본 연구는 Usability 중심의 웹사이트 평가를 위한 프레임워크 모델의 구축을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해 기존에 구축된 웹사이트 평가 방법론을 분석하여 평가 요소 별 중요도를 설정하였다. 비교 분석을 통해 나온 문제점들을 기초로 웹사이트평가를 위한 평가요인(Critical Factor)을 선정하여 새로운 프레임워크 모델 $C^3$ISP(Contents, Community, Commerce, Interface, Security, Performance)를 제시하였다. 향후 연구과제로는 프레임워크의 유용성을 분석하기 위한 Running Test를 실시한다.

This paper is to review assessment indicator on priorities for budget allocation of the national R&D program. In priority setting of programs for the budget allocation process of the national R&D program using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), the survey result on the major influencing factors is as follows: the significance of components of evaluation for the priority of the national R&D programs in budget allocation was as following order: "accomplishment and ripple effect of the project," "basis and driving force for the promotion of project," "feasibility of project goals," and the "possibility of overlapping and linkage among projects". The importance of the final evaluation indicator was as following order: "clarity and possibility for accomplishment of business objectives," "ripple effects in terms of science and technology", "ripple effects in terms of the economy and overall society" and "appropriate correspondence with mid- to long-term plans" (the importance for these four indicators was over 10%) while the importance of "overlapping" and "appropriateness of budget size" indicators which fell below 5% were considered to be relatively less important. there is a need for a clear criteria and conceptions of evaluation indicators for budget allocation of national R&D programs.

To comprehend the importance and necessity of record management metadata standard implemented in an electronic medical records system, a survey was undertaken to 50 medical records managers in charge of 5 major hospitals in Seoul. Analysis of the survey results was performed by averaging the responses given by those who answered the survey. SPSS was utilized for statistical analysis. Managers of medical records placed importance on metadata that are related to security of records, such as "levels of security", "types of access to medical records", "levels of authorization granted to personnel", and "users accessing medical records". It shows that these managers need the functions of privacy protection in ERMS. Metadata on "external disclosure" had the lowest level but those surveyed with more than 7 years of experience placed greater importance in this area more those surveyed with less than 7 years of experience in a hospital. This shows that managers need the functions of external disclosure to meet the needs of third partiesfor medical research and medical education.

컴퓨터 프로그래밍 수업의 특성상 교수자가 평소 학습자들의 학습 수준 및 학습 이해도를 파악하는 것은 다음 수업을 준비하는데 있어서 매우 중요하다. 학습자들의 평소 학습 이해도를 파악하는 방법으로 형성평가가 가장 많이 이용되는데, 동일한 과목에도 형성평가 방법은 매우 다양할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 다년간 컴퓨터 프로그래밍 수업에 적용해본 다양한 형태의 형성평가 방법들이 학습자들의 성적 변화에 어떤 영향을 미치는가를 분석해보았다. 그 결과 형성평가 수행 시기는 중간고사나 기말고사처럼 큰 시험을 앞둔 1~2주전과 같이 학습자들이 학습에 대한 필요성을 절실히 느낄 때 실시하는 것이 성적 상승에 더 긍정적인 영향을 주었고 평가방법으로는 프로그래밍 수업을 특성상 퀴즈와 프로그래밍 평가를 함께 실시하는 것이 성적 상승에 좋은 영향을 미쳤다.

최근 인터넷과 통신기술, 특히 모바일과 관련된 기술의 급속한 발전으로 소셜 커뮤니케이션 수단으로 대표되는 SNS(Social Networking Service)가 중요한 이슈로 부각되어지고 있다. SNS 서비스 제공시 중요하게 고려되어져야 할 사항은 정확하고 의미 있는 데이터를 통해서 사용자가 원하고 관심 있는 분야의 정보를 어떻게 제공할 것인가에 초점이 맞춰져 있어야 한다. 그러나 최근 폭발적으로 증가되어지고 있는 소셜 데이터 때문에 사용자는 의미 분석이 정확하게 이루어지지 않은 신뢰성이 결여된 소셜 커뮤니케이션 서비스를 제공받고 있다. 이러한 소셜데이터 분석의 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 본 논문에서는 소셜 네트워크 서비스에 필요한 데이터를 수집하고, 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서 수집된 대용량 SNS 데이터의 의미를 분석 할 수 있는 MapReduce 기반의 분석 모듈의 구조를 제안하였다. 제안한 모듈은 의미 분석에 필요한 소셜 데이터를 수집하는 수집 기능과 수집된 소셜데이터의 의미 분석을 수행하는 분석 기능을 포함하고 있다. 수집 기능은 SNS에서 생성되는 텍스트 형태의 데이터를 수집하고 MapReduce를 통해서 데이터를 분석하기 쉽게 적절한 크기로 생성된 파일을 분할한다. 수집된 소셜 데이터의 의미 분석은 기존 TF-IDF 방식에 개선된 Weighted-MINMAX 적용한 알고리즘을 통해서 구현하였다. 개선된 알고리즘은 단어의 중요도를 평가하고, 중요도가 높은 단어로 구성된 의미정보 제공 서비스를 지원한다. 시스템의 성능 평가를 위해서 노드별 데이터 처리시간과 추출 키워드의 정확도를 측정하였다.

Recently, the expertise of workers in residential facilities for the disabled has been emphasized and the need for education has increased. Therefore, this study analyzed cognition of job importance and educational needs according to workers of the disabled residential. Data were collected from 162 workers of the residential facilities for the disabled in Gyeonggi and were analyzed using t-test and IPA analysis. As results of this study, case management practice (basic), case management practice (advanced), life support for disabled persons (basic), program development (basic), business planning and evaluation (basic), business planning and evaluation (advanced) were both job importance and education needs high. The results of this study can be used as a basic reference for the direction of the education system of the residents of the disabled.

There has been a lot of researches on the major motivation of consumer's choice for airlines. Due to the competition in airline industries, most of airlines offer a various level of benefits to customers such as a frequent traveller bonus, a schedule, services in flight including a meal and an entertainment program, a discounted fare and an intangible part of personal service. However, it is very difficult to measure the performance of the customers' benefit and to identify the weight of each factor being considered on the airline choice. In this paper, we focus on the airline choice process for the business travellers. The AHP is applied to evaluate the factors reflecting the business travellers' choice for airlines. This study will be useful to build a marketing plan for the business traveller's market.

Form the observation that the successful management and operation of university websites brings about university branding effects, this paper attempts to identify the problems in relation to evaluation elements of university homepages and establish a new evaluation model that allows us to grasp the importance and priority of phased evaluation elements. In particular, we tried to secure the objectivity of the importance of department homepage evaluation elements by using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). Our analysis shows that among 29 evaluation elements of department homepage, mobile service, curriculum, description of department's characteristics, guide to homepage usage/accessibility to site map and differentiated educational method were considered to be relatively important whereas the relative importance of department's slogan, differentiated image and identity, linkage to SNS, Q&A bulletin board, operation of department community, and FAQ was low. Based on the findings from our analysis, we present the basic foundation for successful management and operation of university department homepages along with a few suggestions for vitalizing those hompages.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the importance and performance of CK-1, The research subjects were self-enrolled questionnaires for students who took social economics subjects and analyzed the importance and performance using IPA. As a result of the research, it is necessary to establish the basis of social economic specialization in order to achieve the goal of CK-1, and it is necessary to establish educational curriculum related to industry and academy in addition to cultivating creative talents. And to improve the importance of these programs and improve their performance in order to enhance the undergraduate education and attract the creative economy. The implications of this study are as follows: The results of the evaluation to achieve the goals of CK-1 recognize that the importance and the performance of the social economy students are high. However, It is necessary to make efforts to improve the university constitution, to improve the education of the undergraduate education, and to attract the creative economy in order to characterize the local university targeted by the Ministry of Education and the project team.

전자우편과 같이 일정한 질의 형식을 가지고 있는 긴 자연어 질의에 대해서 사용자 질의 단어에 가중치를 부과하는 방법과 질의에 대한 정답을 기존의 질의응답 집합에서 유사한 질의를 검색하여 그 정답을 사용자에게 제공하는 전자우편 질의응답 시스템을 제안한다. 사용자의 긴 자연어 질의가 주어지면 질의의 범주와 문장의 중요도 정보를 이용하여 질의에서 사용된 단어가 주제어로 쓰였을 확률을 계산하고, 계산된 확률에 기반하여 중요도를 할당하는 질의생성 모델을 제안한다. 또한 사용자 질의와 기존에 문의되어진 전자우편 질의의 유사도를 단어의 빈도를 고려한 어휘유사도, 한글 시소러스(Thesaurus)를 이용한 의미유사도와 본 논문에서 제안한 질의생성 모델을 이용한 주제 유사도를 이용하여 계산한다. 실험을 위하여 실세계에서 사용 중인 질의응답 집합을 이용하여 실험을 하였으며 각 유사도 계산 방법의 기여도를 비교 평가하고 제안한 질의생성모델이 성능향상에 미치는 영향을 평가하였다.
