This study generally compared and investigated cement type and quality of China and Korea. Cement in Korea is divided into five such as ordinary, high early strength, moderate heat, low heat and sulfate resistance portland cement. However cement in China is divided into portland cement($P{\cdot}I,\;P{\cdot}II$) and ordinary portland cement($P{\cdot}O$) with admixture displacement ratio and it is again divided into 6 level and 7 level with 28 days compressive strength. In addition China classified cement into several standards, such as Mgo, SO3,, igloss, blame, setting time, stability, strength, alkali and sampling test. Therefore it should be careful to conclude so quickly without right understanding whether quality of China cement is bad or good. The better way to evaluate China cement is synthetically understanding a value engineering and consumer awareness.

The first successful case of a CM application in Shanghai, China in 1993 presented its possibility. According to the State Council's 'Investment system reformation', in 2004, more than 40 sub-provincial divisions in China were increased the productivity of construction by the CM application. It is predicted that CM will be utilized as a technical management method at government's plan, which raises the urbanization level more than 60% through the construction industry by 2020. However, compared with increasing CM demands, there are no complete evaluation criteria of CM in china. For instance, 26 areas in china arrange criteria individually, so. Therefore, it is necessary to establish integrated evaluation criteria on the basis of regional ones. This research will draw the evaluation criteria of selecting for the China CM Corporation in order to vitalize CM system.

Confucian ideologies formed a unique spatial order in the spatial composition of seowon architecture. Confucian scholars viewed ancient China as the ideal society, so they tried to apply the "Myochim" theory, the architectural system of the time, to the Joseon society. However, it was not easy to apply ancient architectural ideas in Joseon in the 16th century. Therefore, various opinions were presented by scholars to establish the relationship between Joseon alone. Unlike the Ki-ho school application of this theory, the construction of Seowon was done according to ancient principles from a practical standpoint, there were fewer experiments for actual application in Yeong-nam school. This was a pragmatic attitude that presupposes a clear difference between the ancient Chinese system and the reality of Joseon in the 17th century.

Purpose: The ward division is a representative part of the hospital, where a variety of user activities are performed. Users can be broadly categorized as patients and carers, visitors, and medical staff (doctors and nurses). The relationship between these two is a major issue with ward planning as the patient's place of life centers around the hospital room and the task of the clinical workforce centers around the nursing station (NS). Against this backdrop, the study divides the ward units of the General Hospital of China into patient areas, medical team areas, supply areas, and public domain, with the focus on the ward areas affecting most significantly in the hospital patients. Methods: The theoretical advance studies of the standard ward unit are identified by the associated guidelines, articles, and documentation. Results: This study is a summary analysis of relevant regulations, reference literature, and drawing data from the target hospital. Further work is expected to be undertaken, including further surveys and observational surveys, to produce more detailed results. Implications: It is expected that the research in this paper will provide an effective reference for the future research of China General Hospital Ward department, so as to promote and improve the work system of China General Hospital Ward department.
The tombs at the royal level of the Western Han dynasties belong to the five kingdoms of Chu, Liang, Lu, Zhongshan and Changyi, representing the new forms and ideas of the tomb architecture. Taking Shanchuwang Tomb in BeidongShan, Xuzhou as an example, this paper analyzes the architectural structure and symbolic significance of the tomb, and tries to discuss the concept of burial reflected in it.The analysis of the structure of the main body of the tomb reveals the basic logic of the tomb imitating the palace on the ground, and the definition of the nature of the annex reflects its transcendence over the general form of the tomb.
