소프트웨어사업사업자 신고제도는 소프트웨어사업 수요자에게 사업자정보를 제공함으로써 부실 사업자는 시장에서 퇴출되고 건실한 사업자만이 사업을 영위하도록 하여 소프트웨어산업을 발전시키고자 도입되었다. 하지만 현행 신고제도는 그 효과성과 활용성에 심각한 문제를 나타내고 있으며 이는 결국 소프트웨어시장을 혼탁하게 하는 원인을 제공하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 현재 시행되고 있는 사업자신고제도의 문제점을 분석하고 사업자등록제도의 도입방안 및 소프트웨어사업자정보관리방안 등 근본적인 개선방안을 제시한다.

Efficiency and objectiveness are the most critical issues in the evaluation of software projects. It is beneficial not only to software companies participated in bids, but to administrators of projects. This study attempts to find an improvement in the evaluation process by connecting the historical data of bidding companies in the software company report system with the governmental procurement system. The proposed means will eliminate unnecessary and repetitive submission step of bidding companies and provide the administrator with objective evaluation process. Also, this paper proposes an automated process for quantifying the business experience of bidding companies.

Drama, as an artistic stage performance style of traditional life style, has built a bridge of communication between the two nationalities in China and Korea. However, the different performance procedures and cultural backgrounds of different countries make the theatrical arts of China and Korea present different stage manifestations. The dissemination and influence of the Chinese drama and in Korea are mainly studied in this paper. By using the methods of work analysis and text analysis, this paper further explores the evolution history of drama communication, the influence of Chinese drama on Korea, which embodies the cultural transmission, and explores the influence of communication and the acceptance degree of the audience. It has the significance and value of research, at the same time, it promotes the long-term development of national culture.

본 논문에서는 차세대 이동통신인 IMT-2000 (하향: 1.885GHz∼2.025GHz) 주파수대역에서 동작하는 정사각형 적층구조 마이크로스트립 안테나를 설계 및 제작 측정하였다. 송/수신 주파수대역이 서로 상이한 IMT-2000 주파수대역에서 동작하도록 하기 위해 시뮬레이터를 사용하여 이중공진 안테나를 설계하였으며 최적화된 파라미터를 가지고 실제 제작 및 측정하였다. 측정된 결과는 다음과 같다. 공진주파수는 1.8475GHz, 2.2GHz에서 각각 나타났으며 대역폭은 각각 10.2%와 7.8%에 이르는 결과를 얻었다. 그리고 반사계수는 -18dB, -27dB로 나타났다. 이득은 시뮬레이터를 이용한 결과를 보면 8dB∼10dB의 높은 이득을 얻을 수 있음을 알 수가 있다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the components of SME's information infrastructure through literature review, empirically investigate the components, and develop a model for SME's information infrastructure. The fact that SME's are having difficulties in building their own information infrastructure due to the limitation of capital investment, technology, and manpower is the main motive for the study The survey questionnaires were distributed to CEO's and users of 3W SME's and intensive interviews were cornea out to CIO's and information services personnel to further investigate H/W and S/W components of Information Infrastructure. The study results show that there seems to be five main factors for SME's information infrastructure. They are: (1) Informatization Capacity, (2) Software and Network, (3) Management Recognition and Utilization, (4) Hardware, and (5) Alignment between Users and Information Services.

본 연구는 백화점 고객이 신용 카드 신청 요구 시에 작성되는 가입 정보 및 사용되고 있는 고객의 거래 정보는 카드 사용 패턴으로 신용도를 예측하는 여러 방법론을 제시하고 성능을 비교하였다. 가입 정보를 분석하기 위해 역전파 신경망(Back-Propagation Neural Network, BPNN), 사례기반추론(Case-Based reasoning)을, 거래 정보를 분석하기 위해 역전파 신경망과 더불어 시간지연 신경망(Time-Delayed Neural Network, TDNN)을 각각 사용하여 그 결과를 비교하였다. 또한 전체시스템의 적중률을 높이기 위햐여, ID3와 신경망을 이용한 Meta-Leaning 방법을 제시하였으며, Meta-Learning 방법과 다른 방법들을 비교, 분석을 하였다. 본 연구에서는 모형 수립과 검증을 위하여 T백화점의 실제 신용 카드 가입 고객 데이터를 이용하여 실험하였다. 데이터의 성격에 따라 각 모델의 예측력에는 차이가 나타났으나, 신경망 모형의 예측력이 우수하였으며, 시간적 특성을 고려하는 시간지연 신경회로망 모형의 예측력은 더욱 우수하게 나타났다. 또한 Meta-Learning 모형을 사용하면 예측력이 더 높아진다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

다산시조선후기(茶山是朝鮮後期)(1762-1836년(年))걸출적실학대가(傑出的實學大家), 타사하료제다방면걸출적저작(他寫下了諸多方面傑出的著作). 본논문연구배판료타적유관의학방면적내용(本論文硏究排判了他的有關醫學方面的內容). 인위타적박학다식(因爲他的博學多識), 재의학방면역제출료제다견해(在醫學方面亦提出了諸多見解), 여재전문관술마언적치료서(如再專門關述痲疹的治療書) ${\ulcorner}$마과회통(痲科會通)${\lrcorner}$, 배판료근근통과촌구맥진(排判了僅僅通過寸口脈診), 변설가변청장부허실적부분의생경율적태도(便設可辨淸臟腑虛實的部分醫生輕率的態度); 접납료당시대근시(接納了當時對近視), 원시과학연구적관점(遠視科學硏究的觀點); 제시료동일약물수착산지부동기약효역유차별(提示了同一藥物隨着産地不同其藥效亦有差別), 응근거산지조절약량(應根據産地調節藥量), 병지출당시사용부당적부분약물(幷指出當時使用不當的部分藥物). 단인위미능대동양의학경전저작진행충분적연구(但因爲未能對東洋醫學經典著作進行充分的硏究), 몰법대동양의학적근본사상(沒法對東洋醫學的根本思想), 즉천인상응관(卽天人相應觀), 음양오행관(陰陽五行觀), 정체관등유충분적인식(整體觀等有充分的認識), 고이곡해료부분동양의학기본사상급원이체계(故而曲解了部分東洋醫學基本思想及原理體系).
