Two species of Pyralinae, Hypsopygia iwamotoi Kirpichnikova & Yamanaka, 1995, and Synaphe amuralis (Hampson, 1900), are reported for the first time from China. The adults and genitalia of the species are redescribed and illustrated.

연변은 길림성 동남부에 위치하고 있고 토지면적이 4.27만 평방키로미터이며, 대만에 비해 크다. 비록 면적이 동북아의 0.5%밖에 차지 못하지만 동북아 지역에서 매우 중요한 위치를 차지하고 있다.

Cave survey is close relate to the culture and environment of the Area. And the Korean culture and the skeleton of the spirits are very similar to that of continent. in this paper some caves are studied and find the close relationship between the present culture and the past cultures.

1. 동복아시아는 세계 4대 경제권 중 중국, 일본의 2대 경제권이 포함되는 중요한 지역이다. 동복아시아의 2대 경제권을 연결하는 중요한 위치를 차지하는 한국의 경우, 세계화와 더불어 중국과의 교역에 있어 황해중심의 중추적 역활을 담당할 지역으로서, 그동안 소외되었던 서남부의 광주가 부각되고 있다. 한편 중국의 북동부의 연길 또한 주목해야 할 지역이다.(중략)

This paper uses 192 urban data in 1990-2005, and Carlino model, estimate urban agglomeration economies, that is urbanization economies. The results of estimation of urban agglomeration economies suggests that the h value of 145 urban bigger than 1, and h value of 47 urban smaller than 1, that is most of urban has the positive urbanization economies. But the regional disparity is serious, Eastern region's urban agglomeration is obvious, and North-eastern region's urban agglomeration economies is not obvious, appears urban disagglomeration economies. For analyzing the relation between urban agglomeration economies and urban scale, this paper tested the function of urban agglomeration economies. The results suggests that urban agglomeration economies and urban scale has not the inverse U-type function.

본 논문에서는 향후 남한의 예비력 중대방안으로 동북아 지역 (러시아, 중국, 몽고, 북한, 한국, 일본)의 지역의 전력계통연계선로의 구성 및 동북아 지역의 계절별 패턴을 고려한 조류계산을 수행하여 전력수급의 분포도를 파악하고자 한다. 특히 한반도 전체의 전력수급을 고려하여 볼 때 남-북한의 수도권 및 영남 지역의 두 지역은 향후 계속적인 전력 수요의 증가로 인한 발전력의 부족상태가 계속되리라 여겨지며, 이러한 문제의 해결방안으로 북한의 신포지역에 2,000MW KEDO 경수로를 건설하여 공급하는 방안이 있겠으나 현재 여러 가지 정치적 상황으로는 건설을 중단하게 되었다. 이러한 정치적 상황의 변화로 다른 대안이 필요하게 되었다. 이들 중의 하나가 극동러시아나 시베리아 및 중국 그리고 일본과의 연계에 의한 예비력을 확보하는 방안이 될 것이다. 본 논문에서는 동북아 지역과 연계를 할 수 있는 가능한 지역을 고려하여 연계선로를 구성하고 계절별 효과를 고려한 조류계산을 실시하여 연계 시 융통전력의 분포도를 연구하고자 한다.

We report a species of the tribe Eucosmini belonging to the family Tortricidae for the first time from China: Semnostola magnifisa (Kuznetsov) and add four species for the Northeast Chinese fauna: Ancylis badiana (Denis et Schifferm$\"{u}$ller), Blastethia turionella (Linnaeus), Eucosma aemulana (Schl$\"{a}$ger), and Sillybiphora devia Kuznetsov. Also Rhopalovalva grapholitana (Caradja) is recorded for the first time from the Province Heilongjiang. Adults and genital characteristics for species are redescribed and illustrated. All available information for their host plants and distributional ranges are given.

1991년 한국에서 열렸던 밀리미터파 및 적외선천문학에 관한 동북아시아지역 Workshop에서의 합의에 근거하여, 장래의 동북아시아천문대와 동북아시아 지역에 있어서의 당면적인 국제협력관계를 만들어가기 위하여, 중국오지에서의 지상관측을 위한 1차 부지탐사를 1993년 9월에 대만, 일본, 중국, 한국의 4개국 합동으로 추진하였다. 천문학은 본래 지극히 국제적인 과학이며, 따라서 국제협력없이는 앞으로 나아가지 않는다. 그러나, 과거의 여러 사정에 의해 현재 정상적인 협력관계에 놓여있지 않는 대만, 일본, 중국, 한국이 동북아시아 제국 공통의 최신의 관측소를 가지고서는 상호간에 밀접하게 천문학연구를 진행해 나가기 위한 하나의 꿈이 곧 동북아시아천문대라고 할 수 있다. 동북아시아천문대는 이 지역에서의 천문학의 공통적인 활동장소를 만들어나가는 것을 지향하고 있다. 즉, 여러 나라의 연구자들끼리 자연적으로 밀접한 교류를 행해 나가는 가운데, 천문학을 발전시켜나가는 센터를 만들고자 하는 것이다. 그러므로 여기서 계획하고 있는 부지탐사는 이러한 꿈을 실현해 나가기 위한 첫걸음이라고 할 수 있다. 현재 가시광, 적외선, 밀리미터파, 서브밀리미터파를 막론하고, 지상관측에 있어서 요구되는 조건은 모두 같다고 하겠다. 날씨가 좋고, 건조하여 수증기양이 적으며, 공기의 흔들림이 적고, 인간의 활동에 지장이 없을 정도의 높이와 교통편이 좋을 것 등을 들 수 있다. 그러므로 이번 1차부지탐사에서는 연간일조시간이 3000시간 이상에 달하는 후보지에 대한 대기의 종합적인 측정을 행하며, 아울러 가능하다면 적절한 장소에 소형의 적외선 및 서브밀리미터파의 망원경을 두는 공동계획을 구체화한다.ofile occurs along north-south direction there are a few peaks in most line profiles, and these indicate that there not multiple velocity components along the line of sight. Distributions of excitation temperah at and column density which were estimated from the excitation calculations show the existence of a small(IxEpc),hot(Tex> SOK) core which contains two tempegatlue peaks at -15" east and north of MDS. The column density of HCaN is (1-3):n1014cm-2. Column density at distant position from MD5 is larger than that in the (:entral region.
