'출판및인쇄진흥법' 제정에 따른 출판 인쇄산업 발전방안에 관한 토론회가 문화광광부 주최로 지난 12일 오후 2시부터 4시까지 문화관광부 5층 대회의실에서 출판.인쇄산업 관련단체와 업계 및 학계 대표자 등 50여명이 참석한 가운데 개최됐다. 문화관광부는 이날 토론회와 '출판.인쇄산업 발전방향에 관한 제안서'를 토대로 출판.인쇄산업을 21세기 지식기반산업으로 21세기 지식기반산업으로 육성.지원하는 중장기 계획을 마련할 방침이다. 박광무 문화부 출판신문과장의 개회사에 이어 한기호 한국출판마케팅연구소장의 사회로 진행된 이날 토론회에서는 백원근 한국출판연구소 선임연구원이 '출판산업의 비전 및 발전방향'에 대해, 이창경 신구대학교 출판미디어과 교수가 '출판 전문인력 양성방안'에 대해, 유창준 대한인쇄문화협회 월간 프린팅코리아 편집국장이 '인쇄문화산업 진흥방안'에 대해, 김용문 세무사가 '출판.인쇄문화산업 발전을 위한 조세지원 방안'에 대해 각각 주제 발표를 했다. 이어 김기태 세명대 미디어창작학과 교수와 이기성 계원조형예술대 전자출판학과 교수, 이근순 피알아트닷컴 대표(신구대 겸임교수), 정대희 장안대 세무학과 겸임교수가 토론자로 참석, 열띤 토론을 벌였다. 다음은 주제 발표 내용을 요약 소개한다.

최근 들어 지구촌은 기상이변 등으로 인해 많은 인적, 물적 피해를 겪고 있습니다. 우리가 살고 있는 이 땅을 가꾸고 조각하는 건설인으로서 이러한 피해를 반복적으로 경험하고 있다는 것은 매우 부끄러운 일이기도 하지만, 한편으로는 우리가 나아가야 하는 기술개발의 방향을 암시하는 것이라고 할 수 있습니다. 우리나라도 이러한 피해에 자주 노출되다 보니 방재분야에 대한 관심이 점차 깊어지고 있습니다. 방재를 담당하는 전담기구도 조직되고 관련 제도 및 법령을 정비하기 위한 노력도 많아졌으며, 대학에서는 방재전문인력을 양성하려는 움직임도 있습니다. 물론 우리학회에서도 '재해대책기술위원회'가 새로이 조직되어 좀더 전문적으로 기술발전을 이끌어가고 있습니다. 그래서 올해에는 이러한 방재분야의 정보를 공유하고 발전시키기 위해 방재와 관련된 지반공학분야의 전문가들을 모시고 [지반공학 분야의 재해와 예방]이라는 주제로 특집내용을 기획하였습니다. 지반공학에서 다루고 있는 구조물들 중 방재대상으로 관리할 필요가 있는 터널분야, 사면분야, 댐분야 등 각 분야에서 발생하는 재해와 이를 해결해 나가려는 최신의 기술동향을 다루고자 합니다. 앞으로 다뤄지는 [지반공학 분야의 재해와 예방] 특집기사에 많은 회원 여러분의 관심을 부탁드립니다.

This study aims to analyze the current status of continuing education for academic librarians based on the records of education. For this purpose, the study investigated the academic librarian's preferences for the topics of continuing education in terms of regional and monthly differences using the 30,404 education records in university and college library statistics of Korean Education and Research Information Service (KERIS). The results shows that 'academic database system' and 'cataloging' were the most preferred topics, and there were topical differences between the academic librarians in university and college.

This study was conducted to identify instructor's experience on simulation education. The subjects were nine instructors in simulation education of EMT students. Data were collected through documents and in-depth interview from participants. It was analyzed by phenomenological method, using Colaizzi's method. The results of this study were as a follows. From the protocol, significant statements were organized into formulated meanings. The formulated meanings were identified 28 themes, 9 theme clusters, and 4 categories. The 4 categories were as follows; discomfort of forming the learning environment; burden of instructor's role; difficulty from insufficient education condition; possibility of new education. This study suggested that improvement of simulation education can be accomplished by providing opportunities to learn the simulation technology, using the pre-programmed scenarios, having technical support from specialist or additional operator, and adjusting the current paramedic curriculum.

Objective : The purpose of this study was to examine the roles and practices of occupational therapists in public health centers based on their working experience of occupational therapists who are working in these facilities. Methods : We used Giorgi's descriptive phenomenological research method. Six occupational therapists were interviewed, and their recorded data were analyzed using Claizzi's thematic analysis. Results : As a result, 4 categories, 16 themes, and 24 elements were elicited. The major roles of occupational therapists in public health centers were the evaluation of clients, home-visit occupational therapy, management of dementia programs and community connection projects. Interventions that are needed to create a healthy community include case and program management, compensatory approaches, and healthy lifestyle interventions. The difficulties experienced by occupational therapists include their limited number job insecurity, performance-oriented administrative policy, and the lack of communication among professionals. Occupational therapists require education in health management and practice in public health centers to build their capacities. Conclusion : The results of this study could be used for guidelines for occupational therapists who work in community healthcare centers, as well as basic training for competent occupational therapists in the community.

Community colleges are key constituents of higher education in Korea, along with four-year universities. The number of community colleges in Korea also holds significance. However, the main focus of the Master Plan for Library Development decisively lies in university libraries, with little consideration to the poor condition of community college libraries. This study aims to identify problems of community college libraries by conducting a document research on their current standing and, based on that, to present six policy proposals for government support. They are a) to develop library collections based on the school specialty, b) to build theme-oriented libraries, c) to facilitate cooperation between community college libraries, d) to reinforce capacities for library service, e) to improve legal status of community college libraries and develop an evaluation index, f) and to estimate demand and evaluate service quality.

This phenomenological study aims to explore Nursing Students' Experiences who have experienced team-based learning (TBL). The purpose of this study is to contribute to fostering professional nurses required in the clinical field by improving the learning outcomes by applying the TBL classes. The study participants were seven students of the nursing department who took TBL classes in adult nursing classes. The data were collected through participating observations and in-depth interviews, and analyzed using Colaizzi's phenomenological methods. As a result of the study, nine conceptual descriptions and five theme clusters were derived. The major theme clusters for the experiences of students were 'Dedication to best results', 'Self-led learning attitudes are formed', 'Becoming a communal knowledge creator', 'Active class time', and 'Meaningless peer evaluation'. Nine conceptual descriptions were 'Doing one's best to fulfill one's role', 'Preparing for the class with the pre-learning', 'Forming confidence through pre-learning', 'Solving problems through interaction with friends', 'Becoming a mentor to each other', 'Working together to resolve issues', 'Intimacy formed', 'A lively class', and 'Peer evaluation with familiarity'. This study contributes to the improvement of the learning outcomes of the nursing students by enabling learner-centered classes and self-led learning, thereby contributing to fostering the professional nursing manpower required in the clinical field.

일반적인 정보 검색은 색인어를 통해 이루어지는데 이런 경우 사용자는 정보를 검색하기 위해 데이터베이스에 저장된 정보들이 가지고 있는 색인어를 정확하게 입력해야 한다. 그러나 일반 사용자가 색인어를 정확하게 입력하기는 어렵고, 특히 찾고자 하는 분야가 전문 분야에서 사용되는 용어일 때는 더욱 그러하다. 이럴 때 시소러스와 같은 지식구조를 이용해서 색인어를 탐색하여 검색의 효율을 높일 수 있다. 최근 들어 정보기술 분야의 연구가 활발함에 따라 정보자로의 생산이 급격히 증가하고 이를 관련 주제 분야의 연구정보로 활용하는 경우가 증가하고 있다. 따라서 IT 분야의 정보를 관리할 수 있는 시스템의 개발이 시급하다. 또한 IT 분야와 같은 전문분야일 때 검색 시스템에서 사용할 용어의 관리에 대한 연구의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 IT분야의 정보를 검색할 수 있는 IT 업체정보검색시스템에서 정보 검색시에 생기는 용어간의 불일치 문제를 해결하고, 각 용어들간의 계층 관계를 나타내어 정보 검색시 검색어의 확장을 도울 수 있는 용어 관리 시스템의 구조를 제안하고 그에 대한 검색 알고리즘을 제시한다. 제안된 구조는 사용자의 검색어에 대한 동의어 관계나 상위어, 하위어 등의 계층 관계를 파악하여 검색의 범위에 추가함으로써 검색 효율을 높일 수 있다. 또한 새로운 용어의 생성이나 삭제와 같은 연산이 발생했을 때 시스템을 동적으로 확장할 수 있도록 구현하였다. 제안된 시스템은 단어간의 계층 구조를 효율적으로 검색하기 위하여 객체-관계형 데이터베이스를 사용하였다. 또한 메모리 상주 DBMS를 사용하여 많은 사용자들이 동시에 접근하는 환경에서도 빠른 검색 성능을 유지할 수 있도록 하였다. 제시된 방법은 정보기술 분야뿐만 아니라 다른 전문용어 분야의 연구로도 그 범위를 확장 할 수 있다.자기자본비용의 조합인 기회자본비용으로 할인함으로써 현재의 기업가치를 구할 수 있기 때문이다. 이처럼 기업이 영업활동이나 투자활동을 통해 현금을 창출하고 소비하는 경향은 해당 비즈니스 모델의 성격을 규정하는 자료도로 이용될 수 있다. 또한 최근 인터넷기업들의 부도가 발생하고 있는데, 기업의 부실원인이 어떤 것이든 사회전체의 생산력의 감소, 실업의 증가, 채권자 및 주주의 부의 감소, 심리적 불안으로 인한 경제활동의 위축, 기업 노하우의 소멸, 대외적 신용도의 하락 등과 같은 사회적·경제적 파급효과는 대단히 크다. 이상과 같은 기업부실의 효과를 고려할 때 부실기업을 미리 예측하는 일종의 조기경보장치를 갖는다는 것은 중요한 일이다. 현금흐름정보를 이용하여 기업의 부실을 예측하면 기업의 부실징후를 파악하는데 그치지 않고 부실의 원인을 파악하고 이에 대한 대응 전략을 수립하며 그 결과를 측정하는데 활용될 수도 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기업의 부도예측 정보 중 현금흐름정보를 통하여 '인터넷기업의 미래 현금흐름측정, 부도예측신호효과, 부실원인파악, 비즈니스 모델의 성격규정 등을 할 수 있는가'를 검증하려고 한다. 협력체계 확립, ${\circled}3$ 전문인력 확보 및 인력구성 조정, 그리고 ${\circled}4$ 방문보건사업의 강화 등이다., 대사(代謝)와 관계(關係)있음을 시사(示唆)해 주고 있다.ble nutrient (TDN) was highest in booting stage (59.7%); however no significant difference was found among other stages. The main subjects of law school curriculum are composed of subjects based on related laws for law schools. The purpose of this study is to analyze the operation of the legal information subject in law schools and law libraries and to propose efficient operation methods on law information services which would be useful to law schools and law libraries. The results of this study are as follows: 1) 22 law schools have legal information research subjects as an essential or fundamental part of their curricula. Also, 2) in 14 law schools(63.6%) law librarians take part in the instruction of law information research subject, while in three law schools(13.6%) librarians do not participate, and in another three law schools(13.6%) outside experts teach them. Finally, 3) the graduate degrees or final majors of librarians participating in instruction are: Library & Information Science(33.3%), Administration(25%), and Law(25%). These results reflect the need for efforts to change instruction systems to team teaching with professors and law librarians, to give law libraries plenty of administrative support, and to enforce the related associations' roles with law libraries.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the current status and condition of continuing education to improve professionalism of school library and to suggest ways to improve continuing education. The survey was conducted for 69 librarians and school librarians teachers in elementary, middle and high school libraries in Goyang, Gyeonggi-do, and frequency analysis and cross analysis were conducted. The research results are as follows. First, the study found that librarians have a high interest in and participation in continuing education. Second, the type of continuing education with the highest percentage of participation was short-term training and training courses, and the link between educational content and practice was low. Third, managers' awareness needs to be improved, and regional constraints and the lack of suitable continuing education programs are the obstacles to continuing education. Fourth, preference for continuing education during working hours and vacation was emphasized. Through this, it was suggested that continuous and long-term continuing education, policy support for encouraging continuing education, development of continuing education courses for professionalism, manager's awareness call.
