With widespread use of information technologies the importance of information security has been heightened. Security policies which deal with fundamental direction of information security are critical elements of information security management. Numerous studies have been conducted on users' intention to comply security policies. They were based on various theoretical foundations and the theory of planned behavior(TPB) was the most frequently used. This research employed one of the quantitatively synthesizing meta-analytic techniques called Two-Stage Structural Equation Modeling to investigate factors influencing information security policy compliance behavior based on TPB. Analysis results indicated that all three factors of TPB were significantly influencing the behavioral intention. Moreover, the overall fit indices of structural model exhibited satisfactory level.

In this study, the purpose of the study was to verify the relationship between the company's construction safety management system and workers' safety consciousness and safety observance behavior. A survey of 357 workers was conducted and a statistical analysis was performed using the SPSS 25.0 program. As a result, the following main results were obtained: First, it was found that supervisor's capability, inner construction safety management, construction safety education, and construction disaster evaluation have significant effects on the worker's safety consciousness. Second, it was revealed that the worker's safety consciousness had a significant positive effect on the safety observance behavior. Third, it was shown that supervisor's capability, inner construction safety management, construction safety education, and construction disaster evaluation have significant effects on safety observance behavior. In addition, this study confirmed that the management supervisor's ability to handle safety at the work site is the most important factor in safety management in order to enhance the worker's safety consciousness and safety observance behavior.

Recently organizations are implementing strict security policies and technologies to minimize security incidents. However, strict information security can cause work stress of employees and can make it difficult to achieve security goals. The purpose of this study is to present the preconditions for mitigating the negative impact of security-related work stress. We conducted a questionnaire survey of employees working in the financial industry and secured a total of 266 samples. The test of the research hypothesis was carried out by structural equation modeling. As a result, work stress had a negative effect on compliance intention, and value congruence reduced work stress. Also, security feedback had a moderating effect on the relationship between research factors. The results have theoretical and practical implications for mitigating work stress of employees.

Socially, organizations are required to effectively manage their information resources, both in terms of acquiring information from external sources and safeguarding against potential breaches by insiders. While information security policies and technologies implemented by organizations contribute to achieving internal security, an overly complex or disorganized security structure can create uncertainty among employees. In this study, we identify factors of structural information security (IS)-related uncertainty within organizations and propose that they contribute to non-compliance. We develop a research model and hypotheses based on previous studies on the information security environment and test these hypotheses using structural equation modeling. Our findings indicate that uncertainties related to IS policy, technology, and communication decrease employees' IS role identity and their intention to comply with IS measures. By addressing these uncertainties, organizations can improve their IS environment and work towards achieving there is goals.

The purpose of this study identifies the patterns of students' learning motivation profiles on entrepreneurial educational motivation among a sample of university students from one of the Korean national university(n=614). This study also examines the relationship between students' learning motivation profiles and entrepreneurial intention and types of entrepreneurship. In order to explore the types of leaning motivation profiles, a latent profile analysis was employed. Result from LPA revealed five distinct types of learning motivation profiles fit the data best, and these five profiles are compared with students' entrepreneurial intentions and types of entrepreneurship. Results showed that Profiles (profile 5 and 4-high goal orientation) are associated with the higher level of entrepreneurial intention. Regarding the type of entrepreneurship, the majority of all students are interested in individual and co-entrepreneurship with friend regardless of the patterns of profiles.

Information security has been a major concern in organizations. The longstanding question of how to improve employees security behaviors and reduce human errors remains unanswered and requires further exploration in the information security domain. To do this, we propose a risk compensation theory-based model and examine the model. Research results shows that the relationships between information security countermeasures and information security compliance intention of employees are moderated by system vulnerability. However, the finding is contrary to the previously held risk compensation assumption and deserve further study. In addition, system quality does not play a moderator role in the relationship. Conclusions and implications are discussed.

This study aimed to analyze the degree of consumers' expectations for their performance and efforts in using overseas direct purchase, impact of overseas direct purchase on the society, and effect of price value to their intention to use overseas direct purchase in the future. In addition, the significance of overseas direct purchase on the user-perceived availability is empirically analyzed. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and price value showed significantly positive effect on the intention to use overseas direct purchase in the future. With respect to the perceived availability in using overseas direct purchase, it was found out that effort expectancy and price value had significantly positive effect; however, it appeared that performance expectancy and social influence had no significant effect on the perceived availability of the users.

The unprecedented pandemic caused by the COVID-19 has led to a massive global public health campaign to slow the spread of the virus. Thus, this study examines the importance of individual's prevention behavior intention by adapting health belief model(HBM). In addition, we added social variables to understand the prevention behavior better considering the situation in which collective behaviors are important. The online survey results(N=298) showed that higher level of perceived severity, perceived susceptibility, perceived benefits, perceived peril, perceived social norms and lower level of perceived responsibility led to higher prevention behavior intention. Peril was the most influential factor among all the variables. In addition, perceived severity and social norms followed after that. Additional analysis also implied that socio-HBM model we proposed better explained the prevention behavior intention than traditional HBM.

Recently, personal information leakage incidents with increased usage of mobile services are increasing. Personal information leakage incidents can have a significant impact on an individual's mobile banking services. Accordingly, we examine relationships among individual's psychological characteristics, intention and behavior regarding compliance in an individual's perception on personal information leakage incidents in mobile banking contexts. In this study, for explaining our research model and understanding with personal psychology and behavior in mobile banking contexts, we adopted two theories, theory of interpersonal behavior and stimulus-response theory. We collected the 55 data using online surveyor and then analyzed structural equation model in order to find causal relationships among research variables. The results of this study should be useful to the mobile banking services companies in promoting service users to follow the information privacy policies.

현재, 한.미 ROU 협상당시 의도했던 목적은 이미 달성되었다. 우리나라는 WTO 정부조달협정에 가입하여 협정을 준수하고 있으며, WTO 정신에 입각하여 통신장비 조달도 공개, 공정, 비차별 원칙에 따라 운영하고 있다. 양허대상 통신사업자인 한국통신의 경우, 1997년 10월부터 출자전환과 함께 조달시장이 전면 개방됨에 따라 전세계 모든 공급업체에 비차별, 내국민대우를 보장하고 있다. 또한 한.미 ROU에 명시된 바와 같이 한국이 WTO 정부조달협정에 가입함으로서 한.미 ROU에서 배제조건을 충족시키고 있다. 더불어 현재 KT의 정부지분은 100% 민간에 매각되어 완전하게 민영화되었다. 그럼에도 불구하고 한.미 ROU는 WTO 정부조달협정으로 대체되거나 종료되지 않고 있어 양허대상인 통신사업자는 한.미 ROU의 본래의 취지와는 달리 경영의 자율성 침해와 조달의 비효율성 증가로 인하여 많은 추가비용을 지불하고 있다. 따라서 본 고는 국내통신사업의 발전과 규제완화라는 측면에서 정부조달협정 중에서 가장 파급효과가 큰 한.미 ROU의 개정협상을 위한 방향을 모색해 보았다.
