Documentation of patient care has much emphasis during the past few years. As reviewing the orthopedic, neurosurgery, rehabilitation medicine of progress note, SOAP note, modified SOAP note and have been integrated a model of Korean clinical progress note of physical therapy. Academically, educationally and clinically development of physical therapy depend upon writing clinical progress note. Based on the research results, the following considerations and guideline are presented. 1. Include writing a clinical progress note of physical therapy in the school curriculums. 2. Physical therapist write the clinical progress note their procedure to the patients. 3. Korean Physical Therapy Association can provide a model of clinical progress note of physical therapy.

A general procedure for motion capture and mimic system has been delineated. Utilizing sensors operated in the magnetic fields, complicated and optimized movements are easily digitized to analyze and reproduce. The system consists of a motion capture module, a motion visualization module, a motion plan module, a motion mimic module, and a GUI module. Design concepts of the system are modular, open, and user friendly to ensure the overall system performance. This procedure is being implemented on a virtual cyber cube. and an inverted pendulum. With modifications, this procedure can applied for complicated motion controls.

Fault diagnosis of an assembled small motor relies usually on human experts hearing ability. The quality of diagnosis depends, however, heavily on physical conditions of the human experts. A fault diagnosis system for assembled small motors is developed using artificial neural network (ANN) in this paper. It is consisted of sound sampling device and fault diagnosis software package. Six parameters are defined to characterize the sampled sound waves. The Levenberg-Marquardt Backpropagation (LMBP) Algorithm is used to diagnose the fault of assembled small motors. Experimental results for more than two hundred small motors verify the performance of the developed system.

Purpose : this purpose of this study is to research manual therapy of korea. Methods : This is literature study with books, articles, and web site for manual therapy of korea Results : Manual therapy of korea is prevention and treatment a disease with stimulated in body by hand. Manual therapy of korea include jiap, anma, chuna, body correction, massage and so forth. Conclusion : Manual therapy of korea has been developed by means of variety method and its scientific effects has been proven. Therefore, Manual therapy of korea must development as filed of physical therapy.

소프트웨어의 품질인증을 위해서는 소프트웨어의 특성에 맞는 평가 항목 및 평가 기준이 적절히 마련되어 있어야 하며, 이를 위해서는 해당 소프트웨어의 적합한 품질특성을 정의하고 검증된 척도를 사용하여야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 스토리지 관리 소프트웨어의 일반적인 품질특성을 분석하고 국제표준인 ISO/IEC 9126을 바탕으로 한 품질평가 항목을 제시한다.

The purpose of this study is to develop landslide susceptibility analysis techniques using artificial neural network and apply the newly developed techniques for assessment of landslide susceptibility to study areas, Yongin. Landslide locations detected from interpretation of aerial photo and field survey, and topographic, soil and geological maps of the Yongin area were collected. The data of the locations of land-slide, slope, soil texture, topography and lithology were constructed into spatial database using GIS. Using the factors, landslide susceptibility was analyzed by artificial neural network methods. The results of the analysis were verified using the landslide location data. The validation results showed satisfactory agreement between the susceptibility map and landslide location data.

최근 자연의 기능성 표면이 갖는 특성을 모방하고, 이를 과학 기술에 적용하는 연구가 세계적으로 증가하는 추세다. 특히, 초발수 표면은 여러 산업 분야에서 많은 관심을 받고 있으며, 그 활용 분야도 다양하다. 초발수 특성의 광범위한 응용을 위해서, 우리는 최적화된 표면 구조를 효율적으로 제작할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 제작 공정에 따라 만들 수 있는 표면의 형태를 찾아보고 격자 기체 기반의 몬테카를로 방법을 사용하여 제작 공정에 따른 표면의 초발수 특성을 살펴보았다. 각 공정을 통해 제작된 표면의 초발수 특성을 비교하고, 가장 그 특성이 좋은 구조 및 제작 공정을 제시하였다.

3상 4선식 배선 라인에서 중성선이 탈락할 경우 부하측의 중선선에 연결된 일부의 부하측 전압은 급상승하게 되고 이로 인한 피해가 많으므로 본 연구에서는 배전라인의 점검시 또는 접촉 불량에 의하여 발생할 수 있는 중성선의 탈락을 순간 감지하고 이를 보상하여 별도로 중성선을 생성하여 새로운 중성선을 순간 제공함으로서 중성선 탈락에 의한 피해를 최대한 억제하고자 하는 것이다. 이로 인하여 부하측의 전압상승에 의한 전기적 재해를 사전에 미리 예방이 가능한 효과도 있게 된다.

Recently, electronic personal dosimeters based upon silicon PIN photodiode or miniature GM tube were developed and have attracted a lot of attention because of the advantages of their nature such as indication of dose rate and the cumulative dose, and facilitation of record keeping. In this paper, we have developed a high-sensitivity electronic personal dosimeter with silicon PIN photodiode. The electronic personal dosimeter is constructed with silicon PIN photodiode, preamplifier, and shaping amplifier. To show the effectiveness of electronic personal dosimeter, we conducted nuclear radiation experiments using $\gamma$-ray Ba-133, Cs-137, and Co-60. The electronic personal dosimeter have a good linearity on $\gamma$-ray energy and activity.

원자력발전에 사용되는 모든 제어시스템은 성능뿐만 아니라 신뢰성과 안전성이 매우 중요시되고 있다. 국내에서 제작되고 있는 경수로형 원자력발전소 제어봉 구동장치 또한 이런 성능시험 및 평가를 위해 전량 외국에서 이루어져 왔으며, 많은 경제적 비용이 지불되어 왔다. 국내에서 제어 구동장치의 자체 성능시험을 위해 가동중인 원자력발전소의 시스템과 동일한 조건에서 시험할 수 있는 시험장치를 개발하였다. 시험장비를 국산화함으로써 비용절감과 다양한 실험으로 우수한 제품개발에 크게 이바지할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
