An Analysis of the Characteristics of the Processes of Pre-Service Chemistry Teachers in Making Written Test Items Using Think-Aloud Method (발성 사고법을 이용한 예비 화학 교사의 지필평가 문항 제작 과정의 특징 분석)

In this study, we investigated the characteristics of the individual processes of pre-service chemistry teachers in making written test items. For this, we analyzed the think-aloud processes of eight pre-service chemistry teachers while making six written test items about gas laws and their in-depth interview scripts. The characteristics of the processes were found to be divided into six categories; the lack of systemicity in planning stage for making written test items, the lack of awareness and consideration for the interrelationship between instruction and assessment, the diverse criteria in determining test item types, the difficulties in judging behavioral domains and difficulties of items in the table of specification, the limitation in using teacher's guides and misunderstanding of teacher's guides, and the limitation in point and/or content of review and differences depending on the time of review. These can provide some significant guidelines and implications in finding ways to improve pre-service chemistry teachers' ability to make written test items.

Investigating the pre-service early childhood teachers' experience of making teaching materials (예비유아교사들의 교재교구 제작 경험 탐색)

This study examined the process, difficulties and understanding of making teaching materials by investigating the pre-service early childhood teachers' experience of making such materials. The results of the study would help in the design direction and methods of education for pre-service teachers in how to make materials. A total of 30 university students, who took the course of 'Early Childhood Educational Materials and Research Method' in B university, participated in the study. At the exploration stage, the pre-service teachers utilized the teacher guidance of Nuri curriculum, major books, internet materials, and their observation experiences in kindergartens. At the planning stage, they considered chiefly the children's interest and level, explored materials sufficiently, and selected the production method carefully. At the production stage, they performed basic hard work to prevent rework and tended to stick to the basics beyond their initial ambition as the work progressed. The difficulties that they faced, feeling pressured, were making materials based on their imagination without experiencing much from the infants, feeling embarrassed when things did not progress as planned, and feeling a sense of loss when comparing with other friends. Through these difficulties, the importance of precise planning, executing the process thoroughly, and repeatedly checking and reviewing the entire process of making textbooks and materials were realized. In addition, there is a need to search for a better development direction for the effective development of teaching textbooks and materials.

Accuracy Evaluation and Test of Digital Map for Geo-Spatial Information System (지형공간정보체계를 위한 수치지도의 정확도 평가 및 검정)

The digital information of Land is very important as the basis of geo-spatial information system. And the necessity of it is also increasing. But these days, every other institute that is needing digital map is seperately digitalizing lsnd information. So we need the stadard of accuracy evaluation and the method of hypothesis test for it. In this study, we check the standards of foreign countries and compare and analyze with our country's. After doing it, we suggest the direction for standard of digital map and statistical methods for testing accuracy evaluation about total maps that is digitized. Using hypergeometric distribution for considering consumer risk and producer risk, the statistical test can be for deciding optimal sampling map numbers by the total map and the agreement of contacting parties.
