장수명 공동주택을 대상으로 한 전통디자인요소의 현대화방안에 관한 연구 - 실내공간구성을 위한 가변요소를 중심으로 - (The Research of Plans for Modernization in the traditional design factors, Aimed at Long Life Housing - Focused in the Infill System for Composition of Indoor Space -)

  • This research is aimed at the development of Long Life Housing, which can realize sustainable construction and environment. It also promotes practical use of Long Life Housing with evaluation of the field application through Mockup House. This research is one of the important tools to realize Long Life Housing and deducts various traditional design's element technology to cope with demands of change of life cycle and style of residents. this study set three elements of plans for modernization in the traditional design factors that opening, wall and bottom as space composition elements of interior facts. first, Jang-ji wall and storage wall system separated from elements of wall that applied modernize elements of the wall. second, element of opening was restructure swing-lift-up opening system into modernize. third, maru and toet-maru system separated from elements of bottom that was applied modernize elements of the bottom. each elements segregation with four types as basic type, separate type, movable type and mixed type. This research make a proposal of plans for modernization in the traditional design factors, aimed at Long Life Housing through these four types blend. In addition, it points to promote realization of the sustainable 'Korea-style Long Life Housing' through modernization.

  • 최근, 미국에서 발생한 주택담보대출시장 비우량대출 부실로 인한 세계 금융위기에 따라, 우리나라 주택시장 또한 침체를 겪고 있다. 이에 대한 대응으로 정부는 주택 수요 활성화를 위한 다양한 규제 완화 정책을 시도 하고 있다. 특히, 주택담보대출비율(LTV) 및 총부채상환비율(DTI) 와 같은 주택담보대출 기준의 완화를 통해 주택수요 및 주택 거래의 활성화를 기대하고 있으며, 2차 주택담보대출시장을 활성화하여 주택 수요의 지속적인 발생을 유도하고자 한다. 그러나 이러한 정책은 비우량 대출 부실로 시작된 세계 금융위기에 역행하는 시도가 될 수 있다. 이러한 상황에서, 시장에 대한 예측은 대부분 단편적인 시각으로 이루어지고 있어, 향후 주택시장의 변화에 대한 종합적이고 체계적인 예측 방법론에 대한 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는, 주택시장 및 주택담보대출시장을 구성하는 기본 요소를 바탕으로 통합된 관점의 주택시장 시스템다이내믹스 연구 모형을 작성한다. 또한, 연구 모형을 통해 정부의 주택담보대출 규제완화가 시장 참여자에 미치는 영향을 알아본다. 이는 수요 자극을 통해 침체된 주택시장의 주택거래 활성화 효과를 기대하고 있으나, 제 2 주택담보대출 시장의 형성 및 부실 파생상품 생성 가능성을 높일 위험을 갖고 있다.

전통주택 사랑대청의 우물마루 구성요소에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Wumul-maru Components of Sarang-taechong in traditional Houses)

  • The purpose of this study was the wumul-maru components of Sarang-taechong with themselves in traditional houses. Physical trace method was used for this study. The samples were taken from the Sarang-taechong of 6 traditional Korean houses, Yunkyungdang, the ancient Chusa estate, Sunkyojang, Chunghyodang, Yangjindang, Unjoru. The major findings were summarized as follows; 1) Regarding to the changgui't'ul(long board); the number was from 0(minimum) to 3(maximum), the size was $244.3{\times}4407.1mm$ on average, and the proportion was 1:18.9. 2) Regarding to the tongguit'ul(center board); the number was from 5(minimum) to 18(maximum), the size $188.7{\times}2374mm$ on average, and the proportion was 1:12.9. 3) Regarding to the marunol; the number was from 42(minimum) to 155(maximum), the size was $247{\times}574mm$ on average and the proportion was 1:2.29.

  • This Study is about the check-List composition for 'Low carbon green growth' of Long-life housing. That utilization for required the check-list composition at Sustainable building strategies and Design methods. That for long life housing, sustainable building strategies part of building construction and interior, the proper foundation for legislative system, maintenance methods with in building life cycle, sustainable and green architecture capability realization prepare for connection plan with 'Low carbon-green growth'. Extracting from elements of Architectural planing answer to basic concept of Low carbon-green growth and aimed at Low carbon scheme for energy saving, green growth scheme for environmental conservation as to each application purpose reconstitute by classify Check-list category about elements of Architectural planing. Through this architectural research deduce elements of architectural planing that can be research utilization with in Check-list composition.

지속가능한 저탄소 장수명 공동주택구현을 위한 시스템 체크리스트 구성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Organization of System Checklist for the Realization of the Sustainable Low-carbon Long-life Housing)

  • To propose the evaluation criteria of substantial sustainable low-carbon long-life housing, this study subdivided an existing planning item composed of the simple enumeration type by coding system of high/middle/low classification according to the core technology, and it was subdivided by a total 203 piece item. In other words, it subdivided 4 divisions by apartment unit, building, park and equipment, and classified elemental technology and system were divided by passive/active elemental technology and system according to the design process of long-life housing. Besides that, this paper presents the restructure results of checklist with quantitative criteria that classified by the weighting factor and compatibility between law system and current planning criteria in domestic long-life housing.

태풍 Maemi에 의한 3-second gust가 경상남도에 미치는 최대 피해액 산정 (An Evaluation of the Maximum Damage Cost in Gyeongsangnam-do by Typhoon Maemi's 3-second gust)

  • 본 연구에서는 우리나라에 적합한 재해예측모형을 구축하기 위하여 중해상도(10km)의 입력 자료를 이용하여 태풍에 의해 지상에 발생 가능한 3-second gust를 추정하였다. 중해상도 입력자료의 구축은 경상남도(부산광역시 포함) 시 군 구 단위의 행정구역으로 구분하였으며, 추정된 3-second gust를 이용하여 건물의 주요구성 요소별로 피해 확률을 구한 뒤, 발생 가능한 최대피해액을 산정하였다. 태풍 Maemi에 의한 최대강풍 피해액은 여러 주택유형 중에서도 '대표주택' 유형의 경우 약 6천억 원으로 분석되었다. 비교적 내륙에 위치한 지역에서는 적은 피해액을, 해안가에 위치한 지역에서는 많은 피해액을 나타내며, 부산광역시에서 피해액이 높은 구 군의 경우 경상남도 시 군의 평균적인 피해액과 비슷한 것으로 보아 부산이 경상남도와 비교하여 면적으로는 작지만 태풍에 의한 강풍에 매우 취약함을 알 수 있다.

공동주택 진입공간의 사회.문화적 특징에 관한 연구 (The study on the social and cultural Characteristic of Entry Space in an Apartment Building)

  • The purpose of this study is to stand assembly the meaning and function of entry space with analysing their social and cultural characteristic. The entry space is the linkable place between inner space and out space, and that is the transition place to be experienced two opposing characteristic. Till now the entry space has not taken effect as symbol needed to the resident and observer, and that has been a tendency to shrink as the minimal sign of entrance. So thus, it is in need of studying the entry space's specific and characterizing structurally as expanded function. For the purpose, this study define newly the meaning, function and composition of entry space in an apartment building, and try to find how to reinforce a resident identity. This study propose justification that the entry space isn't boxing space minimally but enforcing symbol presented clearness of composition and vital character.

농촌형 공동주택의 사회적 함의와 공간구성 요소에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Social Implication and Spatial Composition Factor of Rural Apartment Housing)

  • This study examined the present condition and problems of rural apartment house through documentary survey and considered the social necessity and concept of rural apartment housing. The aim of this study is to suggest the social necessity and spatial composition factor of rural apartment housing. The results of this study are as follows. First, rural apartment houses are generally adjacent to production and natural environments, and tend to be constructed in small complex of 50 households or less with the lack of convenient facilities. Second, the ultimate goal of rural apartment housing plans is to improve the livability, community, sustainability and rurality on the basis of the basic direction of rural areas. Third, it is necessary to install storages within the apt. complex and secure a buffer zone where people can wash their hands before entering the houses. Fourth, rural apartment housing should adopt the space components of auxiliary facilities including storages for agricultural products and farming appliances, common workshops, field attached to home, and washrooms in consideration of the conditions of rural areas different from urban apartment housing.

  • 본 논문에서는 공동주택의 승강기 설비에서 경보 처리 방법을 신경회로망을 적용하여 감시제어의 효율을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 제안된 방법은 역전파 알고리즘의 누가 역전파 알고리즘을 이용하여 다중 경보 발생에서 최소 경보요소를 추론하는데 사용하고 추론된 경보는 사전에 정의된 고장진단 지식베이스를 이용하여 설비 유지보수 정보를 화면에 전개하도록 구성하였다. 제안된 감시기법의 유용성을 확인하기 위하여 3가지의 가상시나리오를 통해서 신경회로망의 적용 가능성을 확인할 수 있었으며 공동주택에 적용한다면 유지보수 환경에 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

한옥의 공간구성과 주거공간 및 주택의장요소를 담은 아파트 단위세대 계획안 (The Plan for Apartment Unit containing the Space Organization, Residential Space and Housing Design Elements of Han-Ok)

  • This study focuses on the fact that the Korean traditional design application appears as one of the trends for a planning technique to express an apartment as a healthy, clean and environment-friendly dwelling recently. Focusing on this, this study tries to apply the characteristic of Han-Ok to an apartment unit plan more compositively beyond the fragmentary design application of existing preceding researches. To do this, the space organization, residential space and housing design elements of Han-Ok are deducted through preceding researches and case studies and proposes a plan by applying this to the apartment plan with a floor plan of about $132m^2$(40 pyeong). The apartment unit plan containing the characteristic of Han-Ok proposed in this study is planned based on the floor plan of about $132m^2$(40 pyeong) which is distributed the most in the city of Seoul. It has an advantage in terms that it can be individually applied not only when a construction firm progresses business anew carrying the banner for a Korean-style apartment but also an existing residents can apply through remodelling. Meanwhile, it has a limit that the diversified space sense and the advantage of an airy Han-Ok cannot be applied to many parts of the design due to the characteristic of an apartment of diverse height change. If a measure to secure constructability and economic feasibility while reflecting diverse differences of floor-level of an apartment can be prepared in follow-up researches, much more various advantages of Han-Ok can be put into the apartment design.
