In this study I've analyzed the strategy and techniques of the welfare discourses of korean conservative newspapers based on the discourse theory. Emphasizing the political and social characteristics of the discourse, It is investigated the way that the conservative newspapers criticize against assertions for welfare increase and universal welfare and the way that produce social meaning on welfare. The study is focused on the discourse techniques like symmetrical contrasts, making new contexts, and formation of identity. The critical welfare discourses are structured according to symmetrical contrasts of welfare to the rationality, the morality, and the prospects for future. The elements of the discourses are reinforced by one another and were recontextualized to the new stories on welfare. The conservative newspapers had emphasized secession welfare from the politics, solving the problem of inefficiency of welfare administration. Regarding the technique of identification, the newspapers had treated people as owners and victims of welfare on the role of financing welfare expenditure. It is noteworthy the newspapers have began to call people separately according to generations and income class using finance.

This study analyzes how capital market comovement can affect investors' decision making. We first analyze time-varying correlation coefficient between stock indices of U.S.A. and Korea. and then, using our empirical results, attempt to draw implications on investors' behavior. We find that the tendency of comovement between Korea and U.S.A. equity returns has considerably increased after the financial crisis of late 1997. Through the analysis of investors' behavior, we find that foreign investors, contrary to ITC's (Investment Trust Company) and individual investors, buy more shares in Korean markets as American stock prices go up. Foreign investors employ dynamic hedging strategy and give more weight on global economic factors than domestic ones. Our empirical results as a whole imply that investment behavior of foreign investors is most closely related to comovement of U.S.A. and Korea capital markets.

Freudenthal의 수학화 이론에 대한 지금까지의 대부분의 연구는 이론의 탐색에 집중하고 이에 따른 학습 지도 방안과 자료개발에만 역점을 두었던 것이 그 한계점으로 지적되어져 왔다. 이에 본 연구자는 실제 이 이론이 어떻게 학습 현장에 적용될 수 있는지에 대해 첫째, Freudenthal의 수학화에 의한 도형 지도에서 학생이 어떻게 수학화를 이루어 가는지를 조사하였고, 둘째, 학습의 주체자인 학생들의 능동적인 활동을 강조한 수학화 과정에서 교수의 주체자인 교사는 학생들의 수학화가 원만히 이루어지게 하기 위하여 어떤 역할을 수행하게 되는지를 중학교 1학년 학생을 대상으로 사례연구를 실시하여 조사하였다.

This The purpose of this study is to propose a Technology Transfer Commercialization Model(TTC Model) that reflects the domestic background of R&D, technology transfer and its commercialization. This study outlines the existing technology commercialization model, examines the background of domestic technology transfer, presents TTC Model, and introduces the application of this model. As a result of this study, the TTC Model suggested the role of each participant in each stage and divided into the provider-led domain and the consumer-led domain. The use of this model can be applied to a technology provider in a way that progressively reduces its role. In the case of technology users, it can be used a corporate innovation model that gradually expands leading to commercialization and profit realization. This study is meaningful in that it clarifies the roles and the level of leadership of technology transfer entities.

최근 물류 분야는 국가나 기업의 가치창출의 핵심동력으로 인식되고 있다. 하지만 내륙운송의 경우 정보화시스템의 현대화 및 정보연계는 미진한 실정이다. 국가물류의 효율화를 위해서는 물류흐름상의 정보 단절을 방지하는 것이 중요하며, 각 주체별 물류정보 연계/통합의 필요성이 확산되고 있다. 본 연구는 국가물류 효율화를 위해 각 물류 주체별 정보 현황 및 정보 통합의 문제점을 살펴보고, 물류 정보 표준화 방향성을 제시하고자 한다.

Film is a visual art. A process of film totally depends on our sense of sight. It indicates that a way of delivering narrative in the film is "showing", not "telling". There has already been established theories about "who sees" and "who tells" in narratology. It explains who the narrator is and how the narrator delivers in literary works which is represented in terms of "Point-of View". Therefore the study contents construct internal formal elements of the narrator and point of view into 2 individual researches, and the result can be summed up as below. From a narratological perspective, the narrator has roles and deeds as a narrative mediator who mediates the story and leads the story as presenting the origin with images and voices in the text extra and intra world through the process of producing the narrative inferred. To eliminate ambiguousness the term 'point-of view', this article applies 'focalization' theory to analyze narrative structure of film. The result of analysis shows that there are three focalizers in film; director, protagonist-character and camera. And aspects of film can be varied by distance of each focalizer. These distances between focalizers limit amount of visual information.

In this study, the network formation process of personal actors in industries for the elderly was analyzed. This process is applied to the knowledge creation model of the SECI (Nonaka-Takeuchi learning cycle), that is socialization, externalization, combination, internalization. There are some kinds of opportunities to interact in these industries in the forms of field survey teams to overseas, some seminars and symposiums, many kinds of meetings, education and training programs, trade fairs and on-line forums. These palces(ba) - originating ba, interacting ba, cyber ba, exercising ba - played great roles in the formation of personal actor networks. Personal actors had opportunities to interconnect with distant actors through those places(ba). In the spatial perspective, personal actors could make face-to-face contact and build trust through temporary geographical proximity or temporary clusters with the help of personal mobility. Relations in the virtual spaces such as the Internet community did much toward building personal networks.

농촌개발에 관한 정책영역이 농촌공간 단위의 농업정책과 비농업정책을 포괄하는 방향으로 진행됨에 따라 관련된 농촌개발주체는 분산, 다기화되어 있다. 필리핀의 경우 농촌개발과 관련된 중앙정부의 관련부처는 상대적으로 세분화되어 있으며, NGO 등의 관련기구도 많은 편이다. 또한 필리핀의 지방행정계층의 수도 다른 나라에 비하여 상대적으로 많다. 이는 중앙정부 부처간, 중앙부처와 NGO 및 중앙정부와 지방정부간의 조정을 어렵게 하는 요인으로 작용한다. 한편, 지방정부 레벨에 있어서는 농촌개발과 관련된 관련주체간의 조정시스템에 관하여 지방정부법(1991)에 상세한 규정을 두고 있으나, 실제적인 작동의 면에서 한계를 가지고 있다. 특히, 필리핀의 농촌개발과 관련된 지방단위의 관련주체의 역량은 충분히 함양되지 못하고 있는 상황에서 주민과 NGO의 농촌개발에 대한 참여(민주성)를 매우 중시하고 있다. 필리핀 농촌의 발전을 위해서는 관련 주체들의 분산도를 감소시키고, 주체간의 통합성의 증진을 위한 노력이 필요하며, 관련 개별주체의 역량강화와 효율성에 입각한 조정체계의 정립과 전략이 절실히 요구되고 있다.

이동 주체의 전자 상거래 참여는 계약 문서나 결제 정보 교환 서비스에 대해 사용자 실체에 대한 증명과 교환 메시지의 사후 검증 수단을 요구하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이동 주체의 이동성에 따른 한계적 계산 능력 및 대역폭 사용을 고려하여 부분적으로 제 3의 신뢰 기관(Trusted Third Party, TTP)의 효율적인 참여 구조를 수용한 상호 공정 계약 프로토콜을 제안하였다. 본 논문에서는 기존 공정 계약 프로토콜에 대한 연구를 상거래 주체에 대한 이동성을 지원하기 위해 상호 공정 계약 프로토콜로 확장하였다. 제안한 프로토콜은 이동성에 대한 한계적 능력에 대해 해당 TTP와 공개키를 기반으로 거래 주체간의 상호 인증을 수행하도록 하였으며, 이러한 초기화를 수행한 이후 상거래 주체는 해당 인증 결과를 기반으로 주체간 상호 메시지 교환을 위한 공정 계약 프로토콜을 수행하도록 하였다. 또한 사전에 동의한 계약 과정 이외의 예외 상황 발생시 부분적 TTP의 참여를 허용하여 시스템의 대단위 계산 능력에 대한 효율성을 보장할 수 있다.

This study problematizes the youth‘s politico-cultural process of identification as becoming in the context of candle demonstration in Seoul, 2008. We examine their ethical subjectivity, communicative subjectivity and political subjectivity based on our analysis of depth interviews of teenage activists in the candle demonstrations. It is suggested that instead of naming the teens as the historical consequence of so-called 386 generation, or social product in the neo-liberal economic and educational conditions, we need to understand the complexities and dynamics of the youth’s practice of identity politics: subjective pain and anxiety in daily life, creation and sharing of pleasure and fun of peer group comunication are mixed into the pursuit of justice in their social activation of generation/gender politics.
