The construction industry generates the greatest number of disasters. Laborer injury at construction sites is mostly reported by small and mid-sized construction sites. Moreover, of the injuries, the greatest number is related to formwork. The objective of this study is to propose a checklist of the risk factors of formwork, in which industrial injuries occur most frequently in small and mid-sized construction sites, with which safety management can be done thoroughly. Risk factors and preventive measures are derived by analyzing 9,396 industrial disasters occurring at construction sites in Korea. The checklist drawn in this study was reviewed by five specialists in safety management, and applied to construction sites to verify its applicability. In a result, applying the checklist to the site showed that the safety management system of small and medium-sized construction sites were insufficient. It is expected to contribute to the effective safety management of small and mid-sized construction sites.

간호사업은 1970년대 후반부터 이제까지의 병원중심-환자중심의 간호사업을 수행해 오다가 지역사회에 기반을 둔 간호사업인 건강간호사업으로 전환되기 시작하였다. 세계보건기구에서도 지역사회에 기반을 둔 간호사업인 일차건강관리사업을 중점적으로 지원하기 시작한 것이다. 이러한 역사적 전환의 배경과 실태에 관하여 문헌고찰을 하여 앞으로 국민건강사업 체계에 대한 논의에 참고자료가 되게 하고자 본 논문을 시도하였다. 본 논문에서 얻어진 결과를 다음과 같이 요약한다. 고도의 과학문명의 발달과 물질적 풍요로 특징짓는 현대사회속에서도 인류의 건강문제는 영원히 충족되지 못한 상태로 대두되고 있는 실정이다. 전통적으로 60년대 중반까지는 의료지식 및 기계공업의 발달과 이를 뒷받침할 재정적 지원속에 세계적으로 치료의학분야에 획기적인 발전을 가져왔다. 다른 한편으로는 건강을 태생의 권리라고 규정하여 여러나라에서 사회보장제대로써 의료시해의 균점을 위한 각가지 방도를 마련하기에 이르렀다. 그리하여 60년대말기부터 70년대로 넘어오면서 치료의학의 발달만으로는 의료수가가 앙등되어 모든 국민이 이용할 수 없을 뿐만 아니라 나아가서는 모든 국민의 건강문제를 해결하기는 어렵다는 사실을 발견하기 시작하였다. 또한 지역사회의 건강문제를 요인별로 따져보면 복잡하여 사회경제적, 문화적, 환경적, 유전적 제요인과도 밀접한 관계를 맺고 있기 때문에 신체적인 질병의 치료만이 지역사회 건강문제를 해결하는 길이 아님을 알게 되었다 그리고 지역사회의 건강문제를 해결하기 위해서는 일차보건의료사업에 중점을 두어 노력하는 것이 가장 합리적인 개선방안이라는 의견이 경험적으로 이론적으로 뒷받침되기 시작하였다. 이러한 사조는 지역사회 건강문제가 복잡한 것과 같이 그 접근방법에 있어서도 여러보건요원이 팀이 되어 임해야만 하며 그중에서도 간호팀의 활동이 중추적인 역할을 담당해야 한다고 여러 전문가들은 주장하고 있다. 따라서 앞으로의 간호사업의 방향은 지역 사회에 기반을 둔 간호사업이 실시되어야만 국민건강문제 해결에 기여하게 될 것으로 고찰되었다.

OSC is drawing attention to supplement limitations such as productivity problems and on-site safety and quality problems of existing on-site labor-oriented construction production methods. In order to activate the introduction and use of OSC in the domestic construction market, it is important to innovate the technology applied to each stage of OSC process (design and engineering, factory manufacturing, site assembly, and maintenance), but it is also necessary to develop a project management method suitable for OSC method. However, research related to OSC currently being conducted in Korea is mainly in terms of related technology development, and research on deriving project management measures for the success of OSC projects is insufficient. Therefore, it is time for research on deriving a project management plan based on the core success factors of the OSC project. Therefore, by conducting importance-performance analysis on 69 OSC critical success factors derived from the previous study, the study was conducted to derive key improvement factors for OSC introduction and utilization improvement and to provide implications for this. The results of this study are expected to have useful implications for the R&D planning and policy-making process for OSC activation in the future.

Building Information Modeling technology (BIM) is one of the most effective solutions to deal with the trend that buildings are getting more and more complicated, large-scaled, and multiple-purposed. BIM in the construction industry is increasingly adopted since the Korea Public Procurement Service announced that BIM would be obligated in a construction project whose total cost is over 50 billion won from 2012. This fact has boosted BIM related research projects as well. However, the majority of the studies have been focusing on the solutions with technological points of view and there has been lack of research on how much degree project stakeholders are satisfied with the BIM adoption in their projects. Therefore, the objective of this study is to investigate the current status and satisfaction degree of stakeholders in a synthesized point of view in BIM-based projects in order to identify critical factors and weak points in the BIM adoption process. The results of this study would greatly help to improve the strategies and processes in BIM-based projects as well as to increase the satisfaction degree of BIM utilization in a project.

This study aims to analyze the effects of residents participation activities on continued motivation in an urban regeneration project. For the analysis, this study was conducted the survey residents who participated in Cheongju-si urban regeneration project. Based on the survey, this study examined residents' awareness and analyzed the resident participation activities that affect the participation motivation(reward, sense of achievement, sense of expectation)through hierarchical regression analysis. The first of the results, the rewards obtained through participation activities is not affected by all resident participation activities. Second, sense of achievement obtained through participation activities such as pride or satisfaction is affected by both promotion and management of project and daily meeting activities. Finally, sense of expectation for the change of the town is only affected by daily meeting activities. These results help to find out required resident participation activities to give participation motivation inducing the continued participation in the urban regeneration project.

Currently, in spite of continual efforts, the information utility of the construction industry does not communicate well with other industries. This problem arose from mistaken and misguided efforts on the parts of the construction industry because it left out of consideration construction characteristics which are at the center of construction, and this information system was directly introduced and operated from outside the industry. There were also other mistakes that the existing information systems disregarded in trying to fix these problems. Therefore, this study describes a new process, which proposes to build and utilize a Bridge Management System using the mobile internet concept, to solve the problems of the existing construction information management system.

In the global economy, e-business has increasingly become a strong catalyst for company growth and an essential activity of business innovation. It would be meaningful to provide comprehensive research about the success factor of e-business to facilitate its continuous growth and set up its future strategic direction in global e-business circumstances. There is limited research focusing on what are the major success factors of e-business. In this paper, we first attempt to identify the major e-business success factors in terms of management and technical aspects, according to the literature review, case study, and interview. Secondly, this research carries out an empirical investigation of the success factors closely associated to the e-business. Thirdly, this study examines the relationship between the success factor and performance of e-business. Finally, on the basis of the research results, this paper highlights e-business strategic vision which should be critically considered as an organization adopts and implements e-business.

This paper examined the supply chain management Integration factors and environmental performance in Korean industry. Focusing on SCM Integration, GreenSCM practice, and environmental performance factors, purpose of this study is finding linkage between SCM Integration factors with new environmental practice factors and environmental performance. Based on the analysis of eighty-eight cases, the following results were found. First, We found External environmental collaboration factors and Internal environmental monitoring factors within Green Supply Chain Practices. Second, SCM Integration have a positively significant influence on environmental performance. Third, Internal environmental monitoring factors have a positively significant influence on Environmental performance but External environmental collaboration factors doesn't. This study suggests that only with high level of Integration firms may have good result on entire supply chain environmental performance. Finally, our empirical evidence shows that company should be prepared for new environmental trade regulation with Green Supply chain management integration.

Government needs a risk assessment method that is effective in preventing accidents as a part of the three principal projects of the government for protecting the people's lives for establishing preventative measures to prevent accidents in the construction sites, which accounted for more than half of all accidental mortality accidents, and promote the safety-oriented culture for making fundamental changes. Accidents at the medium and small sized construction sites accounted for 88.9% of the total construction accidents. The data indicates that improper management and lack of advanced safety measures due to the absence of a safety supervisor are the biggest problems. It is believed that active measures to evaluate and prevent risks at construction sites are necessary for preventing accidents in the medium and small sized construction sites. The objectives of this study is to identify the key risk items of common accident causes and propose a practical, preemptive, and improved risk assessment method by evaluating the problems in the safety management of construction sites for reducing the accident rate in the medium and small sized construction sites.

본고에서는 산업-IT융합포럼의 국방 분과 운영 경험을 토대로 국방에 IT를 융합하여 발전시키기 위한 현안을 살펴보고 활성화를 위한 전략적 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 정보화 관점에서 국방 내 외부 요인을 검토하여 1) 빠르게 변화하는 정보기술에 대한 군사적 적용가능성을 시험 검증하여 신속하게 도입할수 있는 방법 2) 검증된 상용기술 제품에 대하여 중장기 기획관리 절차를 생략하고 빠르게 전력화할 수 있는 제도적 방안 3) 무기체계 개발에 있어 국산 소프트웨어의 채택 4) 현 방산업체가 제작하는 무기체계에 필요한 소프트웨어 개발과 관련하여 일반기업에게도 참여할 수 있는 기회를 제공하는 방안을 중점적으로 살펴본다. 특히, 기존 정보화보다는 큰 틀에서 국방과 IT의 융합을 활성화하기 위하여 국가의 산업-IT융합 정책과 보조를 맞추되 국방 내부의 변화에 초점을 두고 IT 시범사업의 활성화, 상용 제품 및 기술의 검증을 위한 실험부대의 설치 및 운용 등의 다양한 개선대안을 제시한다.
