TRS를 이용한 선박위치 자동발신장치 적용방안에 대한 연구

  • 선박관제시스템(VMS)는 최근 선박에서 도입되어 설치된 선박자동식별장치(AIS)에 의해 많은 정보를 획득하여 처리하고 있으나 AIS가 미설치된 소형선박, 어선 및 기타선박들에 대해 지속적으로 설치를 확대하고 있다. 특히 항계 내의 선박들의 주 통신시스템인 VHF 무선전화기는 항내에 입출항 중인 모든 선박들이 사용하기 때문에 통화 교신량의 폭주로 원활한 통신이 힘들어지고 또한 선박자동식별장치의 데이터 통신채널 또한 VHF이므로 class A 선박들도 동적 데이터의 누락현상이 발생하고 class B 선박들도 지역적으로 데이터 폭주현상이 발생하는 것으로 평가되고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 연안에서 운항하고 있는 모든 선박들을 모니터링하기 위해 소형선 및 심지어 어선들까지 선박자동식별장치의 설치를 유도하고 있는 실정이므로 통신채널의 폭주현상에 따른 데이터 누락현상은 더욱 심해질 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 주파수공용방식(TRS: Trunk Radio System)의 통신시스템을 이용한 선박위치 자동발신장치에 적용방안을 제안하고 그 활용성을 입증하고자 한다.

  • Radiocommunication systems is very useful method to configure the unified command communication system in case of the disasters. Currently Korea's radiocommunication network against the disasters is operating with TETRA system. This system is very powerful with multifunction to apply in the disaster situation. However, Korea's disaster radiocommunication system is so important to keep and maintain survivability. Therefore this paper study on the alternate systems to TETRA system.

Estimating the Economic Value of Radio Spectrum for Trunked Radio System (주파수 공용통신 용도 주파수의 경제적 가치 측정)

  • The Ministry of Science and ICT recently announced its policy direction that involves charging the economic value of radio spectrum for promoting its efficient usage. According to the policy, there will be much efforts to estimate the economic values of various usages of radio spectrum. In this study, the economic value of radio spectrum is estimated for trunked radio system(TRS) by employing the least cost alternative methodology. The proposed methodology estimates the value of radio spectrum according to the cost of an alternative that can be employed for providing the same service. The value of radio spectrum for TRS was determined on the basis of the cost associated with the provision of TRS through the LTE network, wherein the value of radio spectrum for TRS comprises the LTE network cost, capital expenditure for the LTE service, subsidy for the LTE handset, and compensation cost for migration. Results obtained from this study can aid in calculating the economic values of radio spectra for other services and applications.

  • 최근 들어 무선통신 특히 주파수공용시스템은 산업용 이동통신서비스를 가장 효율적으로 수행할 수 있는 무선통신방식으로 각광받고 있다. 국내에서는 주파수 자원의 부족과 지속적으로 증대되는 산업용 이동통신 수요를 충족시키기 위해 TRS 의 도입과 확산이 활발해지고 있으며, 금년말로 예정되어 있는 TRS디지털 제2전국사업자 선정을 앞두고 업계의 관심이 증폭되고 있다. 이에 현재 TRS업무에 종사하고 있거나 TRS에 대해 알고자 하는 독자층을 대상으로 구체적인 기술사항을 논의하기보다는 일반적 이해의 폭을 넓히는 방향으로 서술했다.

  • In this study, we developed E.C.G telemetry system by using a digital communication method. This system is composed of a number of Ambulatory Telemetry System(ATS)'s that use for the same frequency and one center monitoring system(CMS) utilized the personal computer. The purpose of the ATS is, Therefore, to present for acqusition ECG data and transmitting to CMS. The ATS hardware is based on one chip microprocessor (8096) included A/D convert, ECG pre amplifier, ID-decoder, TRX Gateway and FM TRX module. Using the PC can be convinet to processing and deposite for long terms continued patient data.

LTE-R LinkBudget Analysis for channels interference in the case of sharing the Integrated Public Network Frequency (통합공공망 주파수 공용 환경에서의 LTE-R 링크버짓 분석)

  • Korea Railway is enhancing the railway wireless communication system from VHF and TRS which have been used for 100 years to LTE-R starting with Ministry of Science and ICT's allocation of Integrated Public Network Frequency on December 2014. LTE-R has advantages on technology performance, also on ease of evolution based on standardization compared to existing technologies. However there are few problems that need to be solved to provide stable railway wireless services in the future. Due to national spectrum policy, LTE-R has frequency interference with Integrated Public Networks (PS-LTE, LTE-M ) and UHD-TV which was commercialized in 2017. This paper introduces performance changes caused by interferences which were founded from the test bed in Wonju~Gangneung LTE-R project and the result of RAN-Sharing. In addition, this paper suggests the standard for LTE-R cell planning in the case of sharing the Integrated Public Network Frequency by analyzing the changes of designed link-budget factor based on the test result.
