본 논문에서는 현재 대전광역시 내 초등학교 교육 현장에서 이루어지고 있는 ICT 소양 교육을 위한 교육환경, ICT교육과정 운영 실태, 교사들의 ICT 소양 능력 그리고 ICT 교육 과정 운영의 개선방안 에 대하여 설문지를 통하여 살펴본 후, 그 반응을 분석 처리한 결과 첫째, 컴퓨터실 수, 인터넷속도, 컴퓨터 기기의 관리 및 보수에 대해서는 대체적으로 불만족인 것을 나타났다. 둘째, ICT 소양교육의 단계별 지도 실태는 1 2 3단계 모두 대체적으로 각 영역들이 고르게 지도되고 있는 것으로 나타났고, 가장 지도하기 어려운 단원으로 2단계에서는 '운영체제의 기초와 활용', 3단계에서는 '유틸리티 프로그램 활용'부분으로 나타났다. 셋째 전체적으로 교사들은 '문서작성', '인터넷 검색 및 이메일 송수신 가능'이 가장 높게 나타났다. 넷째, ICT 소양 교육 지도내용에 추가 하고 싶은 내용으로는 '플래시 등 현재 유행하는 기술'이 교재에 추가되는 것을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다.

It had been said that reading education in Japan has a goal to 'Lead children's character to a desirable direction'. Since the 2000s, Japan's reading activity was directly linked with an education program to improve children's education ability. These movements for reading in Japan is made more concrete by the 'Promotion Act on Children's Reading Activities'. For improving the reading skills of the younger generation in Japan, cooperation among homes, regions, and schools is needed. As a result, Japan has an opportunity to build an educational infrastructure for reading support services. The library has also been given an enhanced role as a learning commons. In this background, this study tried to analyze the current state of Japan's reading instruction qualification system, and show their efforts to foster reading specialists for improving the reading skills of the younger generation. This will generate the momentum needed to have the library evolve into learning commons.

수학교육에서 목표지향형 평가는 교육목표를 세분화시키고 목표한 평가 기준에 성취해야할 최저 수준에 입각해서 하는 평가이다. 일반적으로 수학교육의 목표에는 문제해결능력의 향상, 새로운 지도법의 개발, 교과과정의 개발 및 그 교과목의 시행과 추천하고자하는 평가법, 자력에 의한 발전적인 문제 해결지도와 수학적 사고력 향상에 있으며 그런 사고력 검정을 위한 문제 출제 및 문제 변별력 측정, 문제 해결 시도를 위한 효과적인 지도법의 개발 등은 모두 수학과의 목표지향형 평가의 개선에 유익한 시도로 인정되고 있다.(중략)

Recently, university education is changing from content- centered to learner - centered education not to deliver knowledge unilaterally but to help student to cultivate their skills to discover and apply knowledge for themselves. It means that students' cognitive or emotional development is being emphasized. Also, because of universities' quantitative expansion, more strict evaluation on professors' research result, or conversion to a departmental system in a university organization, it has become a crucial issue for undergraduates to adapt to college life successfully. Along with this trend of university education, an academic advising system is becoming one of the most important areas in it as in not only provides students with necessary academic information but also helps them adapt to college life by developing their potentials and integrating their career and life plans. Therefore this study is going to examine the status of academic advising systems in US universities, investigate how Dongguk University's Paramita college operates its academic advising system, and find out way to establish academic advising system in Korean universities.

In this study, we carried out mathematics teacher-training course. The topic of this training course is the understanding of content area reading in school mathematics. The teacher-training course is planned to guide mathematics teachers can perform effectively the teaching of content area reading. In particular, we illustrated the pre-service mathematics teacher education practice. Mathematics teachers investigated various teaching strategies that can lead their students read reading materials related to mathematics effectively. In this training courses, teachers reflects on their own experience and they have an opportunity to learn the new strategies that improve their teaching methods. Teacher educator and in-service teachers share and discuss their practices, they have a meaningful learning experiences. In this study, we presented the processes of the teacher-training course and the results of practice. Furthermore, on the basis of the limitations of this study, we suggested recommendations for the future teacher training program.

Since elementary students are in the concrete operational stages, they have to learn mathematics using intuitive methods such as visualization, observation, operation, experiment instead of formal approach. For this, we should present the various intuitive methods in curriculum and textbook. It is because that curriculum and textbook are important tools to students when they study mathematics. So, this paper intended to analyze the instructional content by intuitive principle in elementary mathematics curriculum, textbook and curriculum guide. The results are as follows: there is an intuitive principle in only character of mathematics in curriculum. I can't find the intuitive principle in other areas in curriculum. There are 12 intuitive principles in figures area, 1 in measurement area, and 2 in probability and statistics area in curriculum guide. But intuitive principles which are used are inclined to restricted to intuitive principle via representation obtained in the usual experience. Finally, I suggest some implications about teaching via intuitive principles, curriculum, and writing textbook based on the this findings.
