In this study, we analyze the existing heating and cooling operation method for an office-type complex building with a central heating and cooling system, and examine the effects of applying various EMS that can be applied according to the load size to save energy in the building. For this purpose, simulation analysis was performed. As a control method, reset control of chilled water, hot water, cooling water and supply air temperatures, optimal start/stop of heat source, and number of heat source control were applied according to the load size, and energy consumption was analyzed accordingly. In addition, when all of these control methods were applied, the overlapping energy saving effect was finally confirmed. As a result, it was possible to confirm the energy saving effect when EMS for reset control and heat source control were applied compared to the existing control method of the heating and cooling system, and the effect for the case of using all these control methods in combination was also confirmed.

The purpose of this study was to clarify precautions during the design and operation phases for energy reduction in a public office building. To check the operation status of the building, we measured the indoor temperature and humidity in the office space of the building installed central heating and cooling systems. And we analyzed these data and annual BEMS data. As a result, we found six problems related to decreasing system efficiency. Based on these, we presented the information to improve the efficiency of the system from the design and operation phase. Also, we present the need for a system to support the decision-making of operational managers in real-time for the energy efficiency of the building.

지역 냉난방 시스템은 각 지역에 열 수요를 충족시키는데 중요한 역할을 한다. 본 논문에서는 수도권 지역난방 연계 지사간의 효율적인 운전을 위한 경제적 운전 프로그램 개발의 필요성을 진단하고 이를 활용할 경우의 예상효과를 분석하였다. 분석대상 지역난방 지사로서는 수도권 지역난방 공급 네트워크로 연계되어 있는 지사들 가운데에서 수서지역을 중심으로 주변의 분당, 일원, 중앙지역을 분석대상 지사들로 선정하여 각 지역의 열 생산량과 열 수요량을 측정하였다. 지역 냉난방 시스템의 운전비용이 최소가 되도록 하는 최적화 시스템의 구성에는 MILP 알고리듬이 이용되었다. 최적화 계산 결과를 토대로 지역간 연계 수열량과 공급비용을 예측하고 모델로부터 계산된 값을 통해 경제성을 분석하였다.

지역난방은 한 곳에 집중된 대규모 열원시설에서 경제적으로 생산된 열을 일정한 지역내 아파트, 빌딩, 공공 시설 등에 난방 및 냉방용으로 공급하는 도시 기반시설이다. 또한 지역난방은 개별난방이나 중앙난방의 간헐 난방방식과는 달리 24 시간 연속난방을 하므로써 건강하고 쾌적한 실내온도를 유지시켜 주며, 노후된 보일러 교체비 및 유지 보수가 들지 않고, 난방순환펌프 등 각종 부대시설의 축소로 동력비를 절감할 수 있으며 기존 보일러실을 주민복지 공간으로 활용할 수 있고, 연료탱크와 보조난방기구 등이 필요 없어 재해 발생의 우려가 없다. 본지에서는 한국지역난방공사에서 제공한 자료와 월간 설비기술에 게재된 내용을 요약 정리하여 게재한다.

The near-optimal control algorithm for central cooling and heating system has been developed for minimizing energy consumption while maintaining the comfort of indoor thermal environment in terms of the environmental variables such as time varying indoor load and outdoor temperatures. The optimal set-points of control parameters with near-optimal control are supply air and chilled or hot water temperatures. The near optimal control algorithm has been implemented by using LabVIEW program in order to analyze energy performance for central cooling and heating control system.

The present study has been conducted economic analysis of heat storage type ground source heat pump system(HSGSHP) and normal ground source heat pump (GSHP) and central boiler system with individual air conditioning facility which are installed at the same building in the shared an apartment house. Cost items, such as initial construction cost, annual energy cost and maintenance cost of each system are considered to analyze life cycle cost (LCC) and simple payback period (SPP) with initial cost different are compared. The initial cost is a rule to the Government basic unit cost of production. LCC applied present value method is used to assess economical profit of both of them. Variables used to LCC analysis are prices escalation rate and interest rate mean values of during latest 10 years. The LCC result shows that HSGSHP (1,351,000,000won) is more profitable than central boiler system with individual air conditioning facility by 86.7% initial cost. And SPP appeared 8.0 year overcome the different initial cost by different annual energy cost.

본 연구에서는 P대학도서관 이용자 만족도와 요구사항 등을 설문조사를 통해 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 바탕으로 CRM기법을 적용하여 이용자의 요구를 충족시킬 수 있는 방안을 마련하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위하여 P대학 구성원을 대상으로 응답자 기본정보, 소장자료, 자료이용, 홈페이지, 이용자서비스, 시설/환경의 6가지 영역으로 구성하여 설문조사를 실시하여 분석하였다. 연구결과를 요약해 보면 첫째, 만족도조사에서 자료이용 부분이 가장 높게 나타났고, 시설환경 부분이 가장 낮게 나타났다. 자료이용에서는 희망도서 신청 자료를 신속히 구입 및 정리하여 제공하고, 예약도서에 대한 캠퍼스 간 대출이 필요하다. 둘째, 홈페이지에서는 OPAC의 검색시스템과 예약시스템 기능 개선이 필요하고, 자주 이용하는 기능에 대한 메뉴 재배치도 필요하다. 셋째, 이용자서비스에서는 도서관 행사를 더욱 확대하고, 문제점으로 지적되는 행사 안내와 홍보를 강화할 수 있는 방안(SMS, Push 등)을 마련할 필요가 있다. 넷째, 시설환경에서는 개인 및 그룹 학습공간의 부족, 사물함 부족, 환기 및 냉난방 관리 문제, 화장실 시설관리 불만 (휴지 부족 등) 도서관의 지리적 접근성 부족, 외부이용자 관리 등에 대한 불만을 개선할 수 있는 정책이 필요하다.
