최근 국내 신재생에너지설비의 설치가 급증하고 있다. 전국적으로 신재생에너지원의 설비가 산재되어 있음에도 불구하고 관리 및 운영 시스템은 미비한 수준이다. 따라서 사후관리 체계 구축과 설비 이용률 향상을 목적으로 가동현황을 파악하여, 신재생에너지원의 효율적인 관리와 통합 운영을 위한 시스템이 필요하다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 통신 및 모니터링 기술기준에 제정된 공용규격에 따라 다수의 계측기와 데이터를 수집, 변환, 저장하고, 중앙서버로 데이터를 전송할 수 있는 시스템을 구현하여 더욱 효율적인 신재생에너지원의 운영을 돕는다. 본 시스템은 신재생에너지원의 계측기와 RS-232 혹은 RS-485를 이용한 하위통신을 하여 관리에 사용될 여러 정보를 수집하여 저장한다. 상위통신으로 PIRP(Platform Independent Reporting Protocol)에 맞는 데이터로 변환하여 중앙서버에 데이터를 보내게 된다. 또 한, 유저가 원한다면 중앙서버에서 과거의 데이터를 획득할 수 있도록 시스템을 구현하였다.

최근 환경보호를 위한 그린IT 기술이 주목을 받으면서 정부차원의 스마트 그리드가 부각되고 있다. 스마트 그리드는 궁극적으로 전력을 효율적으로 사용하여 소비자는 전력사용 요금을 절감하고 정부는 환경을 보호할 수 있게 된다. 하지만, 정부 차원에서의 일방적인 전력관리에는 한계가 있고 전력을 소비하는 사용자 역시 능동적으로 전력 사용량을 줄여야 큰 효과를 볼 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 임베디드 센서네트워크를 기반으로 일반 사용자도 댁내에서 혹은 빌딩에서 능동적으로 사용할 수 있는 스마트 전력절감 시스템을 제안한다.

전화를 이용하여 원격의 장치를 모니터링하고 제어하는 시스템 중 본 논문에서는 IP-PBX(private branch exchange)기반 서비스 플랫폼을 응용서비스를 실제 구현하여 전화응용서비스 개발의 필수적인 몇 가지 요소로써 IP-PBX, 서비스 서버, TTS(Text to Speech) 서버 등을 선정하며 IVR(Interactive Voice Response)시스템을 설정하기에 많은 시간과 비용이 들기에 ZigBee 디바이스 모니터링 및 제어를 위한 IP-PBX 트리 구조 인터페이스를 제안한다.

A financial institution operated by cooperatives, abiding by the principle set by the cooperative federation, is comprised of a numerous financial institutions. Most of these small institutions are operated within local areas, providing financial services for coop members. The Financial Supervisory Regulations that supervises security professionals, organizations, and budgets are established entirely based on commercial banks in which the application of these regulations on coop financial institutions may not be proper. This paper aims to provide an efficient IT security policy for nation-wide financial institutions operated by the Cooperative Federation by analyzing its security personnel managements and adequacy.

In this paper, we extract well-known parameters such as zero crossing rate(ZCR), low band energy(Band) and median frequency(MDF) from surface electromyogram (EMG), and compare to evaluate themselves as measures for fatigue. In experiments, 3 males and 3 females volunteered to participate in surface EMG recordings placed on the biceps brachii and each recording experiment continued until exhaustion.

The current status of domestic monitoring centers was reviewed and the pattern-based security monitoring system and the centralized security monitoring system, both of which are the characteristics of security monitoring systems, were analyzed together with their advantages and disadvantages. In addition, as for a development plan of domestic security monitoring systems, in order to improve the problems of the existing pattern-based centralized monitoring system, Honeynet and Darknet, which are based on anomalous behavior detection, were analyzed and their application plans were described.

Decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) is an effective and secure means to enable direct collaboration between people who want to achieve common goals in a digital environment, where believing each other without intermediaries from trusted third parties is difficult. DAO can flexibly implement most of the roles previously performed by existing organizations and finally aim for a new structure that functions independently without human intervention. Despite its technical and legal uncertainties and problems, DAO is rapidly expanding. This study examines trends such as the concept, use cases, participation methods, and deficiencies of DAO, which is called the future of work and helps to understand upcoming considerations.

한국데이터베이스진흥센터는 조선일보와 공동으로 지난달 23일 한국종합전시장 회의실에서 제6회 데이터베이스 산업 활성화를 위한 세미나를 정보통신부의 주관아래 개최했다. 매일경제신문사, 한국경제신문사, 한국정보문화센터 등이 후원한 이번 세미나에서는 DB산업의 특성과 육성방향(이두명 중앙대학교 교수), DB업계의 문제와 대응전략(진영돈 한국DB산업협동조합 이사장), 정보통신부의 DB산업 육성 정책(김 호 정보통신부 정보통신진흥과장), 주요 선진국의 DB육성 정책(정현수 한국전자통신연구원 실장), DB산업 발전을 위한 공공기관의 역할(강홍렬 정보통신정책연구원 연구위원)등의 주제발표가 있었다. 발표된 내용을 간략히 소개한다.

센서 네트워크는 크기가 작고 제한된 전력을 가진 센서노드들이 무작위로 다량 배치됨에 따라 안전하고 자유로운 정보 이용을 위하여 보다 유동적인 관리 환경이 필요하다. 특히 종래의 중앙 집중적인 관리 방법은 동적인 네트워크 변화가 민감한 센서 네트워크에 적용하기에 그 기능에서부터 큰 차이를 보이기 때문에 보다 신속하고 정확한 센서 노드의 관리를 위한 모바일 관리 도구의 구축을 제안한다. 모바일 관리 도구를 이용한 분산적인 센서 네트워크 관리는 유연한 센서 노드들의 관리를 가능하게 하고 이는 곧 센서 노드들이 수집하는 정보와 전달하는 정보의 신뢰도를 증가 시킬 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 기존의 교통정보 시스템의 단점을 보완하는 중앙집중형 교통정보 시스템의 구축에 관하여 설명한다. 이 시스템은 중앙의 교통정보센터에서 전자지도 및 교통정보를 관리한다. 따라서, 사용자는 전자지도 및 교통정보 갱신의 필요가 없어지며, 교통정보 수신장치를 통해서 경로 정보를 원하는 시기에 제공받는다. 교통정보 수신장치는, 휴대용 노트북과 개인휴대 통신기기인 Cellular Phone이나 PCS Phone이 결합된 형태로 구현함으로서 대중적으로 널리 보급될 수 있는 교통정보시스템을 구축한다. 본 논문에서는 정확한 교통정보의 생성을 위하여 실시간 교통정보를 저장하는 새로운 교통데이터베이스의 구조를 제시하고 직진,우회전,좌회전,유턴 차량의 흐름을 모두 표현할 수 있는 새로운 교통 네트워크 모델을 제시한다. 많은 수의 노드와 아크로 이루어진 교통 네트워크 내에서, 경로계획 시간이 길어지는 문제 해결 방법으로 전체를 여러 개의 지역으로 나누는 방법을 제시하고, 각 지역 내의 경로계획에는 교통데이터베이스를 참조하는 Dijkstra 알고리즘을 사용한다.
