areas.

Precision Improvement Methodology of Geotechnical Information through Outlier Analysis (이상치 분석을 통한 3차원 지반정보 정밀도 향상 방안)

  • Recently, ground disasters such as road collapses and cavities have been frequently occurred in Seoul and downtown areas. As a result, studies on the integrated underground space map is underway as a government's solution. On the other hand, the geotechnical information underlying the integrated underground space map has been being built with more than 220 thousands borehole DB informations through the Integrated DB Center of National Geotechnical Information. To build a three-dimensional integrated underground space map based on the geotechnical information, the reliability of the geotechnical information should be verified by analyzing and evaluating the precision of the geotechnical information. Thereby, studies were conducted on the precision verification and evaluation of the constructed geotechnical information. Thereafter, it has been reviewed how to utilize geotechnical information in addition to analyzing the precision of the geotechnical information in order to visualize three dimensions in geotechnical information. As a further step to the practical DB application, a module is suggested in this study to improve the precision of geotechnical information for establishing reliable three dimensional integrated underground space maps based on the previous research results.
