메밀은 원산지가 동북아시아 또는 중앙아시아로 구황 식품으로 이용되어진 작물중의 하나로 혈압저하작용. 혈관수축작용, 항균작용, 항산화작용과 당뇨병치료식품으로 생체 조절기능이 밝혀짐에 따라 메밀의 소비가 급증하고 있으며, 메밀제품의 가공개발이 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 본 실험에서는 우리밀에 메밀가루 첨가가 제빵적성에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위하여 메밀가루를 5%,10%,15% 첨가한 우리밀 반죽의 물성. 호화점도의 측정 및 제조한 메밀첨가 우리밀식빵의 수분함량, 1차 발효손실률, 굽기 손실률, 색도, 부피 측정, 조직감, 노화도, 외관, 주사현미경 관찰 및 관능검사를 실시해서 최적배합 조건을 찾고자 하였다.

The purpose of this study is to study the Central Asian costumes($1{\sim}7C$) and develop new design items and suggest new brand launching. Korean apparel industry has been suffering from imbalance of supply and demand caused by the sagging economy and too many apparel companies. Due to the several years of recession, clothing consumption decreased and foreign brand's market share got bigger. As a result, managing a company became difficult and it is time for Korean apparel industry to enter the global market. We need a brand with new image and design that has big potential of purchasing power not only in Korea but also in China, and furthermore in global market. But even nearby Chinese market already became very competitive. One way of approaching Chinese fashion market is to find something special, for example, their historical background. Central Asian culture and costumes, a part of China, has both Eastern and Western culture. No other apparel industry had interest in the Central Asian costumes yet. Therefore, through their costume, a fresh design idea can be suggested.

지난2월18일부터 3일간 일본 동경 게이오플라자 호텔에서 아시아의 심혈관 학자들이 참석한 가운데 제6차 아시아 심혈관학회의 학술발표가 열렸다. 대회 첫날엔 서울대 서경필교수가 한국의 심혈관외과 현황에 대한 브리핑을 했고 한국측에서 11개의 논문이 발표되었다. 필자인 울산의대 서울 중앙병원 이재원 교수는 「대동맥 판막 치환후 좌심실근 비후의 변화」라는 논문을 발표해 큰 관심을 모았다.

오는 7월 롯데호텔에서 열리는 제9회 아시아가정학회의 준비로 바쁜 중앙대 사범대 가정교육학과 이일하교수. 아시아가정학회 사무총장을 맡고 있는 이교수는 미국 텍사스 주립대에 유학하여 영양학으로 박사학위를 받았다. 이교수의 주요 연구분야는 "한국인의 식생활패턴에 따른 영양문제"로 특히 지방섭취에 따른 비만상태에 관한 연구에 주력하고 있다.

중국횡단철도(TCR)와 한반도의 연결ㆍ중국횡단철도는 중국 쟝쑤성 렌윈강에서 신장 위그루 자체구의 아라샨커우까지 4,131km의 철로이며 중국의 동부, 중부, 서부의 10개성을 동서방향으로 횡단하는 중국 제1의 동서횡단철로임 ㆍTCR을 이용하면 중국에서 유럽까지의 거리가 시베리아횡단철도(TSR)보다 약 1,500km 짧으며 카자흐스탄, 우즈베키스탄 등 중앙아시아와 이란, 아프가니스탄 등 서아시아까지의 거리는 TSR보다 3,000km이상 짧음(중략)

이 연구는 특수건강진단 폐활량검사 시 아시안 외국인 근로자들에게 적절한 예측식을 제안하는 것이다. 연구 대상은 지리적 분포에 따라 중앙아시아, 동북아시아, 남아시아태평양 그룹으로 나누었으며, 그룹별 폐활량검사 결과와 예측식간 일치도를 확인하였다. 이를 기준으로 국내 외국인 근로자들에게 폐활량검사 시 적절한 예측식을 제안하였고, 제안한 예측식을 적용할 수 없는 폐활량검사기에는 보정계수를 제안하였다. Global lung function initiative 2012 (GLI2012)-동북아시안식과 동남아시안식의 해석일치도는 남성 0.819, 여성 0.770이었고, GLI2012-동남아시안식과 남아시안식의 해석 일치도는 남성 0.881, 여성 0.886이었다. GLI2012-동북아시안식과 중앙아시안식의 해석일치도는 남성 0.831, 여성 0.833이었다. 따라서 동북아시안, 중앙아시안 그룹에 속하는 외국인 근로자는 GLI2012-동북아시안식을 적용하고, 동남아시안, 남아시안 그룹에 속하는 외국인 근로자는 GLI2012-동남아시안식을 제안한다. GLI2012-동남아시안식을 선택할 수 없는 폐활량검사기의 경우 최정근식(Dr. Choi equation)에 보정계수 0.87을 적용할 것을 제안한다.

Central Asian Countries had been independent in 1991 from USSR. Since then it have been increasing foreign trade and investment amount with outside countries including China, Japan, EU and South Korea. Korean enterprises and entities have endeavored to secure plentiful natural resources, oil and gas energy and expand the market share to exporting the consuming and industrial competitive goods and services for those countries. In the case of disputes of commercial transactions and investment, arbitration is regarded as a dispute resolution system which has been preferred in international transactions and investments by the business world. Since the collapse of the USSR, Central Asian Countries have worked to modernize its arbitration law and procedure to conform with international standard rules. Arbitral legislation in Central Asian countries is based on the Model Law as adopted in 1985. However, CIS's legislation systems of arbitration are not satisfied with the international standard in national laws and practices. That is the reason to consider for the specific parliament about arbitration for the dispute resolutions in the commercial transaction and investment between Korean enterprises and CIS. In this article, it is discuss problems and its alternatives in the dispute resolution about the commercial transaction and investment into Central Asian countries including the tendency to the increasing the trade volumes of goods and investment between South Korea and CIS. According to this article, South Korea consider the long term strategy followed the preferred economic relative partnership for business success on commercial transaction and investment with the Central Asian Countries.
