모터전류를 기초로한 드릴마멸 모델링

  • 최근의 생산시스템은 FMS,FMC와 같은 고도로 자동화된 무인시스템으로 운용되고 있으며, 생산성 향상을 위한 무인운전의 필요성이 증대되고 있으나, 숙련된 작업자를 대신하여 작업상태를 감시하는 신뢰성 있는 감시 시스템의 부족으로 인해 곤란을 겪고 있다.따라서 작업자를 대신할수 있는 신뢰성있는 감시 시스템의 개발을 필요로 한다. 특히 공구파손,공구마멸과 같은 공구손상은 공작물 및 기계에 치명적 손상을 초래하고, 기계정지시간을 증가시키므로 공구파손 검출과 공구마멸의 실시간 센싱은 가공 프로세스의 자동화와 신뢰성을 증가시키는데 가장 중요한 역활을 수행한다. 본 연구에서는 드릴가공시 검출한 주축 및 Z축 모터전류를 기초로 하여 드릴마멸을 추정하는 모델을 개발하고자 한다.

  • In a high speed spindle system, it is very important to monitor the state of rotating rotor. Particularly in active control spindle system, the position sensor must provide feedback to the control system on the exact position of the rotor. In order to monitor the state of a high speed spindle exactly, High accuracy and wide frequency bandwidth of sensors are important. This paper describes the factors which has an effect on performances of inductive position sensor. We also report the experimental results that characterize the performances of the inductive position sensor.

  • In this study, a static and dynamic characteristics analysis system for machine tool spindle systems with 3 lobe sliding bearing is developed based on Timoshenko theory, finite element method and windows programming techniques. And the characteristics value of 3 lobe sliding bearing such as eccentricity ratio, attitude angle, friction coefficient , stiffness coefficients, damping coefficients and so on, are determined by using the thermal equilibrium conditions of spindle systems. Since the developed system has various analysis modules related to static deformation analysis, modal analysis, frequency responses analysis and so on, it can be utilized to perform systematically the design an devaluation process of spindle systems with 3 lobe sliding bearing under windows GUI environment.

  • 21세기 초고속 통신시스템 구축의 핵심 부품인 고정밀도의 광페룰(Fig. 1)의 수요는 획기적으로 증가할 것으로 전망된다. 전 세계 광페룰 생산량의 90% 정도를 일본에서 생산하고 있으며, 현재 국내 업체들도 일본산 가공설비를 대부분 도입하여 광페룰을 생산하고 있으나 품질 수준이나 생산량에서 아직 미미한 형편이다. 광페룰의 품질수준은 통신 품질의 향상 욕구에 따라 점점 높은 정밀도와 동심도가 요구되고 있으며 정밀도에 따른 가격의 차는 수배에 달하고 있다.(중략)

  • Recently, the motor-integrated spindle spindle systems have been used to simplify the machine tool structure, to improve the motion flexibility of machine tool, and to perform the high-speed machining. In this study, a static and dynamic analysis system for motor-integrated high-speed spindle systems is developed based on Timoshenko theory, finite element method and windows programming techniques. Since the system has various analysis modules related to static deformation analysis, modal analysis, frequency response analysis, unbalance response analysis and so on, it is useful in performing systematically the design and evaluation processes of motor-integrated high-speed spindle systems under windows GUI encironment.

  • In this study, a structural characteristics analysis system for motor-integrated high-speed spindle systems, “SpindleX”, is developed based on the Timoshenko theory and the multi-layered finite element method. Since “SpindleX” has the various analysis modules related to static deflection analysis, modal analysis, frequency response analysis, unbalance response analysis and so on, it is useful in performing systematically and quantitatively the design and evaluation processes of spindle system under the windows GUI environment. Also, to enhance the user-friendliness, “SpindleX” possesses the various additional functions such as the DXF file interface for auto-importing the shape and geometric data of spindle system from the DXF file, the bearing database for auto-importing the mechanical properties and geometric data of bearing by the bearing number, and the graphical visualization for certificating the imported and analysed data of spindle system.

  • This paper is focused on practical applicability of the optical fiber sensor considering the machine center which is going to use them. Optical fibers may be fluctuated because the machine center operates as column moving type. This causes distortion of the sensor output signal. To reduce this problem, we have improved the sensor structure and its bracket. And we evaluated performances of the sensor.

  • Main Spindle System has effect on performance of machine tools and working quality as well as is required of high reliability. Especially, it takes great importance in producing automobiles which includes a large number of working processes. However, main spindle unit in Machine tools are often cases where damage occurs do not meet the design life due to driving in harsh environments. This is when excessive maintenance and repair of machine tools or for damage stability has resulted in huge economic losses. Therefore, this studying propose a method of accelerated life test for diagnosing and prognosis the state of life assessment main spindle system. Time status monitoring of diagnostic data - through the analysis of the frequency band signals were carried out inside the main spindle bearing condition monitoring and fault diagnosis.

  • In a high speed spindle system, it is very important to monitor the operation of the spindle to prevent catastrophic damage to the system. Widely used sensors for monitoring are eddy-current and capacitive types. These sensors provide high accuracy of monitoring, but their steep prices lead to expensive high speed spindle system. The main god of our research is to develop technology to produce high speed spindle system utilizing magnetic bearings. As active magnetic bearings require position sensors for feedback control, a noncontact position sensor is bang developed as a part of this main goal. Once developed, it will contribute to affordable high speed spindle system. In this paper, we report the selection process of the sensor types and the experimental results with driving circuits.
