This study of the data of the high school judo player is subject to induction leader leadership athletes to analyze the impact on the player satisfaction and performance - a man of 290 people 121 people (41.7%), female 169 people (58.3%) was used as a target sample of the study. Behavioral training and instruction to improve player satisfaction for the leadership of the induction leadership, democratic behavior, social support behavior, reward positive behaviors, and configure the survey on the leaders of the overall leadership behavior. The results showed that leadership is influencing the player satisfaction, appeared to reap good results in performance enhancement, the leader of the social support behavior, influenced by the order of the overall behavior of the leader, the higher the better player satisfaction will reap the results. In addition, the director of leadership training and instruction of the leaders in the impact on the play ability behavior, democratic behavior, social support act, the overall behavior was found to affect the performances. Therefore, if the progress is erected lead dozens of leaders exercise planning and career planning under an agreement rather than a coercive players and make a lot of good results to enhance the player experience and improve performances.

The purpose of this study is to examine influence and leadership of church communities through analyzing the causal relation between charisma and spirituality, used inside and outside of the churches. This study will show two things in detail. First, charisma leadership of pastors significantly influenced the spirituality of lay people, that is, subcategories of the relationship with God, such as nurturing, prayer, evangelism, discipleship, and leaders. Second, therefore, charisma leadership of pastors is an important factor which influences the spirituality of lay people, that is, subcategories of the relationship with God, such as nurturing, prayer, evangelism, discipleship, and leaders.

To examine the influence of senior sports instructors' transformation leadership on organizational performance, job engagement, and innovative behavior, this study conducted a survey on 236 senior sports instructors at 6 sports centers and senior sports centers in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, and Incheon regions. The results were as follows. First, transformational leadership of senior sports instructors had a significant influence on all sub-factors of organizational performance. Second, transformational leadership of senior sports instructors had a significant influence on all sub-factors of job engagement. Third, transformational leadership had a significant influence on the innovative behavior. This study holds significance in verifying the senior sports instructors' transformation leadership as an important variable for enhancing organizational performance, job engagement, and innovative behavior of group members and proving transformational leadership's positive influence on the work environment of group members.

The purpose of this study was to find out the impact of leadership types on achievement goals and athletic burnouts by high school bowlers. The subjects were surveyed by 172 high school bowlers. The data analysis of this study was performed with descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, independent t-test, 1-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results are as follows. First, among the sub-factors of leadership behavior, male students had higher leadership behavior type(authoritative, democratic, social support, positive feedback) and achievement goal orientation(ego orientation) than female students. athletic burnout was higher for female students and higher grades.social support behavior and training instruction behavior had a static effect on achievement goal. Third, authoritative behavior had a static effect on athletic burnout. However, the raining instruction behavior had a negative effect on athletic burnout.

This study aims to find out how the leadership type of middle school soccer coach affects sport flow and team atmosphere, and the results are as follows. First, as a result of analyzing the demographic characteristics, it was found that there was a significant difference in the peer relationship characteristics of the team atmosphere by the variable of age, and the mutual leadership by the variable of life period with coach. Second, as a result of examining the influence of middle school soccer coach's leadership type on sport flow, it was found that among leadership types, servant leadership affected all sub-factors of sport flow and transformational leadership affected behavioral flow. Third, as a result of examining the effect of middle school soccer coach's leadership type on team atmosphere, it was found that all leadership types had an effect on the role characteristics, which are the sub-factors of team atmosphere, servant leadership on the peer relationship characteristics, and transactional leadership on the team characteristics.

This study empirically analyzed the effects of coaches' transformational leadership on customers' exercise flow and repurchase behavior. Using two hundred seventy-five questionnaires, first, charisma, individual consideration, and intellectual stimulation had a positive effect on cognitive and behavioral flow. Second, only individual consideration increased repurchase intention. Third, cognitive flow promoted repurchase intention, but behavioral flow was not statistically significant. Lastly, there was no indirect effect on the relationship among the variables. The results may prove valuable to coaches' understanding how to enhance customers' exercise flow and may improve marketers' strategic planning decisions to attain organizational goals.

21st century has become an era can design human's image. By designing the each human's images it is possible to express the hidden abilities of their mind. Modern society changes rapidly where the elements such as consideration, sympathy, understandings, and female leadership of communication emerge as a spur rather than speediness or complexity.In a lot of global conglomerates, it is very common for women to be selected as CEO, and even more, the rate of woman who are the member of Congress is almost 40%. The fashion of female leader has come to the fore with an improvement of female leadership, and the fashion colour which is suitable to P.O has been developed as a significant image strategy. I am going to conduct the research and analyse the fashion of a female political leader through the colour image which is equivalent to a visual image and sensitive language. I will analyze the human image which female leaders present through fashion colors.

To study the influence of leadership types on achievement goal orientation of high school athletes, Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) and Task and Ego Orientation in Sport Questionnaire (TEOSQ) were used to two-hundred-ninety athletes in Physical Education High Schools. The data from the survey were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 and the results of the analysis were as in the following. First, there were meaningful differences in the leadership factors according to the demographic characteristics. Male athletes tended to be more conscious of the individualized consideration(transformation leadership), contingent reward, management by exception(transactional leadership) of the leadership factors. Second, there were differences in athletes' achievement goal orientation. Comparing to the female athletes, male athletes gave more importance on the task goal orientation. Third, there were differences in the leader's leadership types on the athlete's achievement goal orientation. The athletes with self goal orientation and the individualized consideration (transformational leadership) of leadership types showed statistically meaningful differences. The athletes with high self goal orientation had a negative relationship to the individualized consideration and a positive relationship to the intellectual stimulation. The athletes with task goal orientation showed differences in the transactional leadership as well as in the contingent reward.

The objective of this study is to examine the effects of servant leadership of security martial arts instructors on the exercise commitment and training satisfaction of trainees. To achieve the objective of this study, the data was collected from 300 trainees of security martial arts gyms located in Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi-do regions by using the convenience sampling method. Total 281 questionnaires were used for the analysis after excluding 19 questionnaires. Using the SPSS 23.0 for data-process, this study conducted the frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. First, all the variables showed positive(+) correlations. Second, the presentation of vision of instructors' servant leadership had positive(+) effects on the behavioral commitment while the devoted attitude of instructors' servant leadership had positive(+) effects on the cognitive commitment. Third, the presentation of vision, formation of community, and support for growth of instructors' servant leadership had positive(+) effects on the psychological elements while the presentation of vision and support for growth had positive(+) effects on the environmental elements. The presentation of vision and formation of community had positive(+) effects on the physical elements while the presentation of vision and formation of community had positive(+) effects on the educational elements. The presentation of vision, formation of community, and support for growth had positive(+) effects on the social elements. Fourth, both cognitive commitment and behavioral commitment out of trainees' exercise commitment had positive(+) effects on the psychological elements, environmental elements, physical elements, and educational elements of training satisfaction while only the cognitive commitment had positive(+) effects on the social elements. In summary, the security martial arts instructors should show the leadership like presentation of vision and devotion, and also try hard to satisfy the expectation in many areas to raise the exercise commitment.
