최근 인터넷과 정보통신기술의 발달로 정보검색시스템과 DB의 구축 및 정보서비스가 급격하게 증가하고 있다. 인터넷의 등장과 함께 DB 검색은 도서관이나 정보센터는 물론 일반 국민들에게도 생활화되어 가고 있다. 따라서 늘어나는 DB 중 검색목적이나 필요에 적합한 DB를 선정하여 효율적으로 이용하는 일이 점점 더 중요해지고 있다. 이와 같이 적합한 DB를 선정하여 효율적으로 이용하는 일에는 정보검색시스템이나 DB에 대한 올바른 평가가 전제되어야만 가능한 일이다. (중략)

A drama, generally composed of dozens of times, is one of the most popular broadcasting program genres, and it has the characteristics that the status and interrelationships of characters are changing as time goes on and important acts affecting the story occur sporadically. Therefore, when viewers missed some times in the middle of a drama, it is difficult to understand the drama without the changed information on the characters and notable actions. This paper proposes a data service which provides the updated information of the characters and important acts based on the drama scene. The data service has the characteristics that it provides the information on the characters shown in the current drama scene, and the information about the people mentioned in the dialogue in the scene. This paper includes a general introduction to the data services, the formal definition of the drama scene identification and character information, and an DVB-SI-based method for transmitting the information to the data service.

최근 스마트폰의 보급과 더불어 근거리 무선 통신의 발달로 인해 다양한 서비스들이 연구 개발되고 있다. 한국에 방문하는 외래 관광객 수는 꾸준히 증가하고 있는 추세이며, 이 중 중국인 관광객은 2013년 기준 전체 방한 외국인 관광객 중 약 35.5%를 차지하였다. 중국인 관광객의 82.8%가 쇼핑을 목적에 두고 있으며, 그 중 향수, 화장품, 의류 항목에 가장 많은 여행시간을 투자하고 있다. 또한 방한 중국인 관광객 중 대다수가 인터넷을 사용하여 관광 정보를 입수 하고 있지만, 이러한 정보를 편리하게 제공할 서비스는 부족한 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 현재 발달되고 있는 근거리 무선 통신 중 NFC와 Beacon을 활용하여 안드로이드 기반의 관광 큐레이션 플랫폼을 구현 하였다. NFC 태그를 활용하여 쇼핑, 관광 관련 정보 및 정확한 제품 및 서비스 정보를 제공하고, Beacon을 이용하여 매장정보 및 각종 마케팅 프로모션과 이벤트 정보를 수신하도록 하였다. 추가적으로 현재 많이 사용되고 있는 Zxing 라이브러리를 활용한 QRCode 및 Barcode 리더기를 활용하여 스캔을 통한 제품 정보를 확인 가능하도록 구현하였다.

문장 압축은 원본 문장의 중요한 의미를 보존하는 짧은 길이의 압축 문장을 생성하는 자연어처리 태스크이다. 문장 압축은 사용자가 텍스트로부터 필요한 정보를 빠르게 획득할 수 있도록 도울 수 있어 활발히 연구되고 있지만, 기존 연구들은 사람이 직접 정의한 압축 규칙이 필요하거나, 모델 학습을 위해 대량의 데이터셋이 필요하다는 문제점이 존재한다. 사전 학습된 언어 모델을 통한 perplexity 기반의 문장 점수 측정을 통해 문장을 압축하여 압축 규칙과 모델 학습을 위한 데이터셋이 필요하지 않은 연구 또한 존재하지만, 문장 점수 측정에 문장에 속한 단어들의 의미적 중요도를 반영하지 못하여 중요한 단어가 삭제되는 문제점이 존재한다. 본 논문은 언어 정보 중 품사 정보, 의존관계 정보, 개체명 정보의 중요도를 수치화하여 perplexity 기반의 문장 점수 측정에 반영하는 방법을 제안한다. 또한 제안한 문장 점수 측정 방법을 활용하였을 때 문장 점수 측정 기반 문장 압축 모델의 문장 압축 성능이 향상됨을 확인하였으며, 이를 통해 문장에 속한 단어의 언어 정보를 문장 점수 측정에 반영하는 것이 의미적으로 적절한 압축 문장을 생성하는 데 도움이 될 수 있음을 보였다.

This study aims to bound the preliminary material for the disabled to provide personalized information systematically and effectively. In order to carry out this study, reference research and survey are conducted the disabled, protector, professional, researcher and teacher. The result, disabled and the persons involved in primary source of disability was a portal site. Critical information types were job board, mobile access to (traffic) information on the information, and medical institutions and so on. Also, Able-bodied compared to the importance of information for disabled people was low and acquisition of data feel it is hard and availability of critical information types, depending on the types of disability and acquisition the difference appeared.

보건소 정보화 사업은 지역단위 공공보건의료의 최일선 기관인 보건소에 정보시스템을 설치하여 내부운영을 효율화하고 생산성을 증대시킴으로써 양질의 보건의료 서비스를 제공하고, 동시에 지역보건의료의 효과적인 정보체계 구축과 정보의 원활한 교류를 통하여 국가보건정책수립을 위한 기본정보를 제공하며, 이를 통해 공공보건의료의 환경변화를 이끌어 갈 기반을 확충하려는 목적으로 추진되었다. 보건소 전산화 사업을 근간으로 하는 지역보건의료분야 정보화 사업은 보건 의료부문의 정보화를 위한 국민복지망 기본계획에 의거하여 94년 12월부터 2기로 나누어 8차 년도에 걸쳐('94.12 $\sim$ '01. 10) 연차사업으로 시행 중에 있다. 보건소 정보화 프로그램 개발을 목적으로 시행된 제1기 정보화 사업('94.12 $\sim$ '98.7)을 통해 개발된 보건소 정보시스템이 현재 242개 보건소 중 108개 보건소에서 사용중이며, 이를 통해 보건소 업무의 효율화와 함께 지역보건의료분야 전산화 구축의 기초단계가 확립되었다. 제2기 사업은('98.10 $\sim$ '01.10) 보건소 중심의 지역보건의료망 구축과, 보건소 정보시스템의 전국 확산, 관련기관 정보망과의 연계를 통한 정보교류 확대와 정보활용도 제고 등의 목표로 시행중이다. 2기 1차 사업을 통하여 보건소-보건지소 진료소간 지역보건의료망의 기본 하부골격의 토대가 구축되었고, 2기 2차 사업에서는 보건의료원의 전산화 프로그램이 개발되었다. 또한 현재 진행중인 2기 3차 사업에서는 지역보건정책 수립을 지원하는 진료현황, 보건사업현황 등의 자료를 통합D/B로 구축하여 시범적으로 운영함으로써 정보망의 활용도를 높이고, 광역단위의 지역보건정보 의사결정시스템(EIS) 개발을 추진하고 있다. 한편, 최근 급속한 정보기술의 발달과 보건의료 환경의 변화로 인하여 보건정보시스템의 변화 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 이를 위해서 중앙정부와 광역자치단체, 보건소를 연결하는 전국 단위 정보네트워크 구축에 있어 신기술 적용방안 연구를 통하여 보건소 정보화 사업의 발전 방향(ISP)을 모색 중에 있으며, 시군구 행정정보망과 연계를 통해 생애주기에 따른 주민 평생건강관리를 위한 정보시스템 구축을 도모하고 있다.

오늘날 인터넷 등 정보통신망의 이용이 보편화 되면서 우리는 바야흐로 정보 및 정보시스템이 없는 생활을 생각할 수 없는 이른바 정보사회에 살고 있다. 정보사회에서는 정보가 중요한 생산수단이 되며 또 경제적 가치를 갖는다. 따라서 정보를 제대로 보호하고 또 정보가 안전하게 처리, 이용될 수 있는 환경을 마련하는 것이 중요한 국가, 사회적 과제가 된다. 이에 각 정보주체가 자신의 정보와 시스템을 내, 외부의 위협으로부터 보호할 일차적 책임을 진다. 그러나 정보통신서비스제공자는 자신의 정보와 시스템을 보호하는 정보주체로서의 일차적 책임 뿐만 아니라, 기업이나 개인과 같이 타인의 정보통신을 매개하는 사업자로서 송수신 또는 처리되는 타인의 정보를 적절히 보호하여야 할 의무가 있다. 현행 법률을 중심으로 정보통신서비스제공자의 정보보호의무의 개념과 성격 그리고 그 구체적인 내용을 살펴보았다.

In this paper, a technology to protect important information from access in order to revitalize the cloud service market. A technology is proposed to solve the risk of leakage of important confidential and personal information stored in cloud systems, which is one of the various obstacles to the cloud service market. To protect important information, access control rights to cloud resources are granted to cloud service providers and general users. The system administrator has superuser authority to maintain and manage the system. Client computing services are managed by an external cloud service provider, and information is also stored in an external system. To protect important in-house information within the company, all users, it was designed to provide access authority with users including cloud service providers, only after they are authenticated. It is expected that the confidentiality of cloud computing resources and service reliability achieved through the proposed access control technology will contribute to revitalizing the cloud service market.

In this paper, I proposed a way of improving computer education in elementary, middle and high schools. I firstly analyzed the importance of computer education by researching an index of a national economic condition, People's IT use frequency and the demand for computer education by students and parents. Secondly, I researched the condition of computer education in elementary, middle and high schools. Finally, I analyzed problems of current computer education and proposed three way of improving computer education in elementary, middle and high schools.
