Air-void Analysis of Deteriorated Jointed Concrete Pavement Using Concrete Core Specimen (코어 시편을 이용한 열화된 줄눈콘크리트 포장의 공극구조 분석)

  • This study was conducted to estimate deterioration reason of jointed concrete pavement. Image analysis tests were performed according to ASTM C 457 using concrete core specimens. Durability factors were estimated according to spacing factor, which is related with air content and air-void information. Test results show that spacing factors of most specimens were estimated above 250$\mu$m so that investigated concrete pavement has the problem of freeze and thawing resistance.

  • This study is to confirm the integration performance of joints according to the method of applying the super retarding agent. When the super-delay system was applied, the integration performance was found to decrease somewhat on the 7th day of age. In the case of the 28th of age, it was found that the integration performance is improved. When a diluent is injected and a super delay agent is sprayed, shear bond strength is the highest.

  • This study attempted to derive an appropriate application range by reviewing the integration performance of joints according to the application range of SRA concrete. As a result, it was confirmed that the integration performance was improved even if SRA concrete was placed only by 75mm, which is 0.5 times the thickness of the member.
