어선의 GM 변화에 따른 운동응답특성 실험적 연구

  • 어선은 어획물로 인한 무게 변화 및 어구 사용에 의한 외력으로 GM이 변화한다. 하지만 실시간으로 변화하는 GM을 추정하는 것은 어려우며, 현재 적용되는 추정식은 어선에 대입하기에 정확성이 떨어진다. 이에 본 논문은 어선의 GM 추정식 개발에 기여하기 위해 어선의 Roll 운동응답을 분석하고, 실험과 시뮬레이션의 GM과 파경사 관계를 밝히고자 한다. 7톤 급의 실제 운항 중인 어선의 모델선 GM을 변화시키면서 파경사별 Roll 운동응답 데이터를 수집한다. GM 변화의 경우 선박 무게중심부에 높이 방향으로 추를 조절할 수 있도록 했으며, 파경사는 동일 주기 4가지 파경사를 선정하였다. GM과 파경사가 커질수록 Roll 응답이 증가하는 경향을 보이며, GM과 파경사가 커짐에 따라 기울기가 비선형성을 보이며 증가하는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통해서 어선의 GM과 파경사의 관계를 파악하고, GM추정에 사용할 수 있느 보정 계수를 도출할 수 있다. 추후에 본 연구 내용을 활용하여 운항 중인 어선의 실시간 GM 추정시스템 개발에 기여가 가능할 것으로 생각한다.

우리나라 中小 造船業의 世界化

  • 우리나라 조선업을 40,000 TDW(Handy-max size)를 기준 해서 대형 조선소와 중소 조선소로 분류해도 무리가 없을 것으로 생각됩니다. 그런데 중소 조선소는 10,000 TDW급 이하의 선박을 주로 건조하고 있으므로 40,000 TDW-10,000 TDW(Hand-size)사이는 거의 공백 상태라고 해도 무방할 것입니다. 우리나라 조선업은 건조선박크기로 볼 때 대형과 소형사이에 중형이 거의 없습니다. 중소 조선소들은 그 숫자가 많기는 하나, Hand-size 이하의 소형선을 건조해 왔고, 그 시장도 극동해역을 거의 벗어나지 못해 왔으므로 중소 조선업이 "세계화"되었다고 말하기에는 다소 미흡한 점이 많아 보입니다. 필자는 우리나라 중소 조선업의 "세계화"가 가능할 수 있다고 믿는 사람중의 하나입니다. 그래서, 먼저 몇가지 소견을 밝힘으로서 여러 회원들 중 뜻을 같이 하고저 하는 분들을 이 가능성에로 초대하고 싶습니다. 이 글은 커다란 잠재력 개발을 향한 첫걸음에 불과한 것이고, 여러 회원들의 동참에 의해 지속적으로 개발돼 나갈 수 있을 것이다.적으로 개발돼 나갈 수 있을 것이다.

  • We have more risks in international trade market than in the domestic business market because economic activities are going on with business transactions in different countries. K-sure's Refund Guarantee System is the most important system for Korean Small and Middle Shipbuilding Industries' business, but Korean exporters of Shipbuilding Industries are more interested in export financing through K-sure rather than its financial supporting services. The export insurance becomes more important service for international trade business and it its count as the only one indirect way of supporting export business because export insurance is accepted internationally under the WTO system. Also, it is the only measure that can cover emergency risk, credit risk, exchange risk which cannot be covered by private insurance. As the major risk manager for Korean exporters, the K-sure needs to provide an integrated risk management service for customers. Korean exporters can take more challenges in ever competitive international trade market and we can witness promotion of export in the future which is essential to Korea's economic growth.

  • 한국해양수산개발원(KMI) 조사에 따르면, 수상레저장비 중 하나인 전기 추진 보드류 (전동서핑보드, 전동웨이크보드, 전동패들보드 등)의 경제규모는 '28년도 까지 약 59억 달러까지 성장할 것으로 예측 될 정도로 급격한 성장을 하고있는 품목으로, 국내에서도 활발하게 제조, 수입, 유통 등이 이루어지고 있다. 하지만 성능 및 안전을 평가하는 정형화된 국내외 시험 표준이 전무한 실정으로, 시험 및 검사 없이 제조사의 자체 테스트에 의존하여 시장에 출시 되고 있다. 이에 신뢰성 있는 전기 추진 보드류 안전기준(안)을 개발 및 제시함으로써 제품의 품질 및 안전성을 향상시키고, 위해사고의 예방 및 국민의 건전한 수상레저활동 확보를 위한 기반을 조성하고자 한다.

  • The aim of this study is to examine the regional features of shipbuilding-allied industries comprehensively. Inaddition, this study would offer groundwork to construct spatial networks of shipbuilding-allied industries. Relatively in short term, large modem shipbuilding firms of South Korea have developed under the national strategic support, around southeast coast region. Although small shipbuilding firms and marine equipment firms have supported regional economy, these firms have scaled down their functions and roles due to the national policy. In the long tenn, Korean shipbuilding-allied industries have limitations in stable development, because they have separated their roles. Consequently it is necessary the balanced development of large, medium, and small shipbuilding firms and linkage system with marine equipment firms for overall development of shipbuilding-allied industries. This study suggests two spatial strategy for shipbuilding-allied industries development. First, we need to construct a shipbuilding specialization area which agglomerates competent parts firms adjacent to large shipyards. Second, in national strategy, a long term strategy is required to utilize extremely synergy and external effects induced from a shipbuilding duster of southeast coast region which systematically combines shipbuilding-allied industries, universities, the government authorities, and research institutions.

  • Even though Korea is No.1 shipbuilding country around the world, there have been a lot of accident and man-made calamity incurring in shipyards these days. Therefore most of Korea major shipyard and mid-small size shipyard deeply agonize about safety management countermeasure. As a result of it, many shipyards pour their effort on developing man watching system, PF wireless communication system, portable measuring system to prevent from accident such as fire, suffocation incurring. In this paper, analyze conventional accident & man-made calamity preventing system adopted by most of shipyard and enable the user to watch accident for 24 hours and notify it to user when it is incurring through state of the art ICT technology. And as a result of it the user can prevent the accident and man-made calamity at the beginning.

  • In the ship repair market, interest in maintenance and repair is steadily increasing due to the reinforcement of prevention of environmental pollution caused by ships and the reinforcement of safety standards for ship structures. By reflecting this effect, the number of requests for repairs by foreign shipping companies increases to repair shipbuilders in the Southwest Sea. However, because most of the repair shipbuilders in the southwestern area are small and medium-sized companies, it is difficult to lead to the integrated synergy effect of the repair shipbuilding companies. Moreover, the infrastructure is not integrated; hence, using the infrastructure jointly is a challenge, which acts as an obstacle to the activation of the repair shipbuilding industry. Floating docks are indispensable to operating the repair shipbuilding business; in addition, most of them are operated through renovation/repair after importing aging caisson docks from overseas. However, their service life is more than 30 years; additionally, there is no structure inspection standard. Therefore, it is vulnerable to the safety field. In this study, the finite element analysis program of ANSYS was used to evaluate the structural safety of the modified caisson dock and obtain additional structural reinforcement schemes to solve the derived problems. For the floating docks, there are classification regulations; however, concerning structural strength, the regulations are insufficient, and the applicability is inferior. These insufficient evaluation areas were supplemented through a detailed structural FE-analysis. The reinforcement plan was decided by reinforcing the pontoon deck and reinforcement of the side tank, considering the characteristics of the repair shipyard condition. The final plan was selected to reinforce the side wing tank through the structural analysis of the decision; in addition, the actual structure was fabricated to reflect the reinforcement plan. Our results can be used as reference data for improving the structural strength of similar facilities; we believe that the optimal solution can be found quickly if this method is used during renovation/repair.

Approximate Optimization Based on Meta-model for Weight Minimization Design of Ocean Automatic Salt Collector (해양자동채염기의 최소중량설계를 위한 메타모델 기반 근사최적화)

  • In this paper, the meta-model based approximate optimization was carried out for the structure design of an ocean automatic salt collector in order to minimize the structure weight. The structural analysis was performed by using the finite element method to evaluate the strength performance of the ocean automatic salt collector in its initial design. In the structural analysis, it was evaluated the strength performance of the design load conditions. The optimum design problem was formulated so that design variables of main structure thickness would be determined by minimizing the structure weight subject to strength performance constraints. The meta-models used in the approximate optimization were the response surface method, Kriging model, and Chebyshev orthogonal polynomials. Regarding to the numerical characteristics, the solution results from approximate optimization techniques were compared to the results of non-approximate optimization. The Chebyshev orthogonal polynomials among the meta-models used in the approximate optimization showed the most appropriate optimum design results for the structure design of the ocean automatic salt collector.

Forming and Developing Rural Neo-Confucian Literati after Gweon, Sangha's Move to Hwang-gang (권상하(權尙夏)의 황강(黃江) 이주를 계기로 한 재지사족(在地士族)의 형성과 발전)

  • Rural Neo-Confucian Literati were major governing elite in Joseon Dynasty. They were small and medium-sized landowners all over the country and elite having Confucian knowledge. They formed villages of the same family name and exerted their influence on the community showing off their successful ancestors. Therefore, there were lots of examples that they took the actual leadership in local communities. In this sense, the Hwacheon-gun pa family line of the Andong Kweon clan were the representative rural neo-Confucian literati of Hwang-gang and Shindong areas in Jecheon. This group was formed after Kweon Sangha and his brothers' movement in 1675. Kweon was the best pupil of Song Siyeol, a prominent scholar and man of power. Although facing away the government examination, he was respected as sallim, rustic literati, on account of his teaching and writing activities and later called to High State Councillor. After his death, memorial halls and facilities to worship him, including Hwang-gang Sowon Academy, were built in the place he taught students. These facilities contributed to his descendants' acquiring his life values. They also made a contribution to the settlement of reject-heterodoxy sentiments based on their loyalty to the Myeong Dynasty in the area. Kweon Seop, Kweon Sangha's nephew, also played an important role in Hwacheon-gun pa family line's growing as rural neo-Confucian literati in Jecheon area. He built memorial halls to enshrine Kweon Sangha and made rules to develop his family line. In addition, he extended their living space over Hwang-gang area and each place had the shrine to hold a memorial service for their ancestors. As a result, Kweon Sangha and Kweon Seop's family wielded power in Jecheon for hundreds years as the same family name group. Rural neo-Confucian literati didn't produce more elite government officials than the groups in the capital, but their growth enabled cultural development of the local community and the Joseon Dynasty.
